My husband ordered an engagement ring from Adiamor, and I couldn’t be happier. The ring is absolutely stunning ,and I receive compliments every time I wear the ring. The design process was simple, and we had a great experience working with Carly and Sam. They were very nice, professional and great to work with. They had a quick turnaround, and the ring arrived with a beautiful packaging and included all of the necessary documentation. We took the ring for an appraisal, and the Appriser confirmed the stats of the diamond and ring, and was very impressed with the high quality of the ring. I couldn’t figure out what to get my wife for our 10 year anniversary and had been seeing prices all over the place but, never as low as Adiamor. I decided on a pair of lab created diamond earrings. They really are the same thing and, I paid a fraction of what it would cost if, they were sourced from a different spot because they are real. They are also GIA certified. I felt so relaxed with their team who guided me through a hard day process. The process of making the best decision for my pocket. I really can’t say enough about how extraordinary this company is. They set themselves apart from their competitors because, they valued my time and, were always there to help when I called. Can’t say enough good stuff about them!

Payment process was very straight forward! The customer service response was awesome. I received a call nearly right after, from a lovely lady, (I can't remember her name) just to confirm everything with me and what to expect. I received follow up emails to any questions I had from Mark and Sam. Beautiful Adiamor packaging as well. The shipping was tracked fully, and the shipping box was discreet with no give aways to ruin any surprises. Their selection and pricing was the best around that I could find online. Buying a diamond online is very risky. Adiamor made the process so easy. Communication was excellent,  quality of the diamond was beyond my expectation and shipping was flawless! My daughter just got engaged with this beautiful gem. She had her diamond appraised at our local fine jewelry store for an insurance policy estimate and this diamond appraised for 10 thousand dollars even though it was purchased for half that amount!!!! Adiamor was very attentive, responsive and helpful through the ring-purchasing process. Mark @ Adiamor LA was very patient and knowledgeable -- we did end up purchasing the diamond elsewhere but came back to Adiamor for the ring and setting because we felt the quality of their product and professionalism were better than the rest.

I started looking for my 15th anniversary "upgrade" ring a few years ago, so I was familiar with the plethora of online retailers out there. I did my research, both into the companies behind the online store-front and into the 4 C's of diamond buying. I wanted more than an automated middle-man - because if you want something unique, or if you want a setting for a larger stone, some of these retailers can't accomodate what you want. And if they do it - you'll be paying an extra fee. I decided on a 3.6 ct Asscher cut stone, and while most of the sites had limited options, Adiamor was the only one who didn't have restrictions on the size of the stone. It's because they manufacture the setting. It's made at the time you order, to your specifications. And let me tell you they did a fantastic job. The pave setting is smooth and even, with no rough prongs, and the kite set center stone is perfect - it's not tilted or off center in any way. It's truly gorgeous. The only thing I'd suggest to Adiamor is to add the average gold weight to the description of their settings. I'm someone who likes a bit more substantial ring with a thicker band, so that would've been helpful to me. Overall, their prices are great compared to the more hyped online retailer, which frequently had the same diamonds for much higher prices. I'd definitely purchase from Adiamor again in the future. The combination of company history, prices and great customer service has made this an easy choice. I'm extremely pleased with my ring! It's a stunna!

