She sent us a few different options to start with and then helped us narrow down the search based on what we were looking for! She communicated with us very well, and answered all of our questions! orts based on the amenities we were looking for and that were in our budget! We loved Sandals Regency La Toc and wouldn’t have found it without Kristi’s suggestions! Kristi made flying over Christmas break stress-free as well, making sure to get us the best deal possible. When we were flying down, fog prevented us from going through with the original plans. At 9:00 ish at night (on Christmas Day!) Kristi jumped into action and got us on another flight within minutes. You can tell that Kristi truly loves her job and is passionate about making sure her clients have the best experience possible. So much so that we even booked a second trip just a few months later!

ght into when you are spending hours and hours making sure your wedding is perfect. That is why using a travel agent is so important. When selecting a travel agent you want someone that will be there for you and go above and beyond. Crossing every "t" and dotting the "i's" for you. Kristi is a godsend when it comes to that. Travel itself is stressful and I am lucky to have had someone like her as my go-to for anything I needed. A honeymoon is the beginning of a married life, and she was our perfect match to make ours magical! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable, professional agent. We will be using her for all of our trips going forward! Thanks Kristi for being a breath of fresh air when we needed it!

She ended up rebooking our trip and saved us almost $1,000 when a sale was announced. I cannot explain how relaxed I was on vacation knowing Kristi had everything taken care of. Thank you so much!
