s away, so when I booked my hair and makeup trial it was planned around days I needed to travel there to do other wedding prep with other vendors. When the time came for my trial in July Lourdes did my hair. She did an AMAZING job. She came prepared and had practiced my design on a mannequin to ensure she could execute what I wanted. However, the makeup artist who was supposed to also come canceled at 9 pm the night before. They weren’t able to schedule someone else to come do it before I had to travel back home. To make up for it, the new owner was able to schedule another trial just for the makeup two weeks before when I had to come back again for last minute walk through a with my venue. He didn’t end up charging me for it since when I came back for the second trial the makeup artist once again canceled. Instead of having her come to me I had to go to the Salon and Mary Beth did my makeup trial. It all worked out for the best because Mary Beth did an amazing job. She was even able to accommodate adding one more makeup application the day of! Both Lourdes and Mary Beth did amazing work. I felt so beautiful and my mom, aunt, and bridesmaids all also looked gorgeous. The owner really went out of his way to make things right after all of the mix ups and frustration, so I would recommend them. Ask for Mary Beth and Lourdes and you will not be disappointed!

ad a coordinator (Karen) who did a great job ensuring that my friends and I were served during the wedding day. Since I'm not from Asheville, we didn't have much time for the trial run. We decided to do it on the Friday before my wedding. Mandy did an excellent job of patiently tailoring my looks to mimic the inspirational pictures that I sent. My makeup was also done by Mandy and my friend's formal hairstyles. Her selection of pastel colors and her advice were very accurate, professional, and neat. I do not use makeup often, so I really appreciated her advice and guidance. Rosa was the makeup artist assigned to serve my friends. They were all pleased with her work and advice. They showed up on time and ready to work and perform extra services. We didn't know that my grandmother was in need of beauty services. Although we added her service last minute they were able to finish on time for the ceremony. I will definitely recommend Adorn Weddings.

staid at an Airbnb. My idea was to have services at the salon. They assigned Candace to my service as well as other 2 girls for the wedding day. The trial was perfect. It was done at a local private studio. Candace is very talented and she was abe to translate what I was looking for. She put my words in action. I'm not good with hair or at explaining things. Mandy and Lourdes joined Candace during the wedding day. they did an amazing job. I'm very pleased with the products that they use. Everybody was happy with their looks. I really felt like a queen. Thank you Candace for turning my stressful wedding day into a lovely experience.

. Especially during the trial which was a little complex because we are not from NC. She sent us Google Maps instructions as well as friendly reminders, etc. Lourdes and Rosa were the artists assigned. They did an excellent job with the makeup application. My formal hairstyle was very solid and it lasted the whole day. My friends were pleased with their services. They were able to accommodate us, even after calling them pretty much last minute. effiently. Unfortunately, less than a month before my wedding, my mother passed from her battle with cancer which had metaticized from her stage 4 breast cancer. Due to this, I had to call to cancel my makeup services because financially the funds were needed for familial reasons due to her passing. Adorn was so gracious in their understanding and gave their most sincere and deepest condolences. They were so kind to help me with canceling my contract to accommodate my family's needs which they absolutely didn't have to do. I would 100% recommend them on their customer service alone. It is unbeatable. I cannot thank the owner and the team enough for the kindness and generosity during this difficult time in my life. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you are looking to hire them, you won't be disappointed.

She asked us what we wanted, what kinds of makeup we normally wore, what color our dresses were, what type of look we were going for, etc. Samantha prepped our skin, took care to keep everything clean and sanitary, had an amazing array of products and colors to choose from…and was crazy talented. We all looked beautiful. Lourdes styled our hair. She also communicated well, asked us to bring pictures, and talked through the hair styles checking in along the way. The curls and braids she created were so impressive. Additionally, all of the events were outside, the rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception. Our hair and makeup held up beautifully, we all looked as good at the end of the night as we did at the beginning. And the makeup and hair were comfortable to wear all night long. I highly recommend Adorn Wedding Services for any event where you feel you want to look your best!

My daughter also received a trial appointment. I want to remark on how Mandy, Suzanne, and Cara treated us like queens on the wedding day. It was super fun. I also want to mention that they accommodated us last minute. They went above and beyond to be able to help us. I don't have the most self confidence normally, but when I saw the final product, i felt like a princess (not to sound cliche). She traveled an hour and a half outside of Asheville to my wedding venue and was prompt, professional and really easy to work with. Definitely a relaxing presence on my wedding day! We communicated via text ahead of time with style and makeup ideas since I was not able to do a trial with her. She also graciously took on the challenge of my no-hairspray rule ( apparently you can't wear hairspray in a hot air balloon since it's flammable!). Working with MC on my hair and makeup helped ease so much of my wedding-morning stress!

She really listened to what I wanted and if I wanted anything changed she was happy to do it, and she was able to incorporate my hair pieces beautifully into the hair style. They also offer complimentary champagne and mimosas to add to the pampering experience. MC also did a great job on my mom’s hair and was so nice and friendly. On your wedding day you want to look perfect, and I’m so glad I went to Adorn to help me look my best for the most special day ever.

She was very thoughtful in her work and truly wanted everyone to love their hair all day long. She could do any style we asked for and was more than happy to re-do if someone wasn’t 100% on what they had picked. Our make-up artist was beyond talented. I honestly think all of us were astounded by her talent! We all wanted to look natural but gorgeous and she did just that. I have not seen better make-up at any wedding I have attended. 's feet! I'd like to start with the beginning of the process when I called to arrange an appointment with them. It was absolutely flawless. I had to cancel with Cheveux Salon last minute as the owner is a huge and utter jerk. I was so upset as my wedding was two weeks away. I called Adorn crying and scared that I won't find anyone who could take care of us on my wedding day. They took charge of the situation after listening to my plight with sympathy and understanding and said not to worry, that they would take the absolute best care of me. The girls stayed on top of everything and communicated with me about everything. They listened to my needs and wants for my special day. Most importantly, they delivered exactly what they said they would, perfection! When we all arrived on my wedding day, we were greeted like celebrities just walked in, and just showered us with attention, mimosas and giving us a private room to get ready. They promptly got right to work on all of us. After a few hours of sipping mimosas and giggling, we were all done, and looked absolutely stunning!!!! I have my dress with me at the salon, and they even got some very good photos of me fully "adorned." They turned out pretty amazing too, and they even sent those too me. I can't say enough good thing about Adorn. These ladies helped to make my wedding day the most perfect day of my life! I'd highly recommend Adorn because they do exactly what they say they will do, and that's give you the best experience as a bride EVER. I am so thankful to Adorn and the ladies of Adorn.