My fiancé ordered my engagement ring online from Adiamor. Full disclosure, I did my research and really fell in love with this place and gave him the recommendation. My favorite part was that you or your fiancé can build dream rings on the site ahead of time to figure out pricing and styles. I was not a part of the ordering process but my fiancé was blown away by the customer service. He knew the style I wanted but was a little intimidated by choosing a ring. He contacted customer service and they helped him so much. They explained everything and even talked him down from a higher price ring to make sure he was getting the best deal and quality which I think says a lot about a company. He had the proposal planned for a specific day and his chosen diamond wasn't going to be in yet so they actually sent a place holder ring for the proposal no questions asked. This ring was so gorgeous as well but did not compare to the one that was coming. We loved our experience so much and I seriously could not recommend Adiamor more. We just received our wedding bands and they knocked it out of the park. I literally sent them a picture of what I wanted and they delivered. The setting was stunning, but despite the cut, quality and clarity of the side stones , they just didn’t look as I had hoped with the princess cut center stone. I love this place! They have excellent service and prices are very reasonable. Here are the reasons for giving a 5-star service: 1. I let my fiancé picked my ring. The only guidelines that I gave him was round-cut diamond and “simple and unique”. He was like “what does that mean…?” So when he met with the consultant at Adiamor, they carefully picked out the most beautiful for me. It is rose gold, French basket, 3-sided pave band. Definitely one of a kind! It is truly simple and unique. The consultant was very patient and accommodating. They also delivered the ring in a timely matter. He got it the day before our trip that he was going to propose to me on. 2. After I got proposed, the ring was just a tad too big, so they said that they can go down .25 size. Because I have 3-sided pave, they told me that want to get a more experienced jeweler to resize my ring because the consultant didn’t want the diamonds to fall off. It was very thoughtful! So she made sure that the jeweler that day was experienced to resize my ring and got it done within an hour. 3. When I got my ring resized, my fiancé tried different wedding bands, and the consultant wasn’t pushy at all. She told us to take our time since our wedding was a year away. Four months later, we messaged them and said that we wanted a trim of rose gold and the rest being platinum. We handled the process over email and it was as seamless as being there in person. 4. Right after I got proposed, my friend asked me where I got the ring because she already went to a few stores in downtown LA and didn’t see anything she liked. As soon as I told her, she took her now fiancé to Adiamor and bought the diamond in a week! 5. Eight months after our engagement, my fiance’s best friend wanted to propose to his girlfriend. Because he is doing his medical residency in Miami, FL, he was on a tighter budget. The consultant helped him get the most bang for his buck. He was able to do this across the country. He didn’t even consider any other jeweler and bought the ring within a month. Here are the reasons for giving a 5-star pricing: 1. Adiamor may not have the brand-name, like Tiffany or Cartier, but it is far from like Blue Nile. They personalize your jewelry to make it “you”. The prices are very competitive to Blue Nile, yet my friends and I got the personalized experience. 2. Also, when my fiancé went shopping for my ring, he shopped on Blue Nile and went to at least 4-5 stores (e.g. Jared, a boutique high-end store in Orange County). If he had bought the ring at the boutique high-end store in Orange County, he would have gotten half the size and the quality of the diamond would not be as nearly good. In summary, my fiancé and I bought 2 rings, and we referred to 2 more friends! We all absolutely love the experience and the price. Highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love my engagement ring from Adiamor! After my fiance told me how easy it was to navigate their site and order through them, we knew we had to use them for our wedding bands as well. Even though we live in the midwest and they are located in California, it feels as though you're working with a local neighborhood jeweler. Their prices are very fair, but, more importantly, their customer service is excellent--when making such a large purchase, there's no better peace of mind than this. They are in constant contact with you regarding your order, and extremely responsive via email, phone, and their online chat system. Getting instructions to send a ring back when we needed a resize was a breeze. Would not hesitate to use Adiamor in the future!

I have purchased 4 rings from Adiamor, and all have been stunning! I had one of them reset and just received it today! This ring is absolutely stunningly gorgeous! Bought a really nice emerald cut single stone diamond ring from them earlier this year, my fiancee consistently gets compliments on it all the time (1.11 carat, G, vvs2). Prior to buying I had no idea what the 4 c's were, buying an engagement ring is the first step and I wanted something really nice. Purchased from Adiamor after shopping around with 2 other online jewelers and also going into a national jeweler's local store, none of which compared in terms of selection and price. I must have talked with them 2 or 3 times before I ever purchased anything and every time they were extremely helpful and attentive, never pushy, always informative, and always listened to what it I was trying to do. If you are looking for an engagement ring and do not care about customer service AFTER buying the ring, Adiamor is the right choice for you. All the good google reviews from this store is about buying the ring, and not what happens when something is not right with it. It has been almost 7 months since my fiancé proposed to me. I found out recently (our wedding is 2 months away) that the engagement ring was not sized properly. The poor rating is not due to the fact that the ring was sized incorrectly, but due to the customer service we received when we called the store. The reason why it is a 2, and not a 1, was because I decided to call back and give them another shot. Here is our experience purchasing a ring at Adiamor. We purchased our ring online as we do not live in LA. The website was user friendly, and the person we chatted with online was helpful in assisting us with choosing a diamond. Before we made our purchase, we had called them to tell them that we needed the ring expedited. They quoted us a price and told us to call back after we had made the purchase. However, when we called back, someone else picked up and quoted us a different price, about $100 more. We had to argue with them back and forth for them to honor the first quote that we were given. After we got engaged I noticed that the ring was rather loose. It didn't fall off my finger, but EVERYONE commented on how loose it was. I kept thinking that maybe I had bought the wrong size, despite trying rings, and being told I was a 3.5 by multiple jewelry stores. It wasn't until we were trying wedding bands and I casually asked the jeweler if it was possible to make my engagement ring smaller that we realized it was not the right size. The ring sat perfectly at 3.75 on the sizer. We then brought the ring to other jewelry stores, and it sat at 3.75 at all of them. We called Adiamor, and the store manager told us that every store may size their rings slightly differently. They told us if we had reached out within 90 of purchasing our ring, we could have resized it for free. (But who would think that a store could possibly make such a novice mistake?!?!?) Basically, they told us it was not their fault, and if we wanted it to be fixed, it would cost shipping and $50 for the ring to be resized. I sat on this for a few weeks, and finally called again because I could not believe the customer service I received. This time a man named Art picked up, and he was much more pleasant to have a conversation with. To be honest, I am quite sorry for setting him up before telling him why I had called. I asked him if I wanted to purchase a ring, and have tried multiple stores and they have all told me I am a 3.5, does that mean I am also a 3.5 at their store. He said yes. Then I asked him how come the ring we had purchased did not fit? After a few phone calls, he told us that we would be able to mail the ring back to them, they would cover for shipping, and they would resize the ring for me if it was not sized properly, otherwise a $50 fee would be charged. In hindsight I wish I had just bought the diamond from them, and did the setting elsewhere. I am 100% sure that my ring was not sized properly. I was not upset by the fact that the ring did not fit, but more so that the store manager kept telling us it was to no fault of theirs.

