AFFINITINYC

g party. People didn’t want to leave the dance floor all night, and that’s all we could have ever hoped for. We know we wanted a live band for our special night, and you were everything we hoped for and more. (Photos by our lovely photographer Rachel Koudellou).

laylist with us and were willing to learn songs not already in their exiting playlist. Our guests could not stop talking about how incredible they were. The singers, the musicians and management were all amazing! Several of our wedding guests were recording artists or musicians from other bands and they were even impressed. They were so good that we will definitely look to hire them for another event. This is your band!

n't have any restrictions when it comes to playing what you want - they are versatile and can play ANYTHING, and if by some chance they don't know a song they're excited to learn it. All of our guests are still raving about how amazing our wedding band was and we're so happy we chose Affiniti. Thank you, Chandlar & team!!!

ly made the night a blast. We’d highly recommend this amazing bands!

our guests. Can't wait for another occasion to work with them! Highly recommend.

reeze to work with in the planning process. We hired a 7-piece band to play the dance party/after party portion of our wedding (3 hours straight of performance, 10pm-1am). They sounded fantastic and maintained the vibe and energy we were looking for. Nearly ALL of our guests came up to me or my husband in the night to tell us how much they loved them. They were such a key element in creating our perfect wedding day and we are so happy to have found them!

of guests came up to tell us that the band was the best they had ever heard at a wedding. Our guests were up on the dance floor for the entire night without prompting- Affiniti was just that good!! Chase and Burgandy were truly exceptional as lead singers, and every single artist who performed that night left us feeling like we had attended an amazing concert! Everyone in the band was warm, friendly, and kind...and had a huge range and skillset! We could not recommend Affiniti with more enthusiasm! We are so so happy to have chosen them as our wedding band!!

ht long! We were blown away by thier talent, the diversity of their repertoire, and flawless execution across multiple genres. Without a doubt the HIGHLIGHT of our wedding that we know our guests will be talking about forever. Moreover, they were incredibly gracious to work with. Chandlar truly listened and executed our vision for our reception.

he entire night and were all a truly warm and lovely group of people. Couldn't recommend them more!

, flexible to work especially with covid, provided recommendations for our ceremony and completely nailed every request we had. This band will give all your friends and family something to talk about. From the moment they started playing, our guests were dancing the whole night. Our venue was so impressed they will be recommending AffinityNYC as one of their top vendors. We highly recommend AffinityNYC for your special day!

Waldorf and the Pierre and I don’t think I’ve ever heard better! I’m going to recommend this band to all friends and family

blown away by their talent!

nd about what our opening song would be we said... "well... a wedding we just went to did that same song" their response "doesn't matter WE'LL be better!" and they were!! They truly did not disappoint. They had everyone out of their seats dancing before the meals even were delivered to their table where we actually had to say OK everyone you do have to eat - they are that good that people didn't want to stop! The dance floor was packed the entire night and they were just a blast to have and to work with. One of our guests said, "I don't care- whatever party I have next they're coming- could be a baby shower doesn't matter" haha I would absolutely recommend this band to anyone. We have several more weddings in our immediate family we may need to put them on retainer! THANK YOU SO MUCH for making our wedding day so perfect!

how to read the crowd and know how to make the party flow. The music choice for me personally, is spot on. Everyone I spoke to, when asking what their favorite part of the wedding was, unequivocally said, Dancing and Music was the top choice!

e them at our wedding one day! Fast forward a little over a year and my gosh we are so happy we got to sing and dance the night away with Affiniti. They absolutely KILLED IT and had our guests dancing the entire night even during this crazy pandemic. They were so awesome and made everyone comfortable by telling them they can dance on the dance floor or at their tables as long as they were enjoying themselves. We got SO MANY compliments from our guests saying they were the best band they have heard at a wedding. No one wanted the party to end!! They even played our first dance song as well as our mother/father dances. They went above and beyond and made our COVID wedding the wedding of our dreams. Thank you Karen and crew for being absolutely exceptional! We can’t wait to see you again at Prohibition once life is less crazy!!

e are SO HAPPY we chose AffinitiNYC, they were so awesome! So easy to work with--best decision!

st jokingly asked my mother when the band would play something - let's say "less fantastic" - so she could take a break from dancing. We had the option of choosing a playlist (or genres) and we were encouraged to also select a "do not play" list - but we decided to trust AFFINITINYC to feel out the crowd and play what they knew would work. So glad we trusted them to do their thing because they crushed it - and took a lot of stress off of my wife and myself. Outside of the music, they are the most charismatic and professional people to work with.

