lly wear a lot of makeup, so a full face can feel like a lot to me. I told Arianne how nervous I was and she made sure that I looked incredible! My face makeup looked natural and my eyes/lips were as glamorous as I hoped they would be. She also did eyelash extensions for me before my wedding which left me feeling like an absolute glamazon for weeks! As any Covid bride knows, you’re bound to have things come up last minute that throw off your plans. Each time something happened, Arianne was incredibly flexible and made sure I had the best experience possible. She worked with me on each new obstacle and even rearranged her own schedule a couple of times to make things work. It would have been so easy for her to simply say “sorry” instead, but that’s not the kind of person she is! Not only is her work outstanding, but Arianne was a blast to have around for the wedding morning. She’s friendly, funny, and so so sweet. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

On top of all that, Arianne is a pleasure to work with. She is kind, funny, and laidback. She was also flexible and understanding when I had to reschedule my wedding due to COVID. Bottom line, work with Arianne. You won’t regret it!

Unlike most makeup artists, Arianne asked each of us how we liked to wear our makeup, what brow shape and tone we preferred, what we wanted our makeup to look and feel like for the day and the list goes on. She had these conversations with each of us on such a personal level that each session felt unique to our own preferences. I did not feel like a stranger walked into the room to slap on a face of makeup I was unfamiliar or uncomfortable with like I have experienced with other makeup artists in the past. Arianne listened and made me feel beautiful. She did such a great job that I continue to see her to this day for makeup tutorials and lashes! My mother-in-law had her makeup done as well and she looked radiant. I truly enjoyed my time with Arianne and my wedding photos look like "me". I absolutely loved the look. I had never had makeup done like this before. She made made me look stunning. I was hesitant about fake lashes (because I had never had them on before), but I trusted her as she encouraged me to use them for photos. It was the best advice. I stepped down on them from my trial (a lighter version), and I was still very happy with them and how I looked. Everything stayed on all day, even after a few tears. On top of all of it - Arianne was fun and wonderful just to hang out with, we all had a blast getting our makeup done. All of our makeup was done ahead of schedule and lasted through the crazy thunder storm and rain later that day! None of us wanted anything too dramatic for our makeup, but a couple of us tried fake eyelashes for the first time and loved them - including my grandmother, who never usually wears makeup at all but loved getting pampered! Lastly, she was very sweet and knowledgeable when it came to dealing with some challenges; we had a really bad acne breakout on one of my bridesmaids, and my grandmother’s face is partially paralyzed from a stroke. She took everything totally in stride, and was honestly one of the most relaxing parts of the day. Not to mention, I looked gorgeous in the pictures, which I never say about pictures of myself! :D

I left actually being excited about my makeup! She was also extremely flexible as I confirmed my day-of schedule, allowing me to adjust as necessary. Ariane’s enthusiasm and personality made the morning of my wedding fun and completely stress-free. When I sat down to get my makeup done, she put me completely at ease – my daughter (Maid of honor) and I laughed and chatted the entire time with Arianne as she worked her magic. She made us feel beautiful. My daughter my greatest critic said. “Mom you look beautiful. I told my daughter “So do you! Ariane went above and beyond being so sweet and talented and funny. One of my bridesmaids wanted to do her own makeup but forgot her eyelashes and Arianne was prepared for that and helped my girl out. Another of my girls never wears makeup because she said it makes her feel claustrophobic but she had only but good things to say about it all night and she just glowed with confidence. I was also a ball of emotions and tried my hardest throughout the ceremony to not cry, I didn’t want to ruin my beautiful makeup. Come to find out, what she uses doesn’t easily come off with tears, because towards the end of the night our DJ and some guests got into an altercation and I was a MESS crying worse than a baby and my makeup was still on point. I’d definitely recommend her to everyone. She has a wonderful personality and very easy to get along with and very easy going. She knows what she’s doing and matched all our skin tones and face shapes perfectly and made us all feel like a million bucks. ♥️
