The guests raved about the appetizers and the entree and the salad options and the mid night snack. Could not be more happier with the turnout. Would recommend to anyone who wants to use them for catering.

really wanted to emphasize having a delicious meal for our guest and ADC absolutely surpassed everyone’s expectations! ADC was so helpful and easy to work with from the tasting and deciding the menu, to the wedding day and all the staff that made sure everyone was taken care of. For the horderves we chose beef steak with chimichurri sauce, bacon wrapped chicken, and spinach dip on a crostini and I have to say I will forever dream about these items. Not only was the appetizers and food amazing in flavor but the presentation was beautiful and beyond expectation! I could not recommend Absolutely Delicious Catering enough!

hey couldn't have been more attentive and perfect. Their food is unbelievably tasty, so good we had a hard time deciding what to choose for our big day since we loved it all. Their team went above and beyond for our guests on our wedding day and even made sure to come speak to me, the bride and groom, to make sure we were ok or needed anything. Our guests are still talking about the food - its been a week! Nothing but good things like how flavorful everything was, how juicy the chicken was and how the food was the perfect temperature upon arrival. We had such a wonderful experience and I'm so blessed. Book for your next event you won't regret it!

they make sure the food was not incorporated in any of the meals they were very accommodating and assured us it would not be a problem. It was written in all caps and red ink across every page of the menu when we selected it for the tasting and when we arrived at the tasting. The food came, and the food I am allergic to was all over the main dishes we were tasting. The woman we were working with did not offer any apology, did not offer to have the food remade, and made no efforts to even acknowledge that this was a big deal. I had to pick around to even get a taste of the food that would be served at my wedding. When we politely asked how we could make sure this would not happen at the wedding, she said she would make sure it was "written in red, bold letters on the menu" (which is literally what she did before and clearly did not work). I was so disappointed because the food was good, but the experience was awful. A week later, while we were waiting on them to send us a new proposal with the food items we selected (because they told us that is what they were going to do), they informed us that they went ahead and booked a Gala on our wedding date and could no longer help us. We spent a month waiting to get a tasting with them, it was rescheduled three times before we finally did, they gave me the one food I am allergic to, and then they told us they would get back to us with a proposal, but came back instead saying they were booked and we were on our own. Literally the most unprofessional, disappointing experience I have ever had with a vendor. Great food, but work with them at your own risk.

course well ahead of the big day, so naturally I was looking forward to it. Heck, I even ordered the chicken and the steak option! Between all the excitement I had a few bites of our delicious meal and then was up and hanging out. I assure you though that we had tons and tons of compliments on the food both that night and for days to come from our guests and the service on the day of was nothing other than top notch.

remely tasty but Rene and his staff were able to serve the whole room very quickly and professionally. Throughout the evening, they made sure everything ran smoothly and were so helpful. We had a few repeat guests who were very happy to hear we were using the same caterer as we did with our other daughter's wedding. They still remember how good the food was from 2 years ago! You will be so happy with Absolutely Delicious!

. They brought us a plate to our cottage so we could eat privately, made sure we had some appetizers at our table so we got to have that since we were not there for cocktail hour. They even wrapped up another plate for us to go and my sweet mom froze it for us so we could enjoy the amazing meal one more time when we got home from our honeymoon. Plus, so many people have been coming up to us to tell us how great the food was. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know getting married in the area.

everal picky eaters come up to us at the wedding and compliment us on the food. That, and the presentation and flower arrangments along the buffet was STUNNING... a bonus that I honestly hadn't expected and that really blew me away. This is a very professional business that isn't just trying to impress the bride and groom... they actually care whether the guests enjoy their food or not. My only regret is that I didn't get to thank Gina personally before we got whisked away. Y'all are the best. I recommend them to any brides and grooms in the market for a stress-free (and tasty!) wedding.

ly did it feel like I was talking to a friend at the initial food tasting, throughout the process she was professional and easy to get a hold of. She always answered all of my questions whether it was by email or by phone. Their work is also very consistent. What I tasted as the food tasting is what I had for dinner. We had an open bar and all of my guests were pleased with their service. My husband really liked the service of the bartenders. I would recommend ADC to anyone planning an event.

the coordinator Gina was kind and very explanatory, she walked me through it all. Selecting not only food, but linens, plates, chairs, and even a bar. They were the go to vendor! People are still ranting about the food, the decor, and especially the open bar ! Highly recommend ! ! ! Ask for Gina ! ! ! Best Experience ever.

e an exception and was able to cater our special day. We chose them because of outstanding recommendations from friends and our venue. Throughout the planning process, Gina answered my endless questions and was extremely helpful in guiding us through our timeline and recommending portions. They also went above and beyond while coordinating our cake cutting and also our late night pizza delivery! On top of that, they lent us their cake cutting utensils and offered chargers for free. Our tasting was delicious and ADC was able to accommodate our tight schedule and let us re-try one dish. ADC also helped with the wording on our wedding menus to make sure we had it right. Top notch! On the day of our wedding, the serving staff was exceptional and were very helpful and respectful of all of our guests. Even better, they didn’t clear drinks away too soon which was a concern for us. One of the waiters even had a break dance off with the guests – big hit! The BEST part was that numerous guests told us that our food was “the best wedding food they had ever had!” We highly recommend Absolutely Delicious Catering – it was a no brainer for us and they were exceptional!

