Adam was fantastic to work with! He did our engagement shoot as well as our wedding day. Not only were the pictures gorgeous, but he made it easy to have fun while taking them during the hustle and bustle of the day.

Adam did our wedding photos, and we could not be happier with them! The pictures turned out amazing- lots of candids and lots of pictures period. I can go back and remember every detail of the day looking at these pictures. We did not waste a bunch of time doing posed pictures (which was important to us) although there are still plenty of those too. He came early, stayed til the very end, and was an overall great guy- easygoing, nice, funny- everyone loved him. So much so that he inspired me to write my first and only review. So glad we chose him to photograph the happiest day of our lives.

We loved working with Adam, and couldn't be happier with our photos! His pricing was reasonable and within our budget, and he was always quick to reply to calls and emails. You will spend most of the day with your photographer, which Adam makes easy and fun! He has a great sense of humor, and the whole wedding party loved him. Our photos are stunning, we're so glad we chose Adam.

What a great dude. Really easy to talk to, fun, laid back, seems to really enjoy what he does and not act like he's just "at work." He brought his daughter along and she was super sweet and fun as well. Pricing? I don't know what the going rate is, but your parents are going to pay for it anyway so don't worry about it :)

We were so pleased to find Adam on our tight timeline (had to move the wedding to a different state, with 5 days of notice, due to Hurricane Irma!). He was extremely responsive when I reached out and kept up with his emails the entire week leading up to our event. While we know that he was juggling a couple of other weddings the weekend before ours (we got married on a Monday) he never dropped the ball on communication or left us feeling forgotten. Adam was wonderful! We were married in April 2017 in Louisville. His work is beautiful, as you can see from his portfolio of prior shoots. He was very flexible and shot our engagement photos for free with the purchase of our wedding photography package. He spent a lot of time with us for our engagement photos, which turned out great. He was at our wedding venue from the morning until the end of our reception! Everyone absolutely loved our wedding photos. Additionally, he is awesome to work with and has a great sense of humor. Needless to say, we were very pleased with our wedding photographer!

Booking Adam Padgett as our wedding photographer was literally the best decision my husband and I could have made. Adam and his second shooter kaylee were both amazing! Both were very professional, personable and detailed. His look through the lense was unique and captured our personalities perfectly. Best photographer I could have asked for! Adam showed up early (and brought donuts) and stayed until the night was over. He was able to coordinate taking pictures of the bride & groom, wedding party and the venue but also giving us space to enjoy our party. Having an assistant photographer was the way to go, lots of amazing candid pictures! I would highly recommend!

Adam was great to work with! We really had a lot of fun on our wedding day and during the engagement shoot. He helped us to feel more comfortable with being in front of the camera. We decided on Adam because of his easygoing personality and that he focusing on using natural light over tons of editing. Since editing goes out of style, we wanted naturally beautiful images. With a large wedding party (15+) and an even larger family (50+), Adam was able to quickly and efficiently organize and capture a number of wonderful staged group shots. Our wedding photographer canceled on us a few months before the wedding. Major. Freakout. Luckily, a friend from college (also a terrific photographer) recommended Adam, which I believe goes to show how respected he is in the community. Adam truly is a ninja. I never once recall seeing Adam during the ceremony. But he was literally all over the place. I have the different photo angles to prove it. He never missed a moment. From the first time I put on my dress to my husband and I shoving cake in the other's face, Adam captured everything. I was amazed at all the photos I received. If the above doesn't sway you, perhaps this will: My husband's grandmother recently passed away. While looking at our wedding album to gather photos of her for the funeral, I came across my favorite photo from the wedding. It's my grandmother-in-law, smiling ear to ear while she watches her grandson see his new bride for the first time. No one would have ever seen the look of pride on her face had Adam not captured it. It's a photo our family will cherish forever. I can't thank Adam enough for that memory.

Adam did such an amazing job capturing our wedding day. He came early and didn't leave until late in the night, after getting some incredible night images that he knew I was really fond of. Adam is amazing. He captured our day perfectly. He arrived early and stayed long after the last guest had departed. A really awesome part is that guests later complimented how he and his assistant went virtually undetectable during the reception while still capturing the most remarkable photos of ourselves and our guests. He also had our flashdrive photos to us at supersonic speed within 3 weeks and our actual album in 6 weeks. OUTSTANDING PHOTOS! My husband and I fell in love with the photos on Adam's website. We thought his style was clean and sophisticated, but artsy and fun at the same time. We especially loved the way he played with light and contrast in his photos. We were so excited to get him as our photographer, and he totally blew us away with the photos of our wedding! He was so friendly and easy to work with, both before and on our wedding day. I planned my Lexington wedding from Boston, and Adam was very flexible with scheduling time to skype and quick with responding to my emails. He did a terrific job covering all the highlights of our wedding day in a beautiful, unique way along with nailing so many awesome candid moments that really captured the energy of the wedding. He put a lot of thought into our photos, even taking us outside after dark to do some cool backlit photos of us in front of the big red doors at Red Mile -- they came out AWESOME! I can't say enough good things about Adam, you should definitely consider him for your wedding!