C to anyone looking for an awesome wedding band. We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding day magical!

second line and incorporate some very non-New England traditions into the reception. Chandlar and the band listened to our very specific requests and delivered above and beyond what we had hoped. Everyone could not stop talking about how great our band was - they kept the party going from the second everyone walked into the reception until the very end!

hink they play once a month or so) before we booked. When we saw them we were taken with the energy and enthusiasm they displayed--the main singers are a married couple so they have great chemistry onstage. We worked mostly with Chandlar throughout the booking and planning process, and he was always very helpful and professional. We asked him to learn a couple of new songs for the wedding, including two for special dances, and he said that they would do it no problem and no extra charge. Their song list is extensive--I counted over 300--and they have a huge range of different songs that you can categorize as ones you love, like, or don't want played. For the reception, we had a couple members of the band play jazz during dinner, which was lovely and set just the right atmosphere, and then we had a full 8-piece band for dancing after dinner. Our dance floor was in a separate room from dinner, so I was worried about people getting from one place to the other and having them stay to dance. The band handled the logistics no problem, and once the dancing started they were every bit as fun and energetic as we had seen before! We had a mix of people in the 20s (our friends) and people our parents' age, and everybody had a great time on the dance floor. The band played a lot of fun old-school songs, and towards the end of the night they played a number of classic hits that the younger crowd especially really loved. My only complaint was that it had to end! They played a surprise last-dance song for me and my husband, which was a really touching way to end the night. Overall, we loved having AFFINITINYC at our wedding! They were totally perfect and we got so many compliments about them. For a really good NYC band, they are not horrendously expensive. Check them out at Prohibition, or just book them while you still can!

dancing all night long. It was a rare sight to see anyone sitting at a table while Affinitinyc was playing dance music. Chandlar is also so easy to deal with. He was great leading up to the wedding, then on the day of the wedding, we were watching as the radar showed a thunderstorm traveling through our venue site 1 hour before the outdoor ceremony. The storm cleared with 15 minutes to spare for ceremony time, and Chandlar and his sound guys, set up the ceremony sound system, the key boardist and the violinist within those 15 minutes and allowed us to have the outside ceremony under a tent. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed Chandlar and Affinitinyc. This was their first time playing the venue and they hit a home run. The wedding planner quickly added them to her preferred vendor list!

ktail hour, reception & coordinating a DJ for our after party - they did not disappoint! Music was very important to my husband and I and this was by far one of the BEST decisions we made for our special day!

learned the song for our first dance. We used them to get a string quartet for the ceremony, had a couple instruments for the cocktail hour and then a 9 piece band for the reception and we are still getting comments from the guests on what and amazing job they did. We got on the dance floor right after dinner and didn't leave it until the reception was over. The band helped make our wedding night an unforgettable experience as they new how to play what we asked for and keep the guests on the dance floor all night. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience and a great time Chandlar and his team are the people to use.

r guests were up and dancing, and we have not stopped getting texts and phonecalls asking us where we found such an incredible band. Every single vocalist and musician were beyond talented and energetic, and they truly celebrated with us the entire night. Leading up to the wedding communication was smooth, easy and welcomed. Song selection was made easy, and we had a ton of control over the songs that did/did not get played throughout the night. Additionally, with the band's flow sheet approach to organizing the night, it was extremely easy to communicate exactly how we wanted things to go. We also had a fantastic sax and guitar at cocktail hour, and a string duo for the ceremony, both of which where arranged by AffinitiNYC - they truly took care of us from the very beginning to the very end of the night, and we are SO thankful. This is the wedding band! They are energetic, know how to engage and read a crowd, and they are so talented. We couldnt have imagined the night with anyone else!

experience helped us plan different elements of our reception and match the right music to make sure everyone was out of their seats. From the start of our ceremony they brought the funk and energy that truly lasted until the last song (leaving our guests chanting for more at the end). We highly recommend AFFINITINYC and couldn't have been happier with our experience working with them.

ar and Karen talk to you to get to know the vibe you want and work with you beforehand. Our wedding was perfect! They make all the songs come alive and get the crowd dancing. I honestly could not say enough about them. I hope we get to experience them again at another wedding!

everything was perfect and not to mention AMAZING PERFORMERS. The entire celebration was incredible and Chandlar and the band led the way. You can really feel the energy from them the entire time they performed. I have not stopped hearing how great our band was from our guests. I highly recommend AFFINITINYC!

ddings and I have to say that they were "killer" great. Not only were they great to work with, the Band nailed every song they played. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks Chandler!!

your guests dancing all night long!! Can't thank AffinitiNYC enough!!

allowed us to put full trust in the band. Their set list is out of this world and truly fit the mold of what we dreamed about for our wedding. We had one of their pianist play our ceremony music which was flawless and really put us at ease when walking down the aisle. The transition to cocktail hour music then to the reception was seamless. They were invested in progressing the night along with introductions and announcing of what to expect next to keep the night and positive energy going. Our guests could not say enough about how incredible the band was — from their pure talent and musician abilities to their fun personalities including multiple band members joining the dance floor for some limbo while playing. AffinitiNYC continues to be the talk of all our family and friends. We cannot thank you all enough! And we recommend this band 100%

