onsive, professional, and fun! She answered all my questions about color schemes and logistics before the wedding and we came up with a list of photos we wanted to get. During the events she was so organized and remembered everything we needed to shoot, which is so important in the moment because it gets hectic and as the bride you don't want to be thinking about which photos to get! This allowed me to enjoy my weddings and follow her suggestions. Something so important to me was getting great candid shots in addition to the posed photos. Tina is so good at this - she has an eye for genuine moments and is very flexible/adaptive to what's happening in the moment, leading to her getting tons of gorgeous candids. The posed photos are also fantastic, but some of my favorite pictures are those little unexpected authentic moments that happened throughout the day. Tina is constantly looking for those and is able to capture them beautifully! In addition to having a good photographer's eye for taking gorgeous photos, Tina also is a great director! This enables her to create a very fun and comfortable atmosphere for everyone, which further enables those great candid shots - everyone is actually having fun and feeling their best when she's around! We felt like we were hanging out with a friend who happened to be taking photos; it felt very natural so the pictures look natural and not staged. Her directorial style is also very important for getting great posed photos - it can be grueling for everyone to stand and smile for shot after shot, but Tina's efficiency and calm demeanor made this process fun and quick. And the results are so beautiful, I love the photos! work, we knew she’d be great, but what she really excelled at was getting us so comfortable in front of the camera. Instead of pre-planned, cliche poses, she was fantastic at getting truly natural pictures that show the best side of us both. Our engagement pictures were taken at Enchanted Rock. Tina was definitely in her element there, where she would find all these unique shots with amazing lighting. She could make anyone look like they’re on a magazine cover. She also was great at talking to us throughout the shoot and making us reminisce on our history with each other. So instead of just quietly smiling for the camera, she was really capturing us having intimate moments. Since we booked Tina prior to the pandemic, we unfortunately had to make some changes to our wedding. She was completely flexible when we made the tough decision to change our wedding for something much smaller than originally planned. We agreed that the only way we could settle on a new date was if we knew Tina would be available. Even with a smaller wedding, she captured all the moments so beautifully. So if you want a photographer who will get on a personal level with you and someone who will put 120% dedication into their craft, then Tina is the perfect choice for you.

Day of, she came prepared with not only the ideas I suggested but some way more creative poses/shots that I would've never have dreamed of. When unexpected weather cropped up on the day of the shoot, ruining one of the series of shots we wanted to get, Tina went the extra mile and offered us several options, at HER expense, to replace them, including even coming out another day. My fiancee and I were both blown away by her commitment to her customers and how much she cares about us walking away with the vision of the pictures we wanted. That's someone who's not just good at her job, but also who has incredible integrity. And just like the good ol days of Billy Mays... BUT WAIT, there's more. I had asked Tina if we could get a couple of our photos within a week so we could use them for our Registry & website. She mentioned she was going on an on-location shoot soon but would be happy to do that for us. A week later, I got an email from her with ALL THE EDITED PHOTOS (200+). To say the photos turned out fantastic does a discredit to the Merriam Webster dictionary definition of fantastic, not even an Amazon box full of 1 week old golden retriever puppies could have elicited the number of Awws that came after we looked through the photos. Once we were engaged, it was my first and top priority to find the perfect photographer, because I heard it’s the one person, besides a planner, who will be with you both the entire day of your wedding, as well as the most important thing you will have at the end to remember your special day. I had interviewed many photographers over a two month period, trying to find the right talent, chemistry, and price for our wedding. Friends had referred us to Tina, who they said was amazing. While we had planned to meet with a few other photographers, Tina was the first one we met with and we ended up hiring her on the spot! in anticipation of our upcoming engagement and wedding. Most photographers seem to showcase their best work with their most attractive clients on their websites. Since my husband and I are your average looking, slightly overweight couple, I was more interested in seeing examples of other “normal” looking folks. I was surprised by how the other photographers were reluctant to show me examples of their less-than-model-type couples. Tina was the only photographer willing to run through some of her photoshoots with average, everyday people. When looking through her examples, I was immediately struck by how she could capture the moment, the personalities, and the best angles of her subjects. She talked to me about some of her strategies in capturing the best sides of people and creating picturesque scenes, but you could also tell from the pictures that she simply has a great talent for taking beautiful pictures. We booked our engagement photo shoot with her as a sort of test run. Without going into too much detail, we absolutely loved the results. My husband hates taking pictures and is super awkward behind the camera. In our 3 years together, I probably have a total of 10 pictures with both of us in it. I told Tina that if we could get at least 3-5 amazing pictures out of the photo shoot, then I’d be extremely grateful. Not only did Tina deliver 3-5 amazing photos, but we had close to 200 images to choose from. It was hard narrowing it down to my favorite 10! Not only that, but she actually captured my husband smiling naturally! Dimples and all. If you could only understand how amazing that is! Not many people get to see that smile, but to have it captured in a picture that I can frame and keep forever, means so much to me. After our engagement session, all my fears and worries were relieved about the wedding. I kept telling folks that based on how not-photogenic my husband was, the most important thing to me was finding a good photographer. I knew that we’d be good to go in Tina’s capable hands! At the end of the day, our pictures from the wedding day were amazing. We ordered a photo album and had a very hard time narrowing it down to our favorite 100 pictures. Actually, I think we sent her our top 130, because we just couldn’t cut any of the others. We had great pictures of everyone getting ready, the wedding, the reception, dances, and toasts. But most of all, we had pictures of people having fun, chatting with each other, smiling and laughing naturally. That’s exactly what we were looking for! Our wedding album isn’t full of tired smiles and stiff posed pictures. Instead, Tina captured the day for what it truly was – an amazing, fun, happy time. Thank you Tina for everything!

o I didn't get to meet her until the day of my engagement shoot. Throughout the whole shoot, she was so fun and just made the overall experience awesome. Wedding photos: On the day of, Tina brought along two additional shooters, and they were just as professional and focused as she was! They were a great team. It can be a hectic day and ensuring everyone is where they need to be is not an easy thing. Tina did this so well. She has a gentle assertiveness about her and the family photos were a breeze because of how organized she was! At the reception, Tina and team were EVERYWHERE, capturing every moment. The pictures are BEAUTIFUL! We look at them all the time, and can't wait to frame and hang them everywhere. I'm so glad I chose her, and I wish I had more reasons to hire her again!
