Adam is amazing! We had hired a different photographer for our engagement photos and ended up not being very happy with the amount and quality of the photos we received, so when it came time to find a new photographer for our wedding we wanted to make sure we found the right one. Adam was the perfect match! He listened to our concerns and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. Our family and friends could not stop talking about how amazing our photographer was! I would recommend Adam to anyone looking for a photographer!

Adam went above and beyond with our wedding and engagement shoot. He is incredibly kind, personable, and patient. We hired Adam for our "engagement" photos. It was a series of black and whites where he followed us around for one day. I was uneasy with someone being that up close and personal for 12 hours, but this is where his professionalism comes in. Within 30 minutes of him arriving, Michael and I were relaxed and carrying on with our normal day. For the wedding, Adam and his second shooter, Sarah, were again incredible. I was a little nervous before the ceremony, but Sarah has an exceptionally calming nature and helped put my jitters at ease. Finally, we have not received all of our photos back, but the ones we have seen are breathtaking. Even if we only got the 3 photos I have seen, it would be worth his price. I really recommend hiring Adam, he knows what he's doing and works hard to get to know you as a couple so he can capture the moments that matter to YOU, and not some trendy style of shot. Adam, thank you a million times over!

Adam is extremely personable and one of the most genuine, professional, and incredibly talented artists I've ever come across. His demeanor is such that you feel so comfortable in front of the lens. I cannot believe how brilliant our pictures came out. if there is any question in your mind about a photographer, Adam is your guy. We cannot rave enough about Adam. From his professionalism, making us feel relaxed, his attention detail, and most of all his work! Adam was truly a pleasure to work with. He captured all the feels on our wedding day. Adam captured all the love and laughter from my husband and I, to each of our guests. As a bride (who was planning a wedding from across the country), I can honestly say Adam made the photography part a piece of cake. He offered suggestions, other vendors and even worked his schedule around ours for an engagement session. Adam made us feel like we had known him forever. My husband and I got married this past November and I still cannot believe how lucky we were to find Adam! Our wedding photos are absolutely stunning and I could not be happier! I just cant.... i just... i dont have the words to express how much i LOOOOVE Adam's photography. I absolutely loved all of my photos. They were artistic, fun, colorful and thoughtful. In addition to fantastic photography skills, Adam's peoples skills are top notch. He relates well to people and does a great job of keeping in touch with the bride and groom before the wedding. He makes you feel like your wedding is the most important wedding! On a rating from 1-10, i would give him a 25!

