We took dance lessons in preparation for our wedding and the instructors were phenomenal! Highly recommend to anyone!

My husband and I took dance classes with Craig before our wedding and had a wonderful experience! Our weekly classes were a highlight of the process for both of us because we had so much fun - and our dance was such a fun and special part of our big day! We will definitely be back for more classes because the experience was such a delight!

Craig was a fantastic dance instructor who helped us choregraph our first dance. We are not natural dancers, and are usually fairly uncomfortable on the dance floor. Craig helped us feel more comfortable and we had so much fun at our lessons. He helped us make our first dance perfect, and he also taught us some other dance moves for the rest of the celebration. Our guests loved our first dance and we felt so comfortable. We are so grateful to Craig and the Adventures In Dance crew for helping make our big day even more special!

In 5 quick lessons, these guys had us dancing our first dance at our wedding reception like pros. We went in with 2 left feet & left able to do far more than we imagined. And it was just so fun. Such a great way to bond as a couple preparing for a wedding. A highlight of our wedding experience for sure! Thank you guys so much!!!

Adventures in Dance was the perfect way to prepare for our first dance at our wedding! We went from just swaying back and forth to a semi-choreographed dance that got many compliments and “oohs” and “ahhs”! We had fun with each lesson/practice and felt like we learned just enough every session that we were never overwhelmed! My husband and I used Holly and Adventures in Dance to choreograph our first dance for us, and we had a blast working with her. Our dance was polished, but not too complicated, and it really impressed our guests. It was also a fun couple of date nights for us leading up to the wedding!

Holly was great! We showed up a month before our wedding with high expectations about what we could do in that short amount of time. Holly quickly set us on more realistic, but equally showy, path and we were able to wow our guests at our wedding with a fun swing dancing surprise! Definitely recommend this place!

Holly and Craig were outstanding! Both my husband and I wanted our first dance to blow our guests away and they delivered! They made learning our dance fun and broke the steps down into terms we could understand and more importantly, our feet could follow! Holly was absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely a MUST!! I never thought we'd be able to pull it off, but we did. I couldn't believe it. Everyone loved it. We are NOT naturals and no previous dance experience. Please don't be intimidated it doesn't matter if you are a beginner. You can do this (with her help) !!!

Holly is an amazing instructor! We came to her for dance lessons for our wedding - with almost no experience between us we wanted to be able to have something more impressive than swaying and stepping on each other's toes. She had a great introduction lesson, found out where we were strongest and created a custom routine for us that was very manageable. Her packages are very flexible, she slowly increased the difficulty as we became comfortable, and she was very supportive during the chaos of our wedding planning. Not only would we recommend her to anyone, but we plan on continuing some lessons to become better dancers ourselves.

Holly is hilarious and knows exactly what she's doing! Her ability to explain dance concepts to people who've never taken dance lessons before is pretty amazing. She got us up and running with a full on routine in fewer than six lessons (which is impressive concerning where we started!) very non-threatening environment, and she's very approachable and fun to talk to.

My fiance and I wanted to make an entrance with our wedding song and decided to mix up a slow song with a samba. Everyone loved our dance and it went off without a hitch all because of our lessons from Holly at adventures in dance! She was able to take 2 people with 2 left feet and make us look incredible for our wedding day! We cannot recommend Holly enough!

We chose Adventures In Dance to not only learn some basic dance moves, but also to come up with a dance for me and my dads first dance at my wedding! We worked with both Holly and Craig and they helped us come up with a beautfiul (and manageable) dance for us non dancers :) We only had 3 lessons but it was perfect and fun!

Holly, Craig, Robyn and William are wonderful instructors. They keep the lessons lighthearted, and keep you laughing and smiling through the whole thing. My husband and I had such a great time with our lessons; Holly and team took the time to find a dance that was easy for us, and we did a really fun East Coast Swing routine for our first dance. They also helped my Dad, who has had 2 left feet his whole life, learn how to lead properly! We pulled off a really neat Foxtrot together at my wedding for the Dad and Daughter dance. The lesson package rates are really reasonable, and they'll work with your budget to get you what you need. Be sure to start roughly 6 months in advance, so you've got loads of time to practice. Just 10 mins practice a day makes a huge difference. We'll be coming back for group lessons soon!