Adam was our wedding photographer. We were very pleased with our decision and how the final product turned out. You can see lots of great examples (like hundreds of viewable photos) on his site to get an idea for his style. What I really liked about Adam was that his photos focused on really telling the story of the day and capturing candid moments and memories. On a wedding day, some couples are so focused on making the perfect photo album or getting pinterest-worthy photos, that they don't get to fully experience/enjoy the day itself. With Adam, we got tons of great photos (800+) without having to over think it. Leading up to the day, Adam was very helpful and responsive. I was planning the wedding from a different city, and never even met with Adam until the morning of the wedding, and that wasn't a problem at all. Post wedding, we got our photos very quickly (about 5 weeks after the date), and Adam was also accommodating and provide a handful of edited family photos before that we requested so that we could use the photos on our Christmas card. Value wise, I thought we absolutely got our money's worth, and this was absolutely a worthwhile investment. Thanks Adam!

To sum it up, Adam is THE BEST! Not only did our pictures turn out better than expected, Adam listened to everything I asked for. My family was blown away by his talent and I was blown away by his professionalism. He was a very fun photographer, positive and upbeat and rolled with my sometimes difficult family. I can't imagine using any other photographer and I could never say enough nice things about Adam. When people ask me advice on planning a wedding, the first person I recommend is Adam!

I could never possibly say enough good things about Adam. We used him for our engagement and wedding pictures and we couldn't be more happy. He makes the whole process of taking posed pictures so fun and effortless that after a few minutes you forget he is even there and you're just enjoying the moment while he captures the magic. He has one of the best personalities so you feel like your best friend is taking your pictures. He makes you feel so comfortable that he is able to capture the real you in the photographs. And his pictures...just beautiful. Our engagement pictures had this heavenly glow to them and our wedding pictures just lovely...he really captures not just the moment but the emotions. I live in Florida now and I can tell you I would and will travel all the way back to Kentucky just so he can be the one to capture is growing as a husband and wife on film. If you are getting married and you don't pick Adam to take your pictures you are making a big mistake.

Adam did the pictures for my sister's wedding - they turned out beautifully and he captured so many emotional moments (the obvious ones and the not-so -obvious ones) at her wedding that we didn't even vet other photographers for our wedding. Frankly, we trusted him enough to just take the pictures he thought he needed to take and just let him do his thing. And you know what? He was fabulous again. He caught the moments big and small - it was like his camera focused on whatever was the most joyful at the moment and snapped it up. All our pictures are fantastic and Adam is a highly professional and cheerful wedding guest. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Adam did an amazing job with our wedding. He was really easy to work with and very creative. He truly captured our special day. Adam's prices are also very affordable. And most importantly, he lets you have the copyrights to your photos. I can't imagine how much more we would have to spend if we needed to pay for each print we plan on giving to our family members. My husband and I were very pleased with Adam's photography services. Adam was very quick to return emails and phone calls to answer any questions we had prior to the wedding. Adam was absolutely amazing to work with! We had planned for him to arrive around 4 to begin taking pictures. When I arrived at the venue before 2, he was already there snapping away! He was able to capture moments that I didn't even know happened and he seemed to always be there to get the perfect picture without anyone noticing he was there. Using Adam Padgett as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I have never seen more beautiful photographs! He captured every moment so well and managed to get at least one photo of all of our guests. We received so many more photos than we anticipated (over 700!), and they were all wonderful. You'll be so glad that you bought the rights to the photos because you'll want all of them. Trust me! He had them back to us in 2 and a half weeks! Granted, we were his first big wedding of the season, but he only took about a month to get our engagement photos to us in July! That kind of turn around time is unheard of. Adam did our engagement and wedding photos, and we were thrilled with him! He's talented, hard-working, and fun, and we loved working with him! We were more than pleased with Adam and the end result of our photos. He was super easy to work with, the cost was in our budget, and he was a true professional. We had Adam photograph our wedding in March or 2012. He got us the photos w/n 2-3 weeks and they were amazing! We got some classic family photos and some really original, emotional shots from the reception. The best part was how easy it was to take all of the pictures - it wasn't stressful or rushed feeling. We opted to have a photostation at our wedding where people could take their own pictures - it was really fun! My husband and I met with several photographers who really pushed us to do a "first look" or see each other before the wedding - but Adam was fine with us waiting to do all of the pictures together afterwards. It made it really special for us!!