Working with Adam was a BREEZE! From calling and inquiring about pricing, to getting a contract and signing with my client. I was able to get it done within a week with no issues! He's quick about responding, which as a wedding planner makes my job much easier! And his work truly speaks for his talent itself. I can't say enough amazing things about Adam! I was originally overwhelmed by the number of photographers in the area, but Adam stood out as someone who could capture the entire wedding day- not just the posed photos (which he also nailed), but also the unplanned things that we love reliving and laughing about. He made my husband and I feel completely at ease while taking pictures, even though we are both pretty awkward picture-takers. We could not be happier with how the pictures turned out. The best investment we made for our wedding, hands down. Adam Kealing was a real pro, both before the wedding when we planned, and also during. He was super efficient, and the photos came out AMAZING. Just take a look at this website and you'll see that he takes photos like no other wedding photographer, wonderful use of negative space, and he really knows how to evoke the vibe of each wedding. No two weddings are the same, and he knows how to capture that. We had many things go wrong with many vendors during our wedding, but Adam was the only thing that went smoothly, and didn't add ANY stress for us the day of. I used to look in awe and wonder at wedding pics and family photos from my friends in California. Some of them have the privilege of hiring the best of the best photographers to fly out and shoot some breathtaking photos to capture their incredible day. Well, after searching and searching, we found someone right here in Austin who has the talents to deliver the same jaw-dropping photos that you see mostly in magazines or wedding blogs. His name is Adam Kealing. He's an Austinite. He travels. And he is the real deal. A friend of ours posted their family photos online, and we had never seen anything quite like it. Their family photos were beautiful and distinctly remarkable. These are the types of photos that you'd want to blow up on a canvas, much like you would a special wedding photo, except they were from a family photo session. We followed up quickly to ask who their photographer was, and this is how we learned about Adam. Adam has an artistic eye for taking exceptional candid shots. He's constantly shooting, even during transitions, and he's able to capture magical moments when you're least expecting them. As Adam would say, the little moments *are* the moments. He also has a unique eye for capturing the beauty of natural sun light, which gives his photos a certain timeless, magical quality. We are so happy we went with Adam, and we absolutely love our beautiful set of photos! And we would be remiss not to mention that in addition to being a talented, highly skilled professional photographer, Adam is as comfortable, fun, and easy-going as they come. My husband and I got married May 5th, and we are so thankful that we hired Adam to photograph our wedding. We love his eye and how passionate he is about his craft. I've never met a photographer or professional who is half as excited about every photo he takes. Adam is incredibly professional in everything he does. He even did a boudoir shoot for me that I gave to my husband as a wedding gift, and I never once felt uncomfortable, insecure, or nervous. Adam is very good at what he does and he is worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY. I would hire him again ten times over. I cannot recommend him enough. I knew from the moment I saw his work he was our photographer. I'm so glad I went with my gut. Adam Kealing is the real deal. He is kind, patient, extremely approachable, and he has such a unique eye for photography that really spoke to us! We love his photojournalistic style and our photos from our wedding turned out better than we could have ever dreamed. One thing I remember reading in a review before booking him is that his photos are more like art and that you could blow up any of his photos and hang them behind your couch. Boy howdy, are we having a difficult time choosing which ones to do that with! Photography was one of the biggest splurges we made in our wedding and this wonderful man is worth every penny. Not only is each and every photo from our day unique and mesmerizing but we received multiple comments from our guests that they loved our photographer, and that was before they even saw the photos! Everyone remarked on how friendly he was and how he magically blended into our crowd while managing to sneak in such amazing shots of us and our people! Adam did not pass one ounce of judgement when I whipped out my well organized pinterest boards or my excel spreadsheets, or when I got stressed about tense encounters at the wedding, or when I asked him to take photos of me with literally everyone as they left for the night. He went above and beyond to accommodate my ideas and wishes and fully embraced my vision for our wedding. If I had the means, I would hire him to capture every single significant moment in my life until the end of time. Seriously, just hire this man. You won't regret it. We love you Adam! <3

Perhaps you are like I was several months ago, looking through many photography blogs until you finally stumble across Adam Kealing. If you're thinking, "should I book this guy?" Then I am here to tell you that if Adam's photos speak to you, then you absolutely should. One thing that I read about while wedding planning and also found to be true on my wedding day is that you spend a LOT of time with your photographer. He/she is present for many intimate moments.. getting dressed, crying while you say your vows, your first moments as husband and wife. It is really important that you feel comfortable with said person. Adam made my husband and I feel comfortable immediately upon meeting him. He is genuine and enthusiastic, and provides suggestions and guidance without being bossy. Adam also encouraged me to follow my gut with a few decisions, such as not seeing my husband before the ceremony and skipping the professional makeup. He was a wonderful support and ally throughout the process. My husband enjoys photography as a hobby, and we noticed that our favorite shots are candid shots that capture special moments. We are so happy that Adam captured these special moments on our wedding day and that we didn't spend time posing for a bunch of dippy, contrived shots. I would give Adam more stars if I could. His photos blew me away and I still can't believe that I got to work with such a talented artist. :)

Booking Adam Kealing as our wedding photographer is hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. After seeing his work from my friend's wedding reception we knew he was the right choice, but to be sure we still combed hundreds of other sites. Needless to say noone else compared! From the start Adam went above and beyond to make us comfortable in front of the camera & was dedicated to finding the most gorgeous shots no matter where we were. Unlike most portfolios where you're lucky to have one or two images that are mind blowing, just about every single one of ours was (at least by our standards). He provides a fantastic mix of posed and candid shots that just ooze emotion and feeling, and all my friends and family members that looked at our photos raved and gushed over them. I feel so lucky to have been captured by his magical eye, and my husband and I have a truly enchanting book of images that will be cherished for the rest of our lives.

