ght amount of transportation so I didn’t pay for what wasn’t needed which I really appreciated. When the wedding send off time looked like it was wrapping up an hour early, he was prompt answering my calls. He and the other driver quickly adjusted the schedule and came back without any guests waiting. I really enjoyed working with and talking with him. He made providing this service so much easier, and our guests loved not having to drive on mountain roads at night.

thing goes smoothly. He drove to our venue the week of the wedding and found some road construction, but he assured me he would make it work! They are also flexible on timing, and I love that they allow you to book first and last hour only if you have a large time block.

with us as our needs changed. We changed things up on Craig multiple times and he rolled with the punches and always kept a cheery outlook, giving us tips on how we could best serve our guests needs. Sam worked with our venue to put together a plan to get Excalibur in position at our ceremony site. Both of these men were such a great help on the day of our wedding and our guests loved everything that Air Haven provided. Oh, and thanks for the candy Craig!

time, friendly, helpful and rolled out the red carpet for us (literally!) One of the drivers, Craig, even texted me on the day with a sweet message of well wishes and they gave us a bag of our favorite candy. They held the return shuttle so our guests could join in on the sparkler exit before leaving too. Great service and highly recommend!

on the day of our wedding to pick up our guests wherever they were staying (a mixture of hotels and Airbnbs), shuttle them to our wedding location, and then drop them all off at the end of the night. There were a lot of moving pieces on the day of the wedding, but we were not worried AT ALL about the transportation for our guests. The drivers were the epitome of professional, and all of our guests raved about how polite and friendly they were all evening. I could not recommend Air Haven Limo more!

a wonderful job. He is so kind and worked with me to figure out the best plan for transporting our wedding guests while considering our budget. We rented the Trolley for our wedding and it was a hit! The guests LOVED it and looked great in our photos. Dana is such a kind and funny man - and he didn't just "do the job" - he interacted with our guests and was present on our wedding day. Anyway, we talked with a few vendors and Air Haven was BY FAR the most affordable with the best customer service. You won't go wrong choosing them for your wedding day.

team. All of the drivers are friendly and so professional. They were on time, flexible about taking guests to whatever hotels they were staying at in downtown Blowing Rock, and in great contact with each other and my coordinator Meris with The Whole Shebang. AirHaven Limo provided a strech Escalade for us to get back to the hotel in. The Biltmore Estate provided their shuttles as well for guests to arrive to the ceremony/reception site...
. My father also used his restored 1960 Rolls Royce limo, once owned by Judy Garland, as my car for the day and entrance to the ceremony site.
