y said they spoke with the dress company and that it would be here early March. My dress, unfortunately, was coming from the Ukraine. I called back when everything started over there with the current war and questioned if that would be an issue. The woman on the phone said that my dress had already arrived to the states and was in customs. Long story short, she lied. They have no idea where my dress is. Continued to say they were checking and delaying giving me an answer. Finally, they gave me my deposit back without issue but now I'm stuck with no dress, 3.5 months before my wedding. I did not even get an apology. Not worth your time. Go to another salon. There are so many amazing salons in the area.

I ended up falling in love with a Woná Concept dress, and they sold me the sample so I could have it in my budget! AND OMG THE SEAMSTRESS. I think I was told she moved recently, but I need to gush about how amazing she is. My dress was a lot and suuuuuuper beaded, and I had her change the back entirely. Every teeny tiny detail was immaculately perfected, and I felt the dress was really uniquely mine.

ENCED ON THE MOST IMPORTANT TIME OF MY LIFE THE BIGGEST ISSUE! My wedding was 9/9/21, I ordered 8 dresses from this boutique the 2nd week in April. I received multiple dresses with stains, pulls, and damaged fabric all over the dresses. My Maid of Honor had a multiple stains on the middle of her butt. On August 16th, I confronted the store. They blamed not seeing the damages on lighting. The boutique never took responsibility, and blamed it on the manufacturer. I emailed and called for them to resolve the issue with the manufacturer. They continued to give the run around that the manufacturer was in Australia and was not responding. I was extremely inconvenience with this issue, trying to find alterative solutions since the boutique was not addressing this as an urgent matter. I had to call and email multiple times. They told me to call the manufacturer on whatsapp, that is not my job but I did and there was no answer. I continued to email and FINALLY the manufacturer called me September 2nd, for an issue that was reported on August 16th. And due to the LABOR HOLIDAY, the weekend, and my wedding being a destination wedding where we were traveling days prior, they could not get the dresses to me on time. And even with a miracle I got the dresses they was no tailor that could alter their dresses in 1-2 days. The manufacturer agreed and stated they would discuss a refund with Aimee Michelle and send a refund. Refund never sent. After going back and forth for now three months via email and the boutique not taking responsibility and the manufacturer not responding anymore, they offered 50 dollars for two out of the 8 dresses, which I believe is not fair. Also, the employee told my MOH to dye the dress black so we couldn't see the stains. Their recent email told me I enjoyed the dresses at the wedding, so 50 dollars for two dresses is the offer after months of back and forth. They are absolutely unprofessional! THEY ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR INVENTORY AND MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCTS! They do not know how to measure appropriately based on size chart and dress material. Multiple dresses were too big, no one lost weight! My Matron of Honor was pregnant and was pregnant before so she knew how she carried. her original size is a 4-6 and when pregnant a 10. She informed the boutique and submitted her sizes and the boutique recommended a size 20, the largest size the manufacturer carries. It did not feel right. my matron of honor informed them again that she recently attended a wedding and the gown was a size 10. they stated a size 20 would be the best option because the dress has no stretch. My MOH followed their instructions because they are the professional. The dress swallowed her and the fabric did have stretch. I took it to multiple tailors who told me that the integrity of the dress would be lost and you can not go from size 20 to a size 10, it would be like making a new dress. they could not alter the dress and the store should of known that. My MOH had to buy a different dress from another boutique. AGAIN TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY AND DID NOT TRY TO HELP THE SITUATION, BLAMED MY MOH! Never in the office during office hours, never calls back to resolve issues. So many more issues not enough space

You are more than just an appointment when you come here. I spent over 2 hours in the store- an extra hour past my appointment time. Never made me feel rushed, wasn't pushy, nor aggressive about making a sale- This was a big problem in other boutiques for me. I felt like a bride at Aimee Michelle. Thank You once again Julianna! I felt so uncomfortable and self conscious. She kept rushing me even though we were only there for 25 min. She kept trying to push me into expensive gowns. This is the opposite of a bridal experience. It's a funny story but I'm sad I went. DO NOT go there.

