THE BIGGEST ISSUE!
My wedding was 9/9/21, I ordered 8 dresses from this boutique the 2nd week in April. I received multiple dresses with stains, pulls, and damaged fabric all over the dresses.
My Maid of Honor had a multiple stains on the middle of her butt.
On August 16th, I confronted the store. They blamed not seeing the damages on lighting. The boutique never took responsibility, and blamed it on the manufacturer.
I emailed and called for them to resolve the issue with the manufacturer. They continued to give the run around that the manufacturer was in Australia and was not responding. I was extremely inconvenience with this issue, trying to find alterative solutions since the boutique was not addressing this as an urgent matter.
I had to call and email multiple times.
They told me to call the manufacturer on whatsapp, that is not my job but I did and there was no answer.
I continued to email and FINALLY the manufacturer called me September 2nd, for an issue that was reported on August 16th.
And due to the LABOR HOLIDAY, the weekend, and my wedding being a destination wedding where we were traveling days prior, they could not get the dresses to me on time.
And even with a miracle I got the dresses they was no tailor that could alter their dresses in 1-2 days.
The manufacturer agreed and stated they would discuss a refund with Aimee Michelle and send a refund. Refund never sent.
After going back and forth for now three months via email and the boutique not taking responsibility and the manufacturer not responding anymore, they offered 50 dollars for two out of the 8 dresses, which I believe is not fair.
Also, the employee told my MOH to dye the dress black so we couldn't see the stains.
Their recent email told me I enjoyed the dresses at the wedding, so 50 dollars for two dresses is the offer after months of back and forth.
They are absolutely unprofessional!
THEY ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR INVENTORY AND MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCTS!
They do not know how to measure appropriately based on size chart and dress material.
Multiple dresses were too big, no one lost weight!
My Matron of Honor was pregnant and was pregnant before so she knew how she carried. her original size is a 4-6 and when pregnant a 10. She informed the boutique and submitted her sizes and the boutique recommended a size 20, the largest size the manufacturer carries.
It did not feel right.
my matron of honor informed them again that she recently attended a wedding and the gown was a size 10.
they stated a size 20 would be the best option because the dress has no stretch.
My MOH followed their instructions because they are the professional. The dress swallowed her and the fabric did have stretch. I took it to multiple tailors who told me that the integrity of the dress would be lost and you can not go from size 20 to a size 10, it would be like making a new dress. they could not alter the dress and the store should of known that. My MOH had to buy a different dress from another boutique.
AGAIN TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY AND DID NOT TRY TO HELP THE SITUATION, BLAMED MY MOH!
Never in the office during office hours, never calls back to resolve issues.
So many more issues not enough space
