Adam Jamsa Wedding Officiant / Reverend, based in Chillicothe, IL, offers officiant services for weddings.
It has been a wonderful journey providing customized wedding ceremonies & services for nearly 1,000 couples over the last 15 years. I work with a couple as a team to collaborate and craft a unique ceremony that captures their relationship and values, and one that their family and friends will appreciate and enjoy. I offer free consultations and unlimited meetings/communication to all my clients. I encourage each couple to implement their personal touch to their ceremony and offer unlimited revisions of the ceremony until it truly captures the message they wish to convey.
In addition to crafting, officiating, and signing/turning in the marriage license, we offer rehearsal coordination and full ceremony coordination pending availability. My wife, Carolyn, a wedding consultant and coordinator on her own, can be there to fully coordinate the ceremony, send the party down the aisle, and take care of the "little things."

I had only ever been to weddings where it was someone's friend officiating for the couple, and moreso just as a utility, so didn't realize how powerful and beautiful having a professional wedding officiant would be. We cried reading the first draft of the ceremony because it was so spot on and emotional. Adam helped me through the process of obtaining a license and was always available for questions. I’m thankful he was prompt with responses because I’ve never handled steps leading up to an elopement :)
The days leading up to the ceremony, he sent a final draft (we had ZERO changes!), and he met us in the garden right on schedule. My husband said while he was standing alone with Adam, that Adam said “Mike, I LOVE love, and that’s why I’m here.” 🥺 Our ceremony was exactly as we imagined and more- we are thankful Adam made it intimate and special for us!
