As soon as everyone got on the bus, the bus driver was rushing everyone saying he had another stop after us that he couldn’t be late for. We rented the bus for 2 hours for our wedd...
ing day and only had one bar stop. Was continued to be rush as we were in the bar , the driver tried coming into yell at everyone that we were running behind on time and needed to board the bus. Was VERY rude and we were rushed the entire time when we never put the bus driver behind schedule whatsoever. After we got off of the bus 5 minutes earlier than what we were supposed to, the driver did a burn out and kicked dust up on the entire wedding party for no reason. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never recommend this establishment to anyone to use especially for their wedding day.
As soon as our driver arrived, he started to rush us the entire time. We had to book for their minimum time, which is 2 hours, however, they were only need for a 10 minute drive af...
ter our wedding to the hotel. When the driver arrived, we (the bride and groom) intros ourselves, thanked him, let him know we were only taking one trip and it should be a short night for him. From the start our driver was rushing our entire bridal party and yelling at everyone to get on the bus. He was telling everyone the bus was gonna leave and continued to run in and out gathering people and not letting us clean up after our wedding. I went up to confirm we had him for 2 hours and to remind him he would be done plenty early as it was only a 10 minute drive. He ignored me (the bride) and kept rushing people. Very annoying ending to our wedding night. He wasn’t he even used for 45 minutes of the 2 hours and we spent nearly $500.
We used Advantage for our wedding day transportation for our guests to and from the hotel and everything went very smooth! Highly recommend their services!
We were so lucky to have Advantage limo & Coach shuttle our wedding guests from the hotel to the wedding venue, and then from the wedding venue back to the hotel. Our busses were ...
on time and our guest had a blast during their ride! We cannot thank you guys enough!
My wife and I hired Advantage Limo for a transport from our wedding venue to our hotel where we were staying at in Findlay. We had requested a Lincoln Towncar for the transport veh...
icle. To our suprise when we walked out of the venue we found a Dodge Caravan minivan parked for our pick up. This was not what was requested and when asking the driver where the Lincoln Towncar was her response was “I was in the area in the van so I figured I would just come to pick you guys up in this.” I would hope this company keeps better supervision of the vehicles their drivers are picking customers up in rather than the driver getting to pick and choose what “they” feel is the vehicle the couple will be transported in. After talking to the office of this business they would only go on to say that would talk to the driver rather than offering a discount or refund for the wrong doing.
We used their service for after our reception to take us from our venue to the downtown Findlay area. The driver was so much fun, allowed us to play music and ran back and forth to...
constantly pick up more guests or take them back to the hotel when they wanted. Would 100% use them again!!
When booking a party bus for wedding there are quite a few things to consider and this company had it all!!! They were so easy and kind to communicate with before the big day, they...
were on time, sound system was great, our driver was SO fun and kept us on our timeline, and he got us safely to and from where we needed to be and we all had a BLAST doing it. We would highly recommend this company!!
I didn't have a lot of personal experience, as they were the driver for our parents, however, they seemed to be accommodating on the wedding day. They were easy to communicate and ...
work with while planning the wedding.
We had a great experience with Advantage Limo and Coach. The party bus picked us up at Church and drove us to 5 stops before finally dropping us back off at the hall. They have l...
ots of seating on the bus plus CD and a hook up for IPod of phone. They then picked up back up after the reception to bring people to the hotel and their houses!
We received terrible customer service on our wedding day - the driver barely spoke English, was not familiar with the area (was his hometown even), terrible driver (slammed on brak...
es several times), and was extremely rude to our family and friends. Also had issues with him asking for additional money if "we are going to be late, otherwise he will leave us where we are." After MANY phone calls and attempts to even speak to the owner, we finally received a small refund. Never did talk to him or her. Not sure how a company can stay in business with customer service like that.
they arrived an hour late to pick up our guests from the reception and take tem to the hotel and bars. Disappointed and was still charged for that hour.
The limo was a little expensive, but well worth it. We got the limo bus where the inside was a limo, but it was big enough to fit our bridal party of 17. It was beautiful inside ...
and everyone loved it.
We rented the limo coach because it allowed for more seating. Overall I was pleased. I thought it was a little expensive because we had to pay for a 1/2 hour drive time but that wa...
s only because there wasn't a limo service really any closer. The driver was great. He didn't say anything when we made a last minute change and was there on time.
