d in the signed contract. The vendor failed to provide any type of communication. I had to reach out to them to even know what the issue was. The vendor then showed up 15min before my event was over and some of my guest had already left. The cake, which I have pics of, was lopsided. The vendor promised a refund. Fast forward to November, for the entire month, there’s been a back and forth about getting a refund. The vendor continues to have poor communication. After finally making contact, I was told that my refund would take a month. Then later I was told it had been initiated, and that it would take 7 days. Fast forward to presently now I’m December approaching Christmas. Still no refund. Now I’m being told that I ant get my money, because business has been slow and because the main person is just a single mother. As a professional business, with a claim of 15 years experience, you should know when how to correlate your business around slow/fast times of the year. Now I’m being told I have to wait until January 3rd. Which I think is unacceptable.
