l. I asked early on if it wasn't traditional could they still do it. Because you pay extra for them to set up the chairs. They assured me "yes, we just need a description of the layout". So 2 weeks out I sent them the layout, which was very detailed because my father-in-law has access to an awesome computer program and laid it all out. I got a call a day later from APR saying they couldn't do that, or if they did they wouldn't be going by the measurements because it would take to long and it was too complicated, or I could pay $150 more and they would try but could not guarantee. I told them I wasn't paying extra and if they needed to leave after the typical 35 mins of set up time that was fine.
In the end my now husband, groomsmen and various family members set up the ceremony seating and APR said they would come back and do the tear down.
Whether or not that happened, I still don't know.

a week before my wedding my original linen vendor dropped the ball. i called APR and they had enough linens for my wedding and were so nice
the items arrived on time and the presentation was great

They also have an after-hours phone number to call (which is great since most weddings are on a Saturday). I was stressed and went a little Bridezilla on the voicemail but I received a call back in less than 30 minutes and they were very polite and curtious.
Oh, and they definately had the best prices for chairs and set up!

they showed me in the showroom. They were suppose to be black. They were black but all scratched up and chipped in places. I was so disappointed that I called the after hour number that night. I told them I needed replacement chairs that these were unacceptable. Their only constellation was to bring them all back in the morning, and they would replace with 42 white chairs. Or give me my money back and I could go get them else where. On the day of the event. My colors where red and black (Mexican Theme) not red and white. so I ended up keeping the ugly chairs and put the worse ones in the corners where hopefully most ppl would notice them. When we returned everything to them all they said was sorry.
