were very entertained (especially the Lebanese ones)! However, the specific songs we worked with Eyad to select were never played, Eyad himself never attended, and the plan for the performance was totally disregarded. To elaborate, we requested a Lebanese dabke performance WITHOUT the bride and groom be put in the center... the plan was to have the performance and then a group dabke dance. While this isn’t traditional, it was something we discussed numerous times, as the groom was not comfortable dancing in the center. Again, the show was a lot of fun and the guests had no idea anything went wrong, but the groom was very upset.

for an entrance, but ultimately booked an after-dinner dance show & dabke dancing (4 dancers +2 drummers) after Eyad helped us think through what would be a better fit based on our reception timeline. They did an amazing job and our guests LOVED it! Eyad was great to work with – he was responsive, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. He trained a new dance team for our wedding and checked in about the team’s progress a couple of months prior. He even offered to help us create the reception timeline since we were uncertain about a lot of it. Afrah Events was a great addition to our special day!
