- Took time to listen, didn't rush, understood the vision/goals.
- Could use more modern media for counseling homework, otherwise it was effective.
- Wish we had scheduled counseling further in advance of ceremony, but we all made it work.
Tobias was incredibly helpful to us as we prepared to come together for marriage. He didn’t just “cover information” that could be helpful, he walked with us in our questions, provided feedback full of wisdom, patience and grace in any current discussions or rising conflict that we brought to him and helped us think through things we hadn’t considered in bringing our lives together. We enjoyed our sessions with him and have a better marriage and a greater idea of what it means to walk with the Lord together in life.

Minister
Rev. Houpe is a licensed and ordained minister and missionary who has traveled the world, living among and serving various cultures. Driven by a calling to help others, he oversees a ministry operating in more than 40 countries around the globe. He has also spent nearly 45 years mentoring and coaching singles and couples, as well as officiating weddings. Happily married for 19 years, Rev. Houpe is deeply passionate about helping others build healthy, loving, and lasting relationships. While the wedding day is significant and should be memorable, the marriage itself is where the real investment and dedication take place. Because marriage undergoes many transitions over time, he encourages couples to engage in both premarital coaching and occasional ongoing marital maintenance. Love is an action word that extends far beyond feelings and emotions. The coaching sessions he conducts address the beautiful reality of putting love into action, exploring what a marriage truly looks like beyond the wedding ceremony. Ultimately, the goal is not just a special wedding day, but a beautiful lifetime together—and Rev. Houpe is committed to helping couples achieve exactly that.
