We did not spend much time in the office and had frequent convenient communication via e-mail with our agent. She prepared everything for us and found us the best rate for what and... where we were looking to go. When we picked up our paperwork we received a little congratulations/happy honeymoon package. Loved them! Definitely using them in the future.