nt NYC area bands. I loved our meetings with Chandlar and Karen and felt really good about AffinitiNYC right away. We made sure to evaluate other bands, but always came back to AffinitiNYC. Sure enough, selecting AffinitiNYC was one of the best decisions we made. AffinitiNYC performed for our cocktail hour and reception. We had a jazz trio during cocktail hour, and one family member said he was bummed it was only an hour - little did he know what was coming! Affiniti performed with a 10 piece band for 10 hours and the dance floor was packed from the first set. The group performed everything from soul, motown, classics, rock, top 40, dance, and current music. The group had an extensive song list, but we made special requests for songs for some special dances that they nailed and performed perfectly. A good band sounds good and has a versatile set list. A great band reads the crowd, and tailors the set list to keep that vibe, hypes up the room, and gets to know what the crowd likes. AffinitiNYC did all of that and more. Many of our guests are musicians themselves and were raving about the band. My husband and I danced our newly married butts off and had a great time. Everyone who attended our wedding talks about the band. From a business perspective, every interaction was professional and reliable. We communicated in person at meetings, and also via email and text. Our wedding planner took over the logistics in the last few weeks once I was comfortable and everything went really smoothly. AffinitiNYC was an absolute hit and helped make our wedding amazing - many guests have said it was the best band they've heard, and the best wedding they've been to! Thank you AffinitiNYC for making our wedding so special. We strongly recommend AffinitiNYC to everyone! Stop looking - you found the band, now call them!

ept the dance floor packed all night!

Then, we spoke with them and we were completely sold. Karen & Chandlar are so incredibly talented and professional as was the rest of the band. They kept the energy going all night and when we talk with friends about our wedding they always complement our amazing band. Can't wait to see them at future friends weddings because it will definitely happen. Everyone was blown away! Thank you AFFINITINYC for making the best night of our lives unforgettable! You're simply the best!!!

or any event. We got so many compliments on how they great they were from the guard too!

ur guests smiling and most importantly on the dance floor. From Hip Hop to Motown to Classic Rock, they did it all! I highly recommend these guys for anyone looking to have an incredible time with high energy.

nce floor with the ring bearers! Truly professional and knew how to keep the party flow going all night. Couldn’t recommend this band enough!

y now husband at ease. The night of our wedding was unforgettable. Our guests were dancing and having fun the entire night! They even incorporated song requests through the evening. We are so glad we were able to work with AffinityNYC and have them at our wedding. They were extremely personable - we felt comfortable with them from the very start. I highly reccommend this extremely talented and professional band!

essional and pretty much every single person at the wedding said it was THE BEST band they had ever heard at a wedding! And we have musicians in the family. We wanted to have them keep playing at the end of the wedding for an extra hour but unfortunately because of a noise ordinance we couldn't:( EVERYONE was dancing the ENTIRE night. They also traveled down to our wedding in MD with no hesitation. I PROMISE you will not regret going with them as your band for your wedding. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!! Hands down!!! If I could I would give them 100 star rating!!

met with ALL of the big agency band companies - we listened to 15 bands to be exact - and we always left feeling the same way: stressed, pressured, over budget and underwhelmed. Thankfully, a friend of ours used Affinity a few months before and THREE different attendees recommended them to us. After our initial call with Chandler, we listened to the audio and videos on their website, and booked them instantly. Like, that day. Not only are they BEYOND talented, they are extremely easy to work with. It was the first time we felt like we weren't just another couple walking through the door. Chandler took the time to get to know us, our preferences, and our wedding guests to make a setlist that was perfectly tailored to us and our wedding. It was really important to us to work with good people. And you can't get much better than Chandler and Karen. We actually NEVER even met them until the weeks leading up to our wedding! That is how confident we were in booking them. If that doesn't say it all then I don't know what does. And, of course, the wedding night was nothing short of spectacular! I can't even tell you how many people came up to us throughout the party to tell us it was the best wedding band they had ever heard. Since then we have received tons of calls and texts asking for their name, so someone in their family could book them for their wedding! Save yourself the headache and book AffinityNYC. Thank you Chandler, Karen, and the rest of Affinity for making our night so unbelievably amazing. <3

ented. The 10 piece band provided a fantastic night of music spanning all genres. They even surprised us and learned a song that I(the father of the bride) requested. Everyone was dancing and having a great time. Totally satisfied!

ur wedding. If you are looking for a reliable, stressfree, and tremendously talented band for your big day or event, look no more. We are very much looking forward to using AFFINITINYC again soon for personal and corporate occasions. Thanks so much for everything you did for us!!!

ble evening for us and our guests. Chandlar and Karen are absolutely awesome to work with. They are very responsive and worked with us to customize the music to our taste. affiniti absolutely nailed our first dance and parent dances which are challenging songs to play. I would recommend affinitinyc to anyone looking for A+ entertainment at your functions.

erfect for the vibes of our crowd, and the band was EXTREMELY tight. You can't go wrong with these guys. Haven't stopped getting calls and texts about the band since our wedding night. Not only was the music everything we'd hope it would be - Chandlar and co. were nothing but professional and easy to deal with in preparation for our big night. To anyone considering Affiniti for a special event, I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

minute we met with him last January. He is very professional and the band has a wide range of musical abilities. They worked hard to make the evening the best night EVER for our daughter, her new husband and all our friends & family. And they succeeded!
