She communicated throughout the process, showed examples and ideas to make sure she was creating the design we wanted, and was very timely in completing the job. I made a few mistakes on names/addresses and she was patient, kind, and cooperative in handling my mistakes. We had many people comment on how great the invitations looked and asked where we had them done.
