Adore Wedding Event Coordinators

Elaina!!! I cannot say enough good things about her. She was the reason our wedding came together perfectly, why my vision came to life beautifully, why I felt confident going into the wedding day knowing she had everything handled. Etc etc!! We hired her as our day-of coordinator and she met with us over the two months leading up to the wedding. She put in so much time and effort, countless text threads, many Zooms, calls with all our vendors so I wouldnt have to do those, and more. She asked about all the details I'd never have thought of to make sure every aspect of the day was covered. She was there for me when I was stressed and offered me many thoughtful solutions and just a listening ear - she knows what stressed out brides need and she knows how to calm them down. On the actual day of, she and her assistant were so on top of things - executing the timing of everything flawlessly, working tirelessly literally all day long. They set up my table decor and everything so beautifully, it was literally my Pinterest come to life! At the end of the night they packed everything (and there was a LOT of stuff) back up, packed the rentals to be picked up by the company, which included bagging 90 chairs individually, and did a lot in near darkness apparently (sorry!!).  Basically, she went above and beyond her day-of coordination duties and we are so so so grateful for everything she did. We love you Elaina and appreciate you so much!!!

I truly cannot recommend Elaina and her team enough! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely seamless. One of the biggest stress relievers was knowing we didn’t have to worry about setup or cleanup at all. Her team beautifully arranged all the decor exactly how we envisioned it and took care of everything afterward so we could just enjoy the moment. Because of Elaina and her team, we were actually able to be present, soak in every second, and truly enjoy our wedding day without any stress or distractions. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it, and book Elaina! It will be one of the best decisions you make for your event!