Adam shot my wedding in the Dominican Republic (that's me in the black and white!) and we were thrilled- I'd get married again just to have him take more pictures ;) I can't tell you what we were pleased with more- the photographs or the person. He helped us to feel confident and relaxed while we trusted his guidance to capture some amazing photos. When our wedding party decided we were going to jump in the pool, Adam was right there-- literally-- swim suite, camera and all. Worth every penny!

Adam and I grew up together as snot-nosed kids in the mountains of Colorado. We had lost touch as we got older, as many adults do. But well before I was even engaged, I stalked his beautiful work online. So once the big day came, no other photographer would do! Adam and I quickly rekindled our friendship and formed a great working relationship. He runs his business with efficiency, responsiveness, and, most of all, personality. Not many photographers work well in low-light settings, but Adam captured our evening winter wedding in a way that still brings tears to my eyes. He also was able to get great shots of our friends and family. The day was just as much about spending time with our guests as it was about us, and Adam understood that and captured the fun and emotion without question. My husband and I hired Adam as our wedding photographer in 2015, and planned on getting married in Austin Texas. When our venue fell through Adam was so supportive and understanding--he offered to fully refund our deposit if he rebooked the date and he also offered to travel to our wedding wherever we were to choose (with a travel fee of course!) I must say it took us some time and looking to find a venue and Adam was so patient with us every step of the way. Ultimately, we chose Montecito and Adam was game to fly in and shoot our special day in December of 2015. He even included a day before engagement shoot for us since we missed our originally scheduled shoot with him in Austin the year prior. He could not have been more accommodating. Adam honestly felt like family when we met him. He was so easy going and easy to work with, it felt wonderful including him in our most intimate of moments. Not only was he a joy to have around but Adam's work really speaks for itself he is the most talented wedding photographer I have ever seen. Our pictures exceeded our expectations and all of our friends were so envious and wished they had known him when they got married. After your wedding day you have memories and photos to last a lifetime and there are no photographs more timeless, elegant, romantic, and real than Adam Kealing's. Do yourself a favor and experience him for yourself. Best decision we could have made:)

Adam is absolutely AMAZING! He's super nice and easy to work with, and his photos perfectly caught the spirit and joy of our wedding. He's a wonderful calming photographer that so perfectly blended into the wedding, that I almost forgot he was there.. which made for wonderful candids of our family and friends. And all the posed photos he shot before the wedding of us and our families are beautiful, artful, and timeless. I love them! I have been a professional event planner for 10 years and have worked with loads of talented photographers but when I was searching for the perfect person to capture my wedding, I wanted to find someone unique and awesome to work with to capture our special day. After sifting through many great online portfolios, I came across Adam's website and my husband and I were both immediately sold! He has a very artistic approach to photographing couples, their loved ones and #AllTheDetails! We so enjoyed working with Adam and his team; we felt very comfortable with them during the intimate "getting ready" and portrait sessions. Many of our family and friends commented that they barely ever noticed the photography team was nearby but the incredible candid shots we got back prove they're just really good at what they do! I also booked Le Photo Booth through Adam which was so much fun and enjoyed immensely by our guests. We got our photos back in a timely manner, right before the holidays, and were able to share them with our families on our visit home to FL over Christmas. If I could give 50 stars I would, this guy is the best!!!