I wasn't sure what to expect as I am not a dancer. However, with my daughter's wedding coming up, I knew I had to do the father - daughter dance and I really didn't want to just sway back and forth in one place. Holly was amazing! My daughter and I only had about 6 sessions and at the end of our time we were doing a choreographed waltz. Holly was funny and knowledgeable. I loved the stories that she told during the lesson. What was really special was that I got to spend quality time with my daughter and build precious memories...not just at the wedding, but in the weeks leading up to it. You won't be disappointed with Adventures in Dance!

Great experience for two "non dancers!" We enjoyed our lessons with Holly who made our first dance at our destination wedding one to remember. She's very good at explaining new concepts along with injecting some humor. We were excited for our first dance versus dreading it. Don't hesitate to take lessons here!

We had a great time at every lesson! Holly was wonderful and is an awesome teacher. My Dad and I learned a beautiful dance for our “daddy/daughter” dance and my fiancé and I quickly learned a completely different type of dance for our first dance. We also were given some tips to help keep the party going! Adventures in Dance is the best. We all would highly recommend them as a part of your wedding and/or event planning!

Holly worked with my fiancee and I on the first dance for our wedding; she also choreographed the mother-son dance. She was a lot of fun to work with, and made us feel at ease even when we were unsure of ourselves and nervous! Holly took the time to listen to what our vision was for our wedding and our dance, and incorporated that into our routine. Theses dance lessons were so fun! We started taking lessons about 2 months before our wedding and have been able to learn a dance we are comfortable with. Each lesson added on the last and made the entire dance come together without even knowing it. Each instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and helped make us feel comfortable with our four left feet. My dad and I took lessons at the same time for our father/daughter dance and these were just as amazing. We would definitely recommend Adventures in Dance!

This team is the best! Holly helped us choreograph our first dance and it looks and feels beautiful. We are so excited to show off at our wedding! She is also helping the mother of the groom with her dance as well, and is patient in understanding physical limitations, but providing fun dance moves. They really want to teach you to be able to dance whenever and where ever. Truly a great investment and always fun. We started in March for our Dec wedding, and would recommend a few months of lessons (once a month). They also provide group lessons for specific styles of dance and fun parties to practice!

The team at Adventures in Dance is absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in learning to dance. I had never thought of myself as coordinated enough for dancing, but I've since discovered a new hobby that I love. We were SO SAD when our dance lessons ended! We started looking forward to our Wednesday night dance class. Robyn was the BEST and everyone else is so nice! We started 4 months before our wedding and our dance has turned out perfect, even when we changed music in the middle of our lessons. My fiance highly recommended this studio!

Holly and Craig did an amazing job of teaching my husband and I as well as my son and I the Mother-Son Dance we selected. We did a combination of two songs and two dance styles, everyone really enjoyed it. The lessons were fun and customized for us. My husband willingly danced with me to all kinds of music at the reception, the first time in our 36 years of marriage!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience taking dance lessons from Holly at Adventures in Dance before our wedding! My fiancé was nervous about learning to dance and had been ready to give up learning to dance after having a bad experience in a group class a few months before. However, Holly was the perfect teacher for us. She met us where we were, helping us learn new steps and get comfortable on the dance floor. She gradually taught us new steps, building on our skills and helping us feel confident learning more complicated steps. The result, a fun first dance at our wedding, which entertained our guests. They cheered as we danced our routine. The experience was so good that my husband has said he wants to take more dance classes! That’s about the best testament we could give.

I decided early on to sign us up for dance lessons since I am not the best dancer and my wife loves to dance, I wanted her to have a first dance that she would be proud of. Craig was an amazing instructor and was able to keep up with our sense of humor which was a huge plus. His lesson plan quickly got us looking like we knew what we were doing. What I liked best about the lessons it gave us time to unplug from our phones, spend some time together doing something fun. I am actually going miss our lessons mainly because Craig and the rest of the instructors made everything so fun for us. My husband and I were not very serious about dancing, but we're just curious enough to try out the wedding sampler. It was a small commitment and a good price. After our first session we were hooked! We had so much fun learning to dance with Robin. We ended up taking 9 lessons and learning a whole routine for our wedding. We looked forward to dance practice every week! The studio is super comfortable and low pressure and all the instructors are helpful and nice. Robin made us laugh at every session and still pushed us enough to dance our best. Learning to dance was my favorite part of wedding planning! My husband and I found a fun new activity we can do together. We definitely plan on coming back to learn even more dances! Thanks Robin :)

We came to adventures in dance with only about a month until our wedding date and they helped us choose a step and then choreographed a beautiful routine that was classy and unique but also doable! They were patient and helpful through each class and we didn't miss a step on our wedding day!

