When we got there for my appointment, they were so excited, welcoming and professional. I can be very indecisive and Devan really worked with me through that. I found the dress that I absolutely loved and canceled the rest of my appointments. It was such a fantastic experience!

el most confident on my “big day”. Even from the initial survey, the Adore team paid attention to every detail and were able to address any question or concern I had throughout the process. The AdoreBrideBox experience was personalized to me and I could—without a doubt—tell the staff had my best interest in mind when choosing dresses to send. With the box limited to only having five dresses, I couldn’t spend all day looking at Adore’s inventory and trying endless dresses on (like I probably would have in-person). The staff helped me narrow my focus to what I truly wanted and envisioned. The dress picks were thoughtfully chosen and sent to me via text for approval. Adore made sure to be respectful of my budget and wedding date, assuring the dress would be here with plenty of time. When the AdoreBrideBox was delivered, it was pretty fun to open the big box of dresses and veils. My fiancé carried the box for me and mentioned it was much heavier than he expected! (LOL) Unfortunately, he is the only other person in the house who could help with the try-on. Although he was willing to help, I ended up having to break isolation to have my bridesmaid closest in proximity (a fellow Adore bride) assist me during the virtual appointment. We sent my fiancé to the basement while the girls got to play! Adore made it very easy to follow the Zoom meeting instructions and forward the link to as many “attendees” as I wanted. This was another bonus of the box(!!), since I likely would not have been able to invite or share the shopping experience with as many people. I live several hours from my family and most bridesmaids, but luckily they were able to join in and participate from the comfort of their own homes. They chatted in between dresses and were able to enjoy the appointment as if it were in-person. As my bridesmaids mentioned, I was their “live entertainment” that day and it was “better than Netflix” for a change during this quarantine-period. Definitely a bright spot and something we’ll never forget about quarantine or my wedding preparations! I was lucky enough to pick my dress that day! It was the first one Andrea sent to me via text, the first one I tried on, and the dress I couldn’t stop thinking about throughout the appointment (and everyday since!). The guidance from Janice during the call made the experience feel like I was in the store. She helped me decide what order of dresses to try on and which to try on again (and again). She asked all the right questions to make sure I knew exactly how I felt in each dress...ultimately leading up to choosing the dress I can finally call mine! Even though the shopping wasn’t traditional, it was very successful. I can’t say enough about how personal the AdoreBrideBox process felt! I was able to choose the dress of my dreams while having a unique, unforgettable experience.

They respected my budget and helped me to find a dress that I felt confident in! That was no easy task as like most women, I'm pretty hard on myself! I went to my appointment with just my mom and we had the BEST time!! They really make it a once in a lifetime experience. They focus on YOU and make this your special day. They don’t rush you, they listen to your thoughts and concerns for every single dress until you’re you find your special one! The entire staff is so incredibly sweet and they all chime in to help you make your decision. It was one of my favorite experiences of the wedding planning process. I brought my maid of honors to try on bridesmaids dresses as well who also loved the experience. I recommended it to my best friend and then got to experience it all over again as a bridesmaid! I couldn’t recommend Adore enough. They’re the best! ♥️

e day we went dress shopping I had gone to another store that pushed my budget and didn't ask me any questions about what I wanted. At Adore, Brea listened to me and supported my budget which was nice. I loved the pre sale process and how I was able to send them photos of what I was looking for. Checking in every few months and giving you a check list to help navigate your planning. They even take things a step further when your panicked that you ordered the wrong color bridesmaid dresses, they will rush to make sure you can see a sample dress of that color in person and provide additional color swatches! I highly recommend shopping with Adore. They take excellent care of you from start to finish!

me in a bunch of dresses that I didn't like at all. There was one dress that I liked ok. They were incredibly pushy and eventually convinced me to buy that dress even though I was clearly not that excited about it. Now it's my fault for not walking out of there before buying the dress. The dress has now arrived and I contacted them about the alterations as this is a cost they had told me they would cover. The dress has two versions and I wanted the lined version but not the cap sleeves that are on the lined version so the store offered to pay for my alterations. When it came time to get my alterations, the store claims that the alterations they promised to cover is the lined dress that I had chosen since apparently that version is $500 more which I had never been informed of. I'm certain they lied to me because I specifically remember them offering to cover the alterations regarding removing the cap sleeves and they never informed me that the lined dress is more expensive.

This truly was a unique and very stress free experience, and I will highly recommend anyone to buy their wedding dress at Adore. After my second appointment Andrea took her own personal time to research other dresses by their designer that they didn't carry, but had the characteristics I wanted. I trusted her and ordered the dress so I could try it on, and it was absolutely perfect! The dress was beautiful, so flattering and made my dream come true! I couldn't imagine working with another bridal salon as there is no where else that provides the service and experience that Adore does! Thank you so much to Andrea and the Adore team!

Before my appointment I filled out an online survey about my preferences and my wedding, talked with them on the phone, and they even sent me pictures of some dresses they thought I might like, so that they could figure out what I was looking for! Upon arrival we went to a private corner of the salon, and there were couches for the guests that I brought. It was so nice to have our own corner of the salon, because it was private. The other salons I had been to weren't as private, and I felt like I was on show to the other customers. My consultant (Brea), was so amazing and patient. I had a long day before coming to Adore, and she completely understood. She brought out dress after dress based on what I liked and didn't like. I ended up picking one of her recommendations, the second dress I tried on! They stayed within my budget with no questions asked, and even helped me find the perfect veil to accompany the dress. I finally had my "Say yes to the dress" moment, and I didn't think I would ever get there! I'm very excited to go back for alterations once my dress comes in!

tried them on and wanted changes they fought us the whole time and were switching jackets from person to person until they finally would order us different sizes. They also lost one of our wedding parties measurements and he had to drive back to get re-fitted. After we were all fitted we were then told "yea tuxedos aren't really our thing", so then why did they convince us to do our tuxes through them? My dad had to drive to the store 4 times to finally get his tux to fit. My wife had a horrible experience with her dress. After the wedding she had paid for the package to get it cleaned and preserved and delivered to us. They called her after it was cleaned and told her she had to come pick it up, when she said she paid for the package for it to be delivered the lady told her "sorry it didn't work out that way". Then, finally after complaining they said they would deliver it. Come to find out they never preserved it so then we had to wait for them to do that. After its all said and done we finally got the dress back but was missing the vail. They didn't have any record of the dress and now have to find where the vail is because no one knew where it was. I have never had so much trouble with a company in my life. Also every time we wanted to talk to the owner she was gone or on vacation. Adore was aware of all these problems and did nothing to make things right. I highly suggest that people find their dresses else where. Adore has the worst customer service.
