ADC catering makes delicious food, but from our experience, they are extremely unprofessional. I (the bride) have a food allergy, so before our tasting, we specifically asked that ...they make sure the food was not incorporated in any of the meals they were very accommodating and assured us it would not be a problem. It was written in all caps and red ink across every page of the menu when we selected it for the tasting and when we arrived at the tasting. The food came, and the food I am allergic to was all over the main dishes we were tasting. The woman we were working with did not offer any apology, did not offer to have the food remade, and made no efforts to even acknowledge that this was a big deal. I had to pick around to even get a taste of the food that would be served at my wedding. When we politely asked how we could make sure this would not happen at the wedding, she said she would make sure it was "written in red, bold letters on the menu" (which is literally what she did before and clearly did not work). I was so disappointed because the food was good, but the experience was awful. A week later, while we were waiting on them to send us a new proposal with the food items we selected (because they told us that is what they were going to do), they informed us that they went ahead and booked a Gala on our wedding date and could no longer help us. We spent a month waiting to get a tasting with them, it was rescheduled three times before we finally did, they gave me the one food I am allergic to, and then they told us they would get back to us with a proposal, but came back instead saying they were booked and we were on our own. Literally the most unprofessional, disappointing experience I have ever had with a vendor. Great food, but work with them at your own risk.
