r eye on photography. We found them originally when we were thinking about a San Francisco wedding, then decided to take a different direction with Florida which is closer to home in Texas. When speaking to Stephanie, she makes you feel comfortable and will ask all the right questions on getting to know you and your fiance to capture the type of style that you are looking for. Stephanie will take the time to listen and understand what your vision and inspirations are. Throughout the 6 months of communication, Stephanie was well organized and accommodating. During the wedding day, Stephanie kept us on schedule and had a list of moments that she managed to ensure that were captured with our loved ones. After a couple of days after our wedding, Stephanie provided us a couple of pictures from our wedding and we were speechless. The pictures were everything we imagined them to be and more!

I hired Stephanie to shoot our wedding, as well as to do a boudoir shoot a few months before the wedding. I was nervous about doing the shoot in the days leading up to it, after expressing my feelings to Stephanie she seemed to know just what to say to calm me down and reassure me, of I guess myself and how I am documenting one of the most exciting times in my life. I was doing the shoot to have Stephanie create a beautiful photo book of pictures as a gift for my husband on our wedding day. She arrived to the shoot with a bottle with champagne in hand, which not only helped to relax my nerves, but it made the experience feel fancy! What girl doesn't love someone bringing her champagne!? Stephanie made me feel so comfortable during the shoot, and even sent me a couple sneak peaks of pictures that night! The photo book turned out better than I could have imagined, and my husband absolutely loves it. Then for the big day! I think that every bride in the back of their mind is somewhat worried about particular photo ops being missed. I mean there is so much going on at a wedding how can one person be in so many places at once? Stephanie somehow managed to do it, and do it beautifully. There were moments throughout the event (such as right after the ceremony) that I literately thought to myself, I didn't even see our photographer anywhere around, I really really hope that she got shots of this, or that. I honestly don't remember hardly seeing her at all throughout the day. But when we got our pictures, you would have thought she'd been my personal shadow for hours. She captured everything, plus more than we could have hoped for. From everyone getting ready, to guest arriving, the entire ceremony, the reception, us leaving the venue, plus all the family & wedding party pictures. She was like a one woman photography wonder, I really don't know how she did it all. Something that I really want to emphasis, what an artistic eye Stephanie has. She has an eye for the best angles, back drops, props to use. She took the most incredible pictures of all the details, such as our wedding rings, my wedding shoes, our toasting glasses, the cake....so unique. Something that I think turns a lot of people off to a photographer, is the price. You see this number that seems so outrageous to you for pictures, that you just go onto looking for the next photographer who's price seems more, "reasonable". My husband was one of those people. Totally turned off by the price. That is until we got our pictures. Not only were the services provided to us worth every penny that we paid, but after seeing how great everything turned out & how happy we were, we would have paid even more. You really get what you pay for, and Ahava Studios delivers every cent worth. Thank you so much for all the time & effort you put into shooting our wedding. I wanted them to be my photographers - I had admired Stephanie's photography for quite some time. When my now-husband saw some of their samples, he agreed whole-heartedly that they were the only choice for us :) Ahava studios was professional and delivered the utmost quality. (More simply put, I LOVE my photos and still constantly use them as FB photos! I always find a new one to fall in love with, one year later). I also admire their professionalism with a personal touch. When I found out my DJ had to cancel last minute, they were the first ones trying to help me find a new one. They maintain relationships with their clients because they get invested in their life - I know Stephanie cries at every wedding!