THE ONLY REVIEW YOU WILL EVER NEED TO READ (for really any diamond/engagement retailer because you might as well stop at Adiamor, you found the best one, congrats)! The TL;DR (But please read the story below if you have a few minutes, I promise it’s worth it to hear my story of buying with Adiamor): PROs: 1) The prices are on average 20% cheaper than everyone I could find online (including James Allen, Blue Nile, as well as other local jewelers). 2) They treated me like family and never pushed anything on me, were completely transparent about all prices (i.e. what it cost them to make it), and helped me get an amazing engagement and wedding ring pair. 3) They make everything in house in L.A., something most companies cannot say. 4) They are a 4th generation family-owned and operated company. I met the company president’s wife and sister who both work for Adiamor. Sam (the president) likes to brag about how his dad sold Mr. T all of his jewelry back in the 80s. 5) Everyone who has seen my fiance's ring has said “Oh nic... WHOA!”. 6) Although I didn’t buy online, the pictures online are exactly what I got in person, with the “on hand” being very helpful to see the size (hint most engagement ring/diamond photos are taken VERY close up to make them seem bigger than they are, this is standard in the industry so keep that in mind). 7) The diamonds all come with a GIA certificate and lifetime cleaning, a trade-in policy if you want a bigger stone later, and everything else you could imagine. If you are not sure if they have something, just message them and ask because they probably do. 8) The quality of the craftsmanship is phenomenal, and if anything ever did go wrong, they will fix it right away. Adiamor recommends Jewelers Mutual which costs 1% of the value of the ring per year for literally everything under the sun (even mysterious disappearances). CONs: 1) If you don’t live in L.A. and have to buy online, you won’t be able to meet the friendly and wonderful staff who work at Adiamor, but you will still get an amazing ring/diamond! My Story with Adiamor: This past year (2019) I was living out in L.A. for the summer on an internship and spent my evenings looking around for engagement rings. I spent months searching and checked every website you could imagine, local jewelers in L.A., big online retailers like James Allen, Blue Nile, and even places like Tiffany’s (hey a guy can dream right?). I will say this to everyone I know until the day I die, I am so happy I found Adiamor. Adiamor treated me like family when I had no clue how to buy an engagement ring. Sure I knew diamonds and I picked out a beautiful D IF stone, but apparently showing up on a Saturday without an appointment is a faux pas. Since the staff was busy with appointments, the president of the company took care of me personally without hesitation. He offered to show me exactly what it cost them to make the ring (and yes they make everything in house in L.A.) and gave me a pretty amazing deal (about 20% cheaper than I was finding most other online places). Later, when I had questions about shipping and insurance, the president had his employees give me his personal cell number while he was on vacation to help me with my questions. Sam (the president) and everyone at Adiamor did more than I could have imagined for me and for the rest of my life, if I can help it, I will always be shopping at Adiamor for any jewelry. Thank you again Sam and everyone at Adiamor.

