ture our wedding day. After a few more calls going over day-of deets and walkthroughs of the venue, the big day finally came. In lieu of an engagement shoot, we had asked Adam to photograph our rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding and it was then that I began to see Adam's craft come to life, but also his deep consideration and care for the subjects in each of his photos. The next twenty-four hours were a whirlwind of love, matrimony, and just a hint of chaos. I mean this with every cell in my body, we could not have had the day we did without Adam Griffin and his team. We hired him as a photographer and what we got was so much more. When a tipsy bridesmaid had one too many before the ceremony, Adam saw the daggers coming from out of our eyeballs and reassured my future spouse and I that committing a felony before swapping our vows was best saved for another time. When extended family felt the need to suddenly become a creative director and attempt to direct his skills, Adam reassured them that he was capturing all the necessary moments and more. Whether it be his kindness, his needed assertiveness, or just his calming energy when your new mother-in-law is searching for a microphone to broadcast her voice to 200 people, you want Adam there to shoot each individual moment. My new husband and I recently got our photos from our big day back and there were instant tears. So many delicate and sweet stills of an evening that went by way too fast. We booked Adam’s 8 hour package, which was the perfect amount of time for getting ready photos, first look, ceremony, and even a bit of dancing. Adam made us feel comfortable and confident, and was so organized in the chaos of taking our very large extended family photos. He promptly turned around dozens of “sneak-peak” photos the following day, and they could not have turned out better. From every step in the process, Adam’s thoughtfulness and experience shined through, and resulted in the most AMAZING photographs that captured the joy of our special day. We cherish every memory that Adam captured and would book him 100 times over again.

I've been a groomsman nearly 20 times so I've gone through a LOT of bridal party/family/post-ceremony photos, and Adam was the most efficient and effective at corralling groups and making it work. Everyone raved about his leadership during the shoots. He also has a great eye for catching the right candid moments from the right angles. Not to mention he's an absolute sweetheart!

But Adam was excellent in reassuring us, walking us through the timeline and process so we would come in knowing exactly what to expect, and making us feel comfortable and have fun during the sessions. y flexible and supportive during the lead up to the big day. EXCELLENT communication skills and we were never left in the dark on where he was at during the entire process. You could say Adam went the extra mile for us on our wedding day but in reality, he went a hundred miles. On top of his photography duties, he made himself available for event support and offered up his years of experience to answer our questions, while keeping us calm and on track the whole day. We would have felt lost without him. Then came the photo previews themselves (literally the next day) and we were floored. I personally feel very nervous around cameras, but Adam managed to capture some incredible moments that brought both myself and my husband to tears—these photos will bring us joy for many years to come. I would tell anyone looking to hire Adam to trust his eye and his vision, because he absolutely knows what he’s doing. He wasn't afraid to do anything with us from coffee meet ups, to phone calls and emails answering all my questions, traveling for our engagement pics, and even carrying around my veil and making sure my makeup stayed touched up. He was so passionate about making my day, my vision, what I wanted it to be. I was also worried being a plus-sized bride that I wouldn't be comfortable in front of the camera or that all the angles would be unflattering, but I've never felt more like a model.
