We were very pleased with this photographer and her services. She captured all of the significant moments of our granddaughter's wedding and brought great skill to the task.
She was easy to work with and was even able to add a family member that was not able to attend.
I loved my wedding album because of the intentional choices and clear artistic vision. Great communication and adaptability plus the assistant photographer likes to talk a lot. 5 stars good job.

Margo was so fun to work with! She had her daughter with her helping out on my wedding day. We had a huge family and Margo and Maggie were able to get through the family photos as quickly as possible. The turnaround to receive the wedding photos was quick! With AWP you get years of professional experience and an easygoing, friendly style that will make you perfectly comfortable and help produce great shots. We were very pleased with our photos which were provided within just a couple days of the wedding.

We cannot say enough about Margo and the beautiful wedding photos she created. My daughter (the bride) chose an unusual venue and did not want cookie-cutter photos. Margo understood—and did not disappoint. Although she did take the standards, it was her eye that made all the difference. She managed to find, and use, every cool nook and cranny of the venue for formal shots and the many gorgeous candids and quick set-ups that showcased not just the wedding party, but everyone who attended. If you want a “one-of-a-kind” event album (and who doesn’t?), Margo is the photographer to choose. Quick, efficient, and extremely reasonable, she put the “icing” on the cake, so to speak. Thank you, Margo, for a lifetime of beautiful memories.

AWP did the photography for my daughter's wedding. They are absolutely outstanding. I cried when I saw the photos later. In my opinion, the photographer is the most important choice a couple makes because the food, the flowers, the dresses all fade away in memory, but you will always be looking at those pictures. I just want to say first, the photographers who were at the wedding were the best I have ever seen! They were tireless and knew exactly where to be at all times, they were extremely respectful and nice, and the photos are beautiful. The digital enhancements of the photos that I have purchased so far are outstanding. They know just what to do to make the photos look beautiful without overdoing it later with Photoshop. I am just so thrilled by the beauty of these photos and the whole experience! So thank you and keep up the great work! I can't imagine what a tough job it is to be a wedding photographer because you cannot take a break and some moments are just a few seconds long and you have to be there at that moment. They were there for everything. Great choice, great company!

I feel like I got the highest quality and the most professional photographer in Cleveland at a steal of a price. Our photos look stunning. They capture our love and look so beautiful. Margaret Brown from Affordable Wedding Portraits did a wonderful job for our wedding day on 8/18/18. She was very professional, showed up on time at 1145 am for first preview pics and the girls getting ready. She road on the Limo Bus to the church and took some fantastic pics on the bus, church, and after wedding pics at Lake Erie College and our reception at LaMalfa Party Center. She seemed to capture a lot of the most special moments thought the day and evening. She stayed for the entire reception. We would highly recommend her for any wedding or any other photography needs.
We downloaded the high resolution file one week after the wedding. Our online gallery was beautiful and it was easy to share pictures with our guest. Our wedding photography means the world to us. Thank you!

I do not even know where to start. We had such a horrible experience with the company. No care was taken with our photos. Not once were we instructed on how to pose or were to stand. Photographers never "fixed" my dress or any accessories. Did not attempt to get photos that I had asked for or any of the basic "wedding 101" photos. Most photos were blurry or had poor composition. No care was taken to remove distracting items from the foreground and in many photos the 2nd photographer can be easily seen in the background. We received over 1,400 images and it was difficult to wade through all of these. The photographers ran out of memory during our reception yet there were picture that one took of the other in our uploaded photos. The photographers also stuck around after they were done taking pictures and ate and drank and danced with everyone which we felt was unprofessional to do. After bringing this to Margo ( the owner) attention she was rude and threatened that I was not allowed to tell anyone that her company was responsible for my wedding photos. It took over a month to receive our USB and Margo quit responded to emails at one point. Please save your money and have your guests take photos with their cellphones instead.

Margo (Affordable Wedding Portraits) did my daughter and soon to be son-in-law's engagement shoot. Oh my word ... the pictures are beautiful!!! I am thrilled with how she captured my baby girl's happiness. You can see the love between them. Margo used different areas around the Akron Zoo so that the looks of the pictures are varied, each one special. I have no concerns with the upcoming wedding and our choice in Margo. MOB

My fiancé and I had our engagement shoot at the Akron Zoo. We could not have hoped for a better day. Through out the whole process Margo made us feel completely comfortable. The ideas she had as to where to take the pictures were unique. The pictures came out truly magical. We got our pictures two days after they were takin! We honestly could not be happier with the whole process and how everything turned out!

I do make sure the wedding goes on as planned! That's one of our top priorities.
Margaret did both our engagement and wedding photos and I couldn't have been any happier with them! She truly captured us and our personalities perfectly. Many candid shots, posed shots, and plenty of shots of guests. She took photos of literally every detail. I gave her a list of shots I wanted included, and she did them all. She also has a very good eye for things. In an unplanned moment, my groom put his tux jacket around me when I was cold. She noticed, had him kiss my cheek, and got the shot. Now it's one of my favorites from our day! :) She also takes charge very easily and keeps things organized. She uploaded the photos very quick too. Everyone could view them online in less than a week. This is very important, because you want the photos to be viewable while the wedding is still a hot topic of conversation. Thanks Margaret!

The BEST wedding photographer we could have asked for. She was able to make my camera-shy husband looking like a supermodel. She worked greatly even with my side of the family who doesn't understand/speak much English. All of my family and friends love the treasured and memorable moments she was able to capture on our wedding day. Can't beat the price either. Just wish we were able to get SNS-ready photos on the same day as the wedding as it said on the contract.
