There are so many things I love about this place. First of all, it's absolutely stunning inside and it's hard to not have a good time while sipping champagne. I had a lovely time working with Haley as my stylist! She's so sweet and really got an understanding of my taste. I also really loved how intimate the setting was. At the time they had two rooms across from each other so it was only you and your group plus one other bride with her group and everyone really hypes each other up and gives genuine opinions.
Bethany was amazing to work with! She made the entire experience fun and enjoyable and she listened to exactly what I wanted without trying to convince me to try styles I knew I didn't want!
Haley was amazing to work with!! She helped me find the PERFECT dress! She asked all the right questions and listened to everything I said, couldn't have asked for a better place to shop!
I found my PERFECT wedding dress last week at Adorn!! The entire experience was amazing from the second we walked in the door! Everybody was extremely helpful and so NICE!! The girls made our experience so much fun!! I came into the appointment looking for dresses that I always envisioned my wedding dress looking like.. and I left with the total opposite!! It was hands down the best day ever!!! I would recommend Adorn to every bride!! They definitely make everybody feel beautiful!!
Bethany and Haley are the absolute best. Their professionalism, warmth, and experience shine through. Not only was my dress BEAUTIFUL, but the process of finding my dress and veil was so enjoyable. They made us feel so comfortable— offered water, tea, champagne, etc. They were extremely knowledgeable about the dresses, designers, and accessories they carried. I can’t recommend them more. Thank you Adorn for helping make my day so special.
This was my absolute favorite wedding dress experience! Everyone was so nice and attentive, and I truly felt taken care of.
Absolutely loved my wedding dress and experience at Adorn Louisville, and I highly recommend to any Bride! First and foremost, the shop is the cutest and I instantly felt like a Bride upon arrival. Then, Bethany and Haley were there to greet us, seat us and provide the BEST experience for us. I fell in love with and purchased a Pronovias gown, and I also purchased several Untamed accessories (veil, earrings) offered in the shop and online. The whole experience from start to finish was seamless, and I felt supported by Bethany and Haley the entire time. They were sweet, offered recommendations and were the best hype women to go along with my crew. Truly cannot say enough GREAT things about Adorn!

This bridal studio is stunning. They make it such a personalized experience and Haley listened to my vision and had the dress of my dreams waiting for me in my dressing room. Went home with the very first one I tried on. Can’t say enough about this place!

This was my second time trying on dresses and most definitely the more favorable. Before I even arrived Bethanny had picked out a few dresses that were perfectly in my style based on what we had previously talked about before my appointment. I almost had a hard time deciding because of how good the choices were. The building is also beautiful.

I can't say enough positive things about Adorn. I had my first bridal appointment back in June, fell in love with a dress - didn't have a venue selected yet, date, plenty of time and wiggle room to make a final dress decision. Haley encouraged to shop around some more, see what I like, etc. Went to a few more appointments around Louisville and Lexington and nothing compared to Adorn!
We were getting closer to the year out mark and made my final dress appointment, thinking I would say "yes" to one of the first dresses I tried on this summer after trying on almost every dress in the Bluegrass State. Ending up saying "yes to the dress" to one of the new gowns they recently received in and wasn't released yet this summer. Thankful they never pushed buying a dress as it turns out I was waiting for my perfect dress to be made!
Besides having the best dress selection, the entire experience was something of a dream. Couldn't have imagined a more perfect day, with my favorite people, picking a dress to marry my favorite person in, without the help of Haley and Bethany! Sixth appointments a charm!

Wow!! These girls are so much help when finding the dress of your DREAMS! I purchased the first dress ever sold at this location right after they had just opened, and even then they were very professional, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. They were very transparent and I could text them with any questions they had. Beautiful space, awesome selection of dresses. Thank you girls so much!!
I had the most incredible experience at Adorn Louisville! Bethany was so knowledgable and made the whole process fun and stress free! I sent her dress inspiration prior to my appointment and she similar styles waiting in my dressing room when I arrived. I ended up getting the first dress I tried on - Bethany had selected exactly what I was looking for!! The shop is lovely and the whole Adorn Bridal team is incredible!
I had the best experience at Adorn! I didn't have a specific dress style in mind, but Bethany helped me narrow down my style and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I went to four dress shops in Louisville and Adorn was by far my favorite. I can't recommend it enough!
The layout of the store is beautiful and is the perfect set up you want for wedding dress shopping! I didn't find my dress there, but the selections were still beautiful and the staff was very helpful!

The best! I went in with a very specific dress in mind, one that isn’t very popular right now. The Adorn team worked magic to help me find/create my dream dress. They didn’t rush me, didn’t pressure me and made all of my dress dreams come true. It was the first time since being engaged that I felt like a bride. I couldn’t have asked for a better or more magical experience!
I went to three wedding dress appointments, and Adorn was by far my favorite. From customer service to attention to detail, ambience, and dress selection, they truly provided the best experience. They called me a few days before my appointment to confirm everything, and they even started a text thread with me to share more photos and inspiration. I felt like they put a lot of effort and care into making the experience feel special. They had an amazing dress selection and an amazing seamstress, and I found my perfect dress and the most stunning veil. I could not recommend Adorn enough. Bethany and Haley were so wonderful! I will always remember my experience at Adorn! Thank you so much.
I had the best experience at Adorn over the weekend! Haley and Bethany felt like my own friends they were so sweet and helpful. They pulled all the right dresses for me without much information and hit the nail on the head finding me "the one". They also weren't pushy or made me make a decision on the spot which is KEY!
