her full planning package—and it was absolutely the right decision. Angie was consistently supportive, thoughtful, and generous with her time. She was always available for a call, offered helpful opinions and guidance whenever we needed it, and kept us on track so we could enter the wedding weekend with confidence rather than stress.
While we chose our own vendors and handled the contracts, Angie played a crucial role in coordinating everyone on the wedding weekend. Her communication and organization ensured that every piece fell perfectly into place. She also worked seamlessly with the venue’s coordinator, and their teamwork meant nothing was overlooked.
Beyond logistics, Angie helped with design details, setting up our escort table and even providing her own card box and table numbers for us to use at no cost—such a thoughtful touch. Thanks to her support, we were able to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and trust that everything behind the scenes was running smoothly.

edding so we all felt lost with lots of questions until Angie came into the picture. Having her there for the rehearsal and ceremony was a huge huge help and I can’t express enough how much we needed her.
For my event we were assigned a wedding coordinator through the venue (who was great as well) but having your own personal planner is still so necessary

hile we enjoyed our special day. I knew from the first phone consultation with Angie we would be in great hands! Angie coordinated our rehearsal the night before the wedding and arrived in the morning on wedding day to be the point person for our vendors and guests. Being able to communicate with her directly while I was getting ready at a different location put all my worries at ease. Everything went as planned and our family and friends talked about what a delight it was to have her as our coordinator. We highly recommend AG Event Designs for your Vermont wedding!

on only, but when my caterer canceled 4 days before my wedding she jumped into action to help. They also provided very helpful suggestions and reminders before the big day.
On my wedding day, Chloe was the most amazing addition. She made sure everything was PERFECT, checked on me to ensure I was doing great, and even had to run out for some last minute supplies! I can’t suggest this team enough!

the second. She helped us navigate the vendors in Vermont as we were coming from New Jersey and handled most of the meetings for us. She helped us plan our rehearsal dinner and welcome party, as well as our farewell brunch!
She was so helpful in creating a wedding planning timeline and coordinating all of our vendor contracts. Not only did she handle all of the logistics, but she also designed and decorated our dream wedding! The flowers linens and decor as more than I could have hoped for. We spoke over zoom of what I envisioned for our wedding weekend and she came back with drawings and vision boards that perfectly captured what I wanted. She was so easy to deal with and made the disaster of planning a second wedding a breeze!