SCAM, they will find a way to charge you extra. We upgraded the diamond on the engagement ring. When we picked out the diamond, they told us its free to set it back on the same ring we bought from them. So we did the upgrade and after we sent them the ring they said we have to pay $189 for the prong fee which they did not listed on their website. We was like whatever, and paid the fee. When we got the new diamond, we didn’t like it so we contacted them to do the exchange. The new diamond costed more so we paid the differences. A couple days later we received an email saying we need to pay $274 for the prong fee. So we contacted them again and told them we just paid for the new prong. One of the staff responded said the fee is for their metalsmith to set the diamond, which they clearly told me it is free for using the same ring. And i told them their consultant told me it is free of charge for using the same ring, and then another person responded the email said the prong i just paid for is not reusable so i have to paid for another one. We were like “so what is the cost for? One person said this and the other said differently” Seem like they just came up with difference BS excuses to charge us more.

I ordered a loose diamond from Adiamor. The diamond came and I sent it to get mounted. I did not inspect the diamond close enough (This was my mistake by being to trusting and not knowing enough about diamonds and how to inspect them). When I got the diamond back in the setting I immediately noticed two large black areas that have no light reflection. It is an awful diamond. Since I got this set with a different jeweler the 30 day return policy ran out. Adiamor was unwilling to work with me on a solution. I am stuck with a $5,000 diamond that is absolutely worthless and ugly. They are the vendor that gives shopping for a diamond online a bad name. This company runs a scam. Do not buy from them. Learn from my mistake. This is a terrible company - especially when making such an important purchase. The way they presented the diamond on their website hid the black non reflective portions of the diamond. They knew exactly what they were doing.

I found my stone using an aggregator but Adiamor was the company that I purchased the stone from. I genuinely cannot believe they had such a beautiful stone for the price they advertised. I had my doubts about it and kept rereading the specs to make sure I wasn't missing something. My jeweler was in shock because the price was even lower than her wholesaler! Upon receiving the stone I got it appraised and everything checked out. To this day I can't believe I got such a perfect stone at that price point. Every other place I've looked had stones of lesser quality that cost several thousand dollars more! In addition, Adiamor had great customer support and were very attentive and quick to respond to all of my questions. Their return policy also gave me peace of mind. Should there have been any issues with the stone during the appraisal I could have returned it within 30 days. Fortunately, that wasn't the case. My wife to this day cannot stop staring at her beautiful stone.

The selection, service, and transparency of actually shopping and choosing the diamond based on shape, weight, cut, clarity, and color, as well as choosing the design, size (band width) and metal to truly customizing a ring offered through Adiamor was excellent! This was as close to picking out the actual diamond and setting amid 100's of diamonds that I did 20 years ago in Antwep, Belgium, to create customized rings. Except it was on the internet. After building and purchasing the ring, I received a phone call from the jeweler (not a customer service representative) to review and finalize the ring, so I would be happy with it. He spent no less time answering questions I didn't even know I had, than if I had been shopping in person. The 30 day free return was also very comforting. What jewelry store offers that? My fiance is thrilled with the ring. Wide, comfort fit platinum band, with 1 ct., excellent, D-quality diamond that compliments a ring I will be wearing. Just waiting until our wedding next month to give it to her. It is spectacular!

Adaimor was amazing. They answered multiple emails full of questions and answered all of them very patiently and clearly. We were purchasing a large stone that was flawless, D in color and had all the makings of the perfect stone. There were a couple of them we were considering and they were great about answering questions in the differenced between the two. When they received the diamond the sent a short video clip for our review. When the diamond arrived it was just as beautiful as expected. We are very satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone!

You can say that he is more of a quality verses quantity type person and knew that I adored rose gold and Adiamor was the place where he found the perfect set. Adiamor has a variety of rings to choose from with many different options such as color, cut, size, karat, clarity, gold, silver, etc. I loved the uniqueness of my ring so much that we ordered his wedding band from Adiamor in rose gold, of course! The gorgeous colors that are emitted from the diamonds are breathtaking. Not even a year later, we tied the knot and had to get my husband's wedding band from Adiamor as well. Rose gold is not a typical color especially for a man's wedding band but my husband has been received many compliments since getting the rings. We love them!

Do not waste your money on jewelry stores to buy a diamond. I have made 4 purchases in the last ten years, and the appraisal value for my Recent diamond purchase was $7,000.00 higher than my purchase price with Adiamor. Even the appraisers were amazed. If you want your diamonds to fall out multiple times in less than a year, then buy from Adiamor. I had 2 small diamonds fall out in my engagement ring within 6 months from my engagement and 1 fall out in my wedding band in the one month since my wedding. It's very disappointing and frustrating. When I called Adiamor, they were rude and told me it would cost over $100 to fix. I went to a local jeweler who charged me less than a 1/4 of that to fix it. Now I'm afraid to wear my rings because I don't want any more stones to fall out.
