Having Addison as our wedding photographer was the best and easiest decision we made throughout our whole wedding planning process. I took extensive time pouring through wedding galleries to find a photographer for engagement photos, and nothing could compare to Addison's work. I am the epitome of camera shy so I knew long before I was engaged that I would need an artist, not just a photographer to photograph our wedding. Not only does Addison's work speak for itself (WOW!) but she has such a fun personality that it makes being photographed much more tolerable. I have been a bridesmaid 6 times so I've had to deal with the average wedding photographer and I must say that for all their bossing and directing, their pictures turned out less than substandard. Addison photographs in settings that are natural and organic and her process mirrors the surroundings in which she photographs, in that she doesn't do super posed photos. She captures real and genuine emotions, which makes her photos all the more stunning. We had no hesitation in asking Addison to photograph our wedding (especially after she did our engagement photos) since the pictures will be the one tangible item that we get to keep and cherish for the rest of our lives. We changed our wedding date just so we could book this photographer. Then four months before our wedding we get an email apologizing that she has another booking on that date. Can’t even believe that this happened after making so many move to change our original date. I’m only upset because this photographer clearly does great work and was by far going to be the most expensive part of our wedding and most important.

As the father the bride, I wasn’t thinking about photography on the incredibly happy but intensely busy day of my daughter’s wedding. Choosing the best photographer was the most important thing to me for my wedding! OK - maybe not THE most important (sorry hubby) - but it was high on my priority list. Everyone says you blink and your wedding is over, so having the best pictures to relive our day was essential. Addison exceeded all of these irrationally high expectations that I had for my photography, and then some! I've never felt more natural, peaceful, and in my element than when I'm working with her. Nothing is worse (from a bridesmaids perspective) than being dragged around for 900 posed pictures. For us, we took maybe 2 posed pictures total She was able to capture everything, everyone, and every moment IN the moment without needing us to stand around posing awkwardly afterward. In essence, she allowed us to LIVE our day without feeling like we were faking our way through it just for a picture. Addison - I LOVE YOU GIRL! I can't picture another major life event passing without you there to document!

I fell in love with Addison's vibe after seeing the Downton Abbey themed wedding she shot at the venue we booked, the Glidden House, with the planners we booked, A Charming Fete. Though I knew our wedding would be different, I knew I wanted her to take photos and I knew she had worked with our planners at our venue. We planned our Cleveland wedding from Los Angeles but she made everything so easy, from responding quickly via phone and email and even coming out to LA for our engagement session at our favorite place, the Griffith Park observatory! The engagement session was absolutely magical - right out of the movie La La Land. Also our favorite. It was incredible. It was so fun, we laughed a ton, and we feel like we really made a friend. The photos of course were PHENOMENAL. During our first phone convo before we booked her she was very clear about how important natural light is to her (which is wonderful and it's great that she's so true to her beliefs and vision) and that was really reflected in the engagement photos. She utilized the beautiful sunset, golden hour, and city lights of LA. Swoon!!! For our wedding day we decided to only use her (without an assistant/second shooter) and I'm sure she worked harder than she would have but somehow she was everywhere and got so many amazing candids I couldn't believe, along with all the obvious and important shots. She's not your typical photographer, only getting the necessary shots. She gets those, but she gets so much other good stuff. I couldn't believe it. She really captured the vibe of our day. Her editing style is very specific and beautiful. She had some laptop issues while she was editing our photos so it took a few more days than expected but she was super upfront about it and sent us a slideshow to hold us over until they were all done. I really appreciated that. She makes it super easy to buy prints too. Everything from beginning to end was wonderful and if I ever need a photographer in the Cleveland area I'm going to use her - no question! Thanks Addison!!!

Addison, you're the best! We couldn't be happier with our photos. The moment I saw your sample photos on Insta I was in love with them, the lighting, composition and poses were fabulous but honestly I didn't believe ours can be that good. But they were even better! Exactly what I was looking for. Addison is accomodating, fun, a real artist. Cause we drove down to Columbus for the session, she let me to dress up at her studio and she even prepared a small floral for the session. Let me start off by saying that I'm a bit shy at taking photos that aren't silly. I was nervous at the prospect of engagement photos and how they would turn out. The end result of the photos was beautiful! She knew how to lighten the mood, and allow both of us to be very natural. And we absolutely loved them. They really were everything I wanted, between the tone and the atmosphere. We were so pleased to have had them done by Addison.

Addison is seriously THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER ever! Using natural light is a hard thing to do but the way she uses natural light to help capture the moment is amazing. I went to her to get my daughter's pictures done when she was 3 & Addison did an amazing job of letting my daughter just be herself & it ultimately lead to these amazing pictures that showed my daughters true personality, instead of being posed. She was also very patient & playful with my daughter & my daughter loves Addison to death. Now I will have these pictures of my daughter forever & the quality is just amazing as well, especially when printed!