When it came to choosing a photographer for our wedding my wife and I were very "particular" about what we wanted. We had looked at so many options throughout the United States before finding Adam Kealing. The second we landed on his site we both were like: WOAH! It was a style that was as unique as both of our personalities. My wife and I can be pretty shy in front of a camera and Adam made us feel so comfortable, it's as if we had known him for years! It was great that we were able to first meet him at our engagement shoot.  He found SO many unique places and settings to give us a memorable engagement shoot instead of the same old.  It was a great opportunity to work with him before we did our wedding because we actually became really good friends!  His charisma, professionalism, and attention to detail is truly second to none. Our wedding day was pretty hectic (as most are).  Adam made sure he was available for any situation that came up.  The time and care he put into making this all about us was truly remarkable.  Our bride and groom session was a blast!  I think we laughed the most during this part of our day.  Adam made us feel like rockstars!  He whisked us away for a short time alone and was fearless in some of the shots he got. We knew then we had made the right decision in hiring Adam. Bottom line, Adam is extremely fun, laid back, and his work went far beyond our expectations! If you decide to hire him, trust me... You're photographs will be amazing!

I recently got married in Austin, Tx and had Adam Kealing as my photographer. He is absolutely amazing, and I could not have asked for a better person to capture all the special moments of my wedding. Seriously the pictures are incredible and he is so accommodating and easy to work with. My husband does not do pictures...or at least posed ones well. I let Adam know this ahead of time and he was really able to make my husband feel comfortable and we got so many great posed shots...I never thought in a million years I would have them! Also I love love love Adam's artistic eye, and really words can not describe how beautiful our pictures turned out. He also had a second photographer, Sarah, at our wedding who was wonderful. Between the both of them, every moment was captured. Adam's professionalism, incredible work and artistic eye really set him apart from all the other photographers I had considered booking. I highly recommend him for any event/ photo shoot. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I don't even know where to begin with Adam, he was hands down both my husband's and my favorite vendor that we worked with. He is creative, friendly, and incredibly fun to work with! His photographs are artistic and so different than any other wedding photos I've ever seen, they are truly works of art. Before our wedding had even happened I recommended him to a close girlfriend who ended up working with him at her wedding, and she loved him just as much as I do! I am trying to come up with other life events we can work with him for in the future! We love Adam!

We found Adam through a mutual friend, and this turned out to be the most fortuitous decision in planning our wedding on Italy's Amalfi Coast. First, it cannot be undermined how comforting it is to have someone "from home" present on your wedding day, having confidence in the quality of photos and enjoyable company to compliment the day. Adam and his assistant were incredibly professional and kind, but most of all FUN! Adam's enthusiasm and eye for the most beautiful shots perfectly blended into our most incredible day. We barely noticed him capturing photos during the ceremony and reception. Further, they were incredibly generous with their time, showing up early for our rehearsal dinner, scouting locations to take the best photos around our venue, and staying late through the reception. The end result is a collection of photos that illustrates each important moment in the story of our wedding. He got the candid shots, the emotional shots, the beautiful portraits... all of them. Here's another magical thing about Adam's photography - even though we were there and lived through every magical moment, Adam captured the heart of feeling in every shot... scanning through the photos is like reliving the day, and each vivid emotion comes flooding back. We are so thrilled to cherish these photos, to share them with friends and family, and to wrestle with the challenge of deciding which ones to display in our home! After combing through dozens of photographer's portfolios and websites, I hired Adam to photograph my wedding. I was (and still am) extremely impressed by his unique eye and style. I think he's incredibly talented and was pleasant to work with initially. Unfortunately, I was not able to work with Adam as the wedding was cancelled 4 months after I hired him. His contract required that we put down 1/2 of his total fee as a non-refundable deposit when we booked him, which was not a small amount of money. At the time of cancellation, we were still a little over a year (380 days) away from the wedding date. Adam told me that if he was able to re-book the date, we would get our deposit back. I checked in with him diligently throughout the year but it seems that he was unable to do so and has therefore refused to return any portion of my $3,000. I believe that it's completely unethical that he has chosen to do so considering the fact that I reserved his services for four months and cancelled over a year from the date. If I had cancelled three months from the date, I wouldn't have thought twice about his keeping it but he had more than a reasonable amount of time to re-book that date. He didn't do anything to earn the money. While I think Adam is a talented photographer, I would never recommend that anyone work with him.
