Adam Smith Photography provides wedding, engagement, and event photography in Eau Claire, WI. I have a relaxed and easygoing style and do my best to make the photography process enjoyable for everyone. My goal is to capture the memories as candidly as possible and create memorable photos for every couple.
I got my start with photography as a hobbyist while studying abroad, taking travel and landscape shots. My interest only continued to grow from there, until I wanted to expand and work on shooting portraits. In the eight or so years I've been doing this, my goal has always been to make each shoot a little better than the last one. That's one thing I love about photography - there's always a way to improve and challenge yourself creatively and that's the mentality I try and bring to every session I do.

He was wonderfully flexible, staying an extra 30 minutes when our timeline ran late so he could capture the energy of the party afterwards. He was with us all day, always kind, calm, and such a joy to have around. We’re so grateful we chose Adam and cannot recommend him enough.

ery nonintrusive. Both my husband and I felt very comfortable with him and trusted that he was going to get the necessary shots without being too staged. And even though he had a trip right after the wedding, he was very patient and willing to rush around with us right before he had to leave (sorry about that haha!). Besides the experience, he has incredible pricing for the work that he does as well as the amount & quality of photos we received. If you are looking for the perfect photographer, Adam is the right choice!

e big day and gives you a sense of what to expect from Adam (all amazing, BTW). We got a number of compliments throughout the day that Adam was everywhere he needed to be and captured over a thousand photos of our day. The photos were BEAUTIFUL. We had a snowstorm wedding day, but that didn't slow him down. He encouraged us to step outside in the snow globe and the pictures are better than I could have even imagined. We were going for unstaged photos, so we felt in our natural element and boy did he deliver. Quick turnaround time for us and the photos too. I am so grateful to Adam for capturing the most wonderful day and will cherish the photos for the rest of my life. Whether you are looking for a wedding photographer or even just someone to capture family photos, I highly recommend.
