Had a good experience from getting a quote to getting delivered, the chairs and tables were exactly what we needed for our 140 guests wedding!

entative had laryngitis through out the process. Even though she had no voice, she promptly answered all of my questions via email and text.
Would 💯 recommend to my friends and family!
Affordable Party Rentals provided so much for my wedding in September! Like a lot of couples, we had to change our initial wedding plans to something much smaller, and Affordable P...
arty Rentals worked with us for weeks to make sure we had everything we needed. I feel like I called them at least once a day in the days leading up to our wedding, and they could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Definitely highly recommend!

g them for over 25 years.
this was the easiest part of our wedding, they were professional, on time and did an amazing job
The chairs were great for, ya know, chairs.
We had multiple communication errors throughout our encounter. We did not have your traditional set up for our ceremony. We did a spira...
l. I asked early on if it wasn't traditional could they still do it. Because you pay extra for them to set up the chairs. They assured me "yes, we just need a description of the layout". So 2 weeks out I sent them the layout, which was very detailed because my father-in-law has access to an awesome computer program and laid it all out. I got a call a day later from APR saying they couldn't do that, or if they did they wouldn't be going by the measurements because it would take to long and it was too complicated, or I could pay $150 more and they would try but could not guarantee. I told them I wasn't paying extra and if they needed to leave after the typical 35 mins of set up time that was fine.
In the end my now husband, groomsmen and various family members set up the ceremony seating and APR said they would come back and do the tear down.
Whether or not that happened, I still don't know.
APR was very professional and very flexible when we used them for our wedding. We had pews for seating but needed some extra chairs to fill in for more guests. They were very under...
standing and very easy to work with! I never knew they had even come to the venue and all of a sudden all the chairs were set up perfectly and it was all ready to go!! I would definitely recommend using them!
Great place to rent chairs, tables, tablecloths, etc. They are VERY affordable and willing to help you out however they can!
I would recommend using this company for any events.

Worked with me the whole way through, no matter how many times I changed my mind.
a week before my wedding my original linen vendor dropped the ball. i called APR and they had enough linens for my wedding and were so nice
the items arrived on time and the presentation was great
My only complaint is that the owner told me that i was getting a brand new dance floor and i didnt. It didnt match in some spots.
Great quality, helpful customer service, reasonable prices.
There was a communication glitch at one point- there was a last minute change in plans (due to rain) and I was not noti...
fied of the change. However, they were simply following policy of the venue.
They also have an after-hours phone number to call (which is great since most weddings are on a Saturday). I was stressed and went a little Bridezilla on the voicemail but I received a call back in less than 30 minutes and they were very polite and curtious.
Oh, and they definately had the best prices for chairs and set up!
I would definitely go through them again!
they had a great selection for every style!
The prices were great with affordable party rentals. I went into the store and picked out all of my linens and chairs. The chairs that my husband came home with were nothing like...
they showed me in the showroom. They were suppose to be black. They were black but all scratched up and chipped in places. I was so disappointed that I called the after hour number that night. I told them I needed replacement chairs that these were unacceptable. Their only constellation was to bring them all back in the morning, and they would replace with 42 white chairs. Or give me my money back and I could go get them else where. On the day of the event. My colors where red and black (Mexican Theme) not red and white. so I ended up keeping the ugly chairs and put the worse ones in the corners where hopefully most ppl would notice them. When we returned everything to them all they said was sorry.
