Extremely knowledgeable staff with a great selection of diamonds. They absolutely listened to what I wanted instead of just pushing the most expensive option on us for the sake of a sale. They were completely non-pressure and stuck to the budget we gave. We probably paid slightly more for the actual diamond (versus going online), but it was 100% worth it to be able to see the diamond in person and have the experience and expertise of the staff.
