I have only good things to say about Adam! I completely agree with all the other 5-star reviews written below. He is everything we wanted in a photographer for our wedding; very talented, flexible and accommodating, professional, a great personality that was easy to work with and made taking photos so much fun...I could go on and on! He made everyone feel so at ease while taking photos; he has a knack for getting people to laugh and feel comfortable around him, which helps him capture all the personalities of the people in the photos. He was such a nice presence to have on our wedding day, and went beyond the duties of just a photographer. He helped keep track of time so we didn't have to worry about it, and even saved our wedding cake from a 3-year-old almost grabbing it! (We found out about that after the wedding, thank you Adam!) My husband and I agree (along with both of our parents) that he was the perfect fit and was by far our favorite wedding vendor that we picked!! We highly recommend him to anyone!

Adam was a wonderful photographer and we were thrilled with our photos. At times he could be difficult to reach, but he never failed to follow through on anything. His photos have a more journalistic tinge and the candids really evoked the emotions of the wedding day, something that was much more important to me than having tons of posed formal shots. I would recommend Adam to any brides in the Detroit area.

You can't help but have a blast during your sessions with Adam! He is really professional, and really knows what he's doing. My husband and I did both our Engagement and Wedding photos with Adam, and we'll probably use him again in the future. I highly recommend him. NOTE: the photo package we chose was a combination of Engagement and Wedding, so it was slightly more expensive than the Wedding Photography package alone.

Adam and his assistant were terrific. The engagement session was easy and fun. The pictures turned out gorgeous. And they are fun and personable to have around. The bridesmaids loved having them while we were getting ready. We chose to have a second photographer at the reception to take photobooth-like candids. It was absolutely worth it. All of our guests loved it and the pictures turned out amazing. Adam Sparkes is worth every penny.

Adam did a fantastic job with our engagement and wedding photos! Throughout the entire process, Adam made the experience enjoyable and stress-free with efficient communication, laid-back photo sessions, and a sense of humor. Our proofs were available within a week for our e-session and within two weeks for our wedding. All of the prints I have ordered through Adam's proofing service are great quality. Our guests have all commented on how great the photos look and what a great job Adam did capturing the story of our wedding. We could not be more pleased.

I love the candid shots that Adam did - really good at capturing the moment. A lot of my friends commented on how the pictures really bring back the emotions of the wedding day. Adam is very easy-going and fun and at the same time professional as well.

Adam and his assistant were wonderful and fun. I don't feel like I got "wedding photographer in a can (tm)". He worked with us, and really took fun and awesome pictures, and it really felt like he blended in to the whole wedding experience rather than being someone who would stop you and ask you to pose or say "wait! wait! wait! do that again!".

Loved working with Adam and his assistant. They kept us laughing through the day. Can't ask for a better package for the cost.

Adam is great. He tends to feel more like a guest then a photographer, but in a good way. He is fun and keeps things light. Check out his blog for samples of work, they really show his talent.

Honestly words can describe how incredible Adam Sparkes is as a Photographer! We had an engagement session with him about a year before our wedding and it totally broke the ice! He is a hilarious guy and makes you feel so comfortable you don't even feel like your taking pictures! His shots are AMAZING!

While I havent seen any pictures from my wedding yet, if they are half as good as the engagement pictures Adam shot for us, I know I am going to be pleased. Adam is a funny guy who has a true passion for photography that is conveyed through his work. I wanted a photographer that was going to think outside of the box and do something more than the traditional photos you see. His style is very unique and he was great to work with. I would certainly recommend Adam to others.