Holly is incredible! She helped us choose our first dance song and choreographed a routine to it in the first lesson. She taught us the basic step, then added in steps until it felt like second nature. She even taught us how to adapt it to dance to other songs so we can use it for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend adventures in dance for weddings, for anything really.

My son and I took lessons with Hollie and she was wonderful!! We really enjoyed learning an elegant dance for his wedding. Everyone thought we looked as though we definitely knew what we were doing, so Hollie did her job well.

We had a really fun time taking group lessons in tango and then did a few personal lessons which made night and day difference in how we looked together. All around great experience, from knowing nothing at all about dance we looked pretty good out there on our big day.

Craig at Adventures In Dance has been great. We went to him to help us with our first dance for our wedding. We had no clue what we were doing. Craig puts a lot of professionalism into our dance lessons but also makes the time very enjoyable. The way each lesson builds on top of each other really makes the dance come together effortlessly. Also, Craig edited our first dance song with his editing skills and gave us a copy so we could practice on our own. Adventures In Dance is the best place for dance lessons! My dad and I went there to learn a dance for our father-daughter song and we had the best experience. My bride to be and I are very inexperienced dancers and Holly whipped us into shape in 6 sessions! We tried Arthur Murray before coming here and wish we'd found adventures in Dance from the get-go. They don't try to sell you more than you need, give good, easy to follow instructions, give you tools to help retain what you learned each lesson, and most importantly they make it fun. Before I give my review, it should be stated that I am well known amongst my family and friends for being a terrible dancer. I spent my childhood avoiding school dances and as an adult, I've avoided dancing as much as possible, out of embarrassment at my complete ineptitude. Now, after only a couple months, taking one class a week, I am beyond surprised at my progress. Our teacher, Holly Collins, has choreographed a terrific routine for the two of us, teaching us both to move correctly, with poise and balance. She didn't simply show us a few simple steps to get through the routine that so many other wedding dance teachers do. She's taught me in about eight total hours of instruction to be able to actually dance. I'm extremely thankful for her help and am absolutely amazed at our progress. My fiancé and I will be married in two weeks time. When our first dance comes, I'm actually looking forward to it, instead of dreading it, like I was only two months ago. Holly, thank you for making this guy able to impress the in-laws and lead my beautiful bride capably. I'm forever thankful. Holly did such a great job! She helped us coordinate not one but TWO dances for our wedding. They were both such a hit, especially our Argentine Tango. Definitely best decision to hire Holly as our dance instructor! She's very professional and will give you immediate, direct feedback on how to improve. Great coach!

If you are questioning whether or not to have a choreographed first dance let me just tell you that it is completely worth it!! We weren't really sure what to expect from dance lessons at first but from day one we were hooked! Craig, Holly and Robyn all helped put our dance together. They were very helpful and willing to take extra time to work on parts we were struggling with. They made us feel so comfortable and welcome every time we came in. My husband and I had so much fun learning and practicing our dance! It made us feel closer together and it was so much fun moving together as one. There were times when we didn't feel like we'd be able to put it all together but they told us to trust their expertise and on the day of the wedding we would understand. We did and boy did that pay off! On the day of the wedding we were a little nervous but once our song began it was like we were the only two people in the room. It was such a beautiful and special moment that I wouldn’t trade for the world! People were cheering and clapping and standing up for us! It was an incredible feeling! All of the things we were taught came to fruition! We would absolutely recommend every couple try Adventures in Dance out, even if it’s just for fun! I can’t tell you how many times my husband and I will come home from work or be in the middle of cooking dinner and just stop and start dancing around the house with each other! Who knew dancing could be this much fun!? Craig and Holly run an amazing studio! We can’t say enough great things about how amazing they are and how amazing we felt on the day of our wedding, dancing to our special song! Go check them out! You won’t be sorry!
