I’m Adam and together with my wife Mary Beth(MB for the cool kids) we make up the crew for Adam Kennedy Photography. I’ve been photographing weddings and everything in between since 2009 and all that experience has taught me that having a solid connection with your photographer not only makes your wedding day that much more enjoyable, it also lets you be yourselves in front of our cameras. If it can feel like a couple friends are showing up to capture your big day then taking photos won’t feel like work even a little bit. Plus, the end result will be photos that feel that much more authentically you and what it was like to be there on your wedding day. We approach your wedding as documentarians, capturing moments both big and small to tell your story. But we’re equally confident giving you and your family direction to make sure you’re relaxed, comfortable and look your best during that portrait time when we’re not being a fly on the wall, ‘moment hunting’ for candids.Along with getting to know you both, we’ll work with you to create a shot list and timeline that ensures nothing gets missed and your mom won’t be left with asking “where’s that one photo I wanted with our family?”. And because we realize your wedding day isn’t a photo shoot or a way for us to become insta-famous or some other such social media notoriety, we aim to capture your day beautifully without monopolizing all your time so you can spend more of it with all your loved ones.
