There are plenty of beautiful people who look good in any pictures, but it takes a special photographer to capture someone beautifully looking like themselves. That's Adam.

He was particularly helpful with planning the timeline of the wedding day (i.e. when to arrive at the venue for photos, when to do the first look, etc.) - I was grateful to have help with this! Most importantly - he helped me and my husband feel comfortable taking photos. I am very shy and feel awkward in front of a camera - Adam and Michelle were so friendly and joked around with us to help us feel comfortable. The result was amazing - our engagement and wedding photos were beautiful, and we looked so natural and relaxed. Adam really captured the spirit and romance of our wedding day. There were so many incredible candids of us, our bridal party and family, and our guests. If you are looking for soft, romantic, natural wedding and engagement photos, with someone who is both professional and fun to work with - I definitely recommend Adam!

edding completely blew us away. We were very opinionated about the types of shots and general look we were hoping for (I'm sure we weren't the easiest to work with!), and Adam totally nailed it — the final results were even better than we had imagined. Beyond the quality of his work, Adam went above and beyond to be accommodating and easy to work with. He was friendly and fun to work with at every interaction, and his skill and experience put us at ease and made the photography portion one of the highlights of our wedding. We were so lucky to have found Adam & Michelle, who were cool with complimenting their approach to us and striking a perfect balance of loose posing and plenty of candids. Other photographers we met with literally laughed in our face when we said we'd like to enjoy 'some' of our cocktail hour and another insisted if we didn't do a first look, we were setting ourselves up for failure...welp with Adam and Michelle we did get to enjoy some of our cocktail hour and they got incredible shots of us during the ceremony. All of this not mentioning that we had to reschedule our wedding due to covid, and they were extremely thoughtful and accommodating through that process.

desperate for a new photographer. From the moment I reached out to Adam, he was responsive and empathic towards our dilemma. He shared some samples of his work and I was completely blown away by how beautiful his work was. We re-did the engagement shoot with him and the photos were absolutely incredible! He put us at ease the whole time, kept us laughing and conversing, and captured our love perfectly. For the first time I felt secure that our wedding photos would be amazing -- and they were. We just got our wedding photos back and they were so beautiful that I was in tears looking at them. Adam is well worth the $, especially for something as important as a wedding. He had a great eye for picking out beautiful backgrounds, and provided a mix of close up, backgrounds shots, and black/white shots, giving us plenty of variety to choose from. I have never enjoyed looking at pictures of myself, and he managed to truly capture my and my fiance's happiness and love. We've received so many compliments on our engagement photos and the few wedding photos we've received so far. I cannot wait to see all of them. was flexible and friendly as we worked out the details, especially considering it wasn't a standard request. Day-of, he arrived on time and with an easy demeanor that made me and everyone else more than comfortable. The portrait portion of the day was just for me and my husband. I couldn't be more thrilled with the pictures. He has a way of capturing moments that look spontaneous and natural and never heavily posed or directed. The event portion was a very casual atmosphere with a large group of our friends and family. Adam struck the perfect balance between capturing moments without being invasive, but also being friendly and involved. Everyone who did have the opportunity to meet and talk to him assumed he was just one of our friends who happened to be a very talented photographer. Then finally, we received a full, edited gallery of all our photos within a couple weeks of the event. I've probably flipped through all the photos a hundred times, I love them so much. As a side note, this was not for a wedding. We made the mistake of going through an agency for our wedding and I vowed to never do this again when hiring a photographer. Working directly with Adam fully confirmed my suspicion that this is the better option, for both client and photographer. Communication was smoother, the process was more personal, and everything from scheduling to receiving our photos happened more quickly and with better quality. If I could do it over, I would hire Adam for my wedding in a second, and I plan to work with him for any other shoots that he is willing and able to do in the future (check out the lifestyle section of his website, so cool, I can't wait to do one!).

to hire Adam from the moment we met him. He instantly made us feel comfortable and like we were working with our best friend (plus..his work is STUNNING!). Neither of us had been the subject of a photoshoot prior to doing out engagement shoot with Adam and, understandably, we were both a little nervous about it. Adam really made us feel at ease and helped with teaching us poses that (felt a little awkward but) looked great in the final images..poses that we would practice and later use for our wedding photos. He also had great vision for the lighting and background, and captured exactly the look we were going for. We got our final photos back from him in about a week (so fast), and they just made us even more excited for our wedding photos! To this day, they're still some of our favorite shots. If our engagement shoot was great, our wedding was downright fantastic! Adam's personality and vibe made it really easy to take great getting-ready shots with him during those tense moments leading up to the big event. During our ceremony, he did an amazing job of capturing both our emotions and the emotions of all of our friends and family sitting in the aisles. Who knew candid group shots could be so dynamic and fun?! He then helped us to take photos with each other and our bridal party quickly so we could get back to the fun. Adam basically became a guest at our wedding during the reception, because everyone there just loved him! This made it so easy for him to get the natural party shots that we wanted. And he seemed to always be exactly where we needed him to be for the big moments (signing the certificate, cutting the cake, special dances, etc) without us needing to pause to look for him. He got every shot we wanted, and then some!! And none of this even talks about the photos themselves! We LOVE them! They're the perfect balance of modern and timeless. They're unique and different, but we know we're still going to love the style in 30 years. We literally received thousands of photos from Adam, and there is not a single one that we don't love. It took a few weeks to get these back (although we received a few teasers in the meantime) and they were absolutely worth the wait! We also purchased an album through Adam. It's beautiful, high-quality, and nothing like what we were expecting (in a great way!). The album was a tiny bit pricey...but we're glad we sprung for it! In short..we would ABSOLUTELY recommend working with Adam! He was great, he got us, and our photos are amazing! I've heard so many wedding-photographer-horror-stories, and Adam was so far from that! We're now expecting our first baby..and planning to work with Adam again for some maternity photos! He's quickly becoming our family tradition!

Despite the weather limiting our space and changing our plans on our wedding day, Adam had a very organized approach to everything and a calming presence that made me happy he was there. He was there when I expected him, and he blended into the background and got great shots without being overbearing (especially during the ceremony). Overall, I recommend him as a photographer, he will make you feel comfortable and walk you through some tips on how to look natural in your photos. Family members even told us our engagement shoot looked like it was straight out of an Anthropologie magazine. Now that's a compliment!