try it on. Upon arriving at the shop I was thrown off my the poor exterior appearance, but decided to proceed inside, where the place was just as dirty. When I walked in I was met with blank faces, still I told them my name and my appointment time, they looked confused. When I reminded them of the dress I had called about, they didn't even know what it looked like! I showed them a picture, she made me follow her to the messy back room where she only had 5 dresses from the designer I had called about. She didn't have the dress in stock...and couldn't( or wouldn't) show me any similar styles. They had obviously lied to get me in the store, and then forgotten all about it. I've never had such an unpleasant experience while dress shopping.

This shop was awesome!! Chris listened to what I was looking for and she had enough experience to know the fit that would look awesome on me and she picked out THE PERFECT veil to go with my dress!! I'd recommend them to anyone!!

Luckily, all I needed was strap alterations. However, they would not give me my dress until the day before my wedding because it wasn't done yet. It smelled horrible when I picked it up. (A fish smell) When picking up my gown, they were dragging it on the floor from the back. I couldn't believe the service and how unorganized they were. I should have known just by the look of the building and the dirty inside that it wouldn't have been a pleasant experience.

ze 4. The dress came in as an 8 and was tremendous. Had to take so much in it changed the way the dress fit me. I feel they did that so I would have to pay so much for alterations. Second, they told me not to order the petite because they would have to alter the hem anyway. I am 5'2' so probably would have made sense. And every time I was in the store after I had made the purchase I always felt like I was bothering them. They definitely don't go above and beyond to make the bride feel special. Also, I knew my dress would take long but after 8 months I shouldn't have had to be the one to call them looking for it. They assured me they would call when it arrived but I ended up calling again to find out it was in the shop. Loved my dress in the end but could have been a better experience.

She listened to my wants and needs and I ended up buying two dresses at a spectacular value, If you go to Aimee's bridal, you cannot go wrong beautiful dresses up to date styles, and priced great !!! I had an. issue was the Seamstress they had, Marianna she was very rude and offensive, She did not give any customer service and did not listen to what I wanted,so the night before my wedding I had to take it somewhere else to the fixed , all I asked was tight as possible against my 120 lb body my and she did not do that, I highly recommend buying your dress from this bridal salon and don't go anywhere else but do go somewhere else for alterations!!

finally found my veil and headpiece, they never labeled it with my name or anything. The alterations were not worth the money spent, so if you know a great seamstress go with them. My bustle broke halfway through my reception and I had to hold my dress up, finally I changed my clothes so I wouldn't damage my dress.

t when a gown just didn't do it for me... which I appreciated so as not just to make a sale. The only minor issue I had was when my dress finally arrived at the store. I ordered a Maggie Sottero gown. Apparently, it's known that these gowns take forever to come in. Well, I wasn't privy to that info. I ordered my dress early/mid- January for my October 5th wedding. They/the store expected the dress to arrive mid-July or early August. It didn't come in until 3 weeks before my wedding!! My mom actually had to call the store to find out. So, I just thought since they knew I was getting down to "crunch time" that them making the call would've been more customer oriented. Other than that, the pricing was great for both the dress as well as the alterations.

t they are all jammed in and sloppy. My mother did end up buying her dress there as well but it was just luck that she saw one on the end of a fixture and it happened to be the one she loved. We went to pick up our dresses and both times we stood there and waited for several minutes before anyone even realized we were there (and we had made appointments) There is a man who "works" there but he sat on his cell phone the entire time we were standing there and completely ignored us; talking about golf and other personal matters. This was very frustrating and if I wasn't there to pick up my dress I would have walked right out. Bottom line, if you do your research and they have the brand you want it's worth it. If you are just there to browse I would go somewhere more organized.