My daughter was hesitant but Nidia reassured her and everything turned out beautifully! Many of the guests commented on how the food from Absolutely Delicious was the best food they had ever eaten at a catered event. The steak and chicken were so tender! Mr. Estorga was the day-of catering manager and he was very professional . He and his staff worked flawlessly and paid attention to all the details. We will definitely use Absolutely Delicious for any events in the future!

I could not have asked for better food or service. When we went for testing, the portion sizes we tried were exactly the same the day of my wedding. I went with a duet plate with au gratin potatoes and mixed veggies. I was able to pick which veggies I wanted which was great! I had a wonderful salad and since some of my guest have food allergies, they took into consideration their needs and addressed them accordingly. I had 3 hors d'oeuvres which included an artichoke on a thin crispy baguette, prosciutto and grapes drizzled with balsamic on a thin crispy baguette, and butternut squash shooter with a tiny grilled goat cheese sandwich on top. IT WAS AMAZING! They treated us so amazingly well. They brought us our own hors d'oeuvres since we weren't able to have any. You will not be disappointed if you go with them

Veronica, has instilled her vision, and her love for catering into each one of her key staff members, and her drive shines through all her employees. When searching for a caterer my biggest worry of having a sit-down dinner was eating a cold meal. They are one of two caterers in San Antonio that have multiple portable ovens; which allows them to never serve a cold plate. This was a huge relief to me as I have been to some weddings trying to muster up enough courage to chew the cold chicken. I had the pleasure of working with Gina when booking the details of my wedding, and she then placed me in the hands of Rene. The two of them made sure that every detail was accounted for when ensuring a stress-free wedding. As a bride make sure that you have every detail in writing. Sometimes the wedding day buzz can catch up to you, and small details may be left out. There were some things that I thought I had discussed during our walk thru, but on the day of my thoughts were overlooked. Regardless, my guests raved about the food and the service! From cocktail hour, all the way to breaking down the venue, everything was Absolutely Delicious!

an the usual Texan fare. It worked and the compliments on the food continued to come in today almost a week later. There was nothing that was mediocre in what they served. And the service and attention to detail were also outstanding. Thank you to ADC for making that evening a memorable one for our guests.

hard to do Eggs Benedict but ADC came through. The best brunch I have ever had. Several guest will now introduce me as "the lady who had the awesome food at her wedding I was telling you about ." And my photographer said after people have seen our photos they are now wanting a brunch wedding. They truly made our vision possible.

hesitate to accept the challenge and capture some really awesome photos. She made great use of space and did some amazing things with light on what was a gloomy day... When we received our photos you would have never guessed it was a cloudy day. I would recommend Heather to anyone and book her again in the future!

au gratin. The food was delicious and we received numerous compliments. We also got our rentals from ADC. The tables, linens, chairs, everything was beautiful! I did not give five stars because we had issues with bar. We paid for an open bar but they only served beer and wine. After this was found out, ADC fixed the situation but we only had liquor there about 1.5 hrs instead of 4hrs. We were refunded for that time without but I would have much preferred everything to go smoothly with the bar- it was our first request when selecting caterers. I am still not happy about there not being liquor there the whole time but the night was perfect otherwise and I am happy they apologized and covered their damages. One of the managers, Gina, is wonderful! She's very responsive to questions and very nice.

Being from 300+ miles away, we needed a caterer who would work with us from a distance. Absolutely Delicious did a great job of keeping us informed and in touch. Our friends and family are still talking about how delicious the food was. The truffle macaroni and cheese was a huge hit! The Absolutely Delicious employee supervising our wedding reception was frequently checking on us to see if we needed anything. The waitstaff was professional and courteous. in a shot glasses filled with ranch and chipotle dip as well as cute little cheese & grape skewers, and the presentation was absolutely adorable. For our main meal they served delicious chicken fajitas with all of the toppings and rice and beans. Our guests, along with my groom and I were very impressed. I had found my own flatware that I wanted to use for our food, and they were so accommodating to this special request. I definitely recommend Absolutely Delicious if you want professionalism and delicious food!