Addison's photos speak for themselves, so I won't even bother trying to elaborate on how good they are. Just go look. Instead, a couple notes about the experience working with her: She captured moments that I didn't even know were happening that we're so special. To name one, she got pictures of my grandpa looking through his and my grandma's wedding album. They're some of my favorite from the day and easily could have not been captured at all. I'll cherish those forever. She blends in seamlessly. I underestimated the importance of picking a photographer you'll feel comfortable around in intimate moments. It didn't really occur to me until me, my sisters, and girlfriends were getting ready together that if she had been some stiff dude it would have been incredibly uncomfortable. Instead she blended right in and the moments she captured were us genuinely getting ready, and being in the moment. Addison was recommended to me through a friend. I loved her photography style so I immediately contacted her upon getting engaged. Working with Addison, any nervousness quickly dissipates. Out shoot was really relaxed, laid back, and most importantly of all, fun! The two hours we spent working with Addison flowed naturally, there were no forced moments or poses - every moment came about naturally with just the right amount of direction from her. In addition to her incredible and inspiring work, you can tell how much she loves what she does and how much she cares about the details as she spent her own time the day before, scouting the best locations in the area we wanted our photographs taken - a very welcome touch. She was so much fun to work with and the moments she captured on film are sure to encapsulate much of what we love about our relationship. After our awesome engagement photo experience, we are most definitely having Addison capture our wedding with 100% confidence - her work speaks for itself.

My husband and I are definitely introverts and we were really terrified about the whole concept of a photographer. I know Addison through my sister, but we'd really only had a few internet conversations and a phone call before our ceremony. Addison was very willing to work within our very small budget (we did an entire wedding for 90 people on $4500!) which was our first biggest concern. During the consultation, we talked about the fact that I'm not a model and just wanted a few candid shots with everybody in our party. We also discussed the weird "no groom shots" thing that seems to be happening in a lot of wedding shoots. I defintely wanted pictures of my handsome groom! I couldn't have even pictured how wonderfully the final shots came out. We had our pictures in less than a week, completely edited and ready to download. Addison was flexible, let us pick some shots we wanted, but also had a great look book for when we ran out of ideas or felt awkward. I've had so many comments about how great our pictures turned out, I would absolutely recommend Addison to any couple!

Addison and her second shooter were amazing. They took extra time to scout out locations near the wedding for awesome pictures and gave us alternate ideas for better pictures since our wedding was in the late evening. They even had complete sketches of the different locations with possible poses. Honestly the picture taking part of the wedding was a whirlwind but we trusted Addison and after seeing our pictures my wife and I could not be happier! I've never been a big picture taker. You can usually tell I'm forcing an akward smile but Addison even made me look good!

Addison did my daughter's wedding and she was amazing. She blended in so well you barely noticed she was there. She felt like one of the family and her energy was infectious. She genuinely cared about capturing the moments for us and she surpassed our expectations.

Starting this review is a challenge because words cannot adequately capture the gift of photography that Addison has. Her work is breath-taking to me. Addison brings such a unique vision to her pictures, capturing moments in their sincerity. She puts 200% into her work, going above and beyond just to get that shot, and still manages to create a stress free environment. Our pictures are stunning. Addison even captured those sweet moments that I thought no one saw. I was so happy to see those moments captured. Whatever price she quotes, she is worth it. She goes above and beyond! She even did my make up because I forgot it at home. I seriously cannot even imagine working with anyone else. She is incredible.

Our wedding day is one of the most important of our life, and we all want the perfect photos to remember it by. We get specific ideas in mind and even see other photos we want to mimic. Our photos are very important to us. I look back at mine almost everyday, and part of that reason is because my photos capture everything. They capture more than just my pretty dress and my husbands handsomeness. They capture emotion and make it very easy for me to recall what I was feeling in that moment. Addison did so much to take our photos and provide the best she could for us. She even helped with some other details of the wedding when nobody else was there to make sure things were done right. (Our hotel room got double booked and she straightened it out for me because I was running late) I would highly recommend Addison because of her attention to details that matter on your wedding day, her ability to adjust to your particular situation and to all of the people involved, her humor and assistance in making the day stress free, and the way she cares so genuinely about providing her customers with the best photos she possibly can! Oh and her advice is second to none. If she has a suggestion, try it for the chance of having a photo that is the bomb.com

Amazing photographer. Very outgoing and willing to go the extra mile to get the perfect shot. Every moment of my wedding day was captured perfectly and I couldn't have asked for any better. She also did our engagement photos. Everyone thought they were from a bridal magazine because they were just so glamorous and perfect. Best choice hands down.
