Craig transported our guest to the Hidden Hill Venue in NC. He was super nice to work with. Having a transportation service that is professional, dependable, and efficient took so ...
much stress off our plate. Our guest loved the shuttles and not having to drive to the venue. We highly recommend Air Haven Limousine service for your transportation needs.
We went with Air Haven Limousine services for our wedding guest transportation. Craig is the best! From our phone call he was very communitive and so sweet. He was punctual with th...
e drop off and pick up time of our guest. Our guest loved him!
Craig was so pleasant to work with. He is very personable and friendly and was so helpful in assisting me in planning my transportation needs. He worked hard to help me book the ri...
ght amount of transportation so I didn’t pay for what wasn’t needed which I really appreciated. When the wedding send off time looked like it was wrapping up an hour early, he was prompt answering my calls. He and the other driver quickly adjusted the schedule and came back without any guests waiting. I really enjoyed working with and talking with him. He made providing this service so much easier, and our guests loved not having to drive on mountain roads at night.
You can stop your search here because Craig is THE BEST! We used Air Haven for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day.
He was very responsive and does his homework to make sure every...
thing goes smoothly. He drove to our venue the week of the wedding and found some road construction, but he assured me he would make it work! They are also flexible on timing, and I love that they allow you to book first and last hour only if you have a large time block.
We had a blast with our wedding party for the rehearsal dinner. And Craig literally rolls out the red carpet for his customers!
We booked with both Sam and Craig with Air Haven to get the Excalibur and a 33 passenger bus for transportation. Communication was clear and consistent with Craig keeping in touch ...
with us as our needs changed. We changed things up on Craig multiple times and he rolled with the punches and always kept a cheery outlook, giving us tips on how we could best serve our guests needs. Sam worked with our venue to put together a plan to get Excalibur in position at our ceremony site. Both of these men were such a great help on the day of our wedding and our guests loved everything that Air Haven provided. Oh, and thanks for the candy Craig!
We used Airhaven for our wedding weekend at the White Crow Wedding Event space. Our contact, Craig was Top Notch. Craig and his team for both nights were awesome. Agreed to take a ...
group to the bar, checked in with us throughout the entire weekend and even checked in on us after the wedding. The buses were so nice and everyone had so much fun on them. They were on time, clean and professional. I can not say enough about Craig and the rest of Airhavens team. 10/10 would recommend.
Air Haven was such a great choice for our wedding transportation services! We rented shuttles to take guests to and from hotels in Boone up to our venue, Sky Retreat. They were on ...
time, friendly, helpful and rolled out the red carpet for us (literally!) One of the drivers, Craig, even texted me on the day with a sweet message of well wishes and they gave us a bag of our favorite candy. They held the return shuttle so our guests could join in on the sparkler exit before leaving too. Great service and highly recommend!
I didn't get to spend much time with our driver Sam, but he did a fabulous job making sure that our bridal party all made it home safely after our wedding down the mountain from Ov...
erlook Barn in Banner Elk. He rolled out a little red carpet for us getting on / off the van and helped everyone with the step in / out as well, he had a high level of professionalism. Craig was also a tremendous help in figuring out what we needed for our wedding day and he seems to be a truly honest businessman. Would highly recommend their services.
We rented their Excalibur Convertible and it was so nice! They had a red carpet for us to walk on, it was such a fun car! The driver was nice and we had no issues on the ride home....
He helped unload the car with the few things that we had in there as well.
The staff at Air Haven were so helpful and kind to us and our wedding guests. The drivers went out of their way to accommodate everyone. The staff was responsive to all of our emai...
ls and questions. They gave us updated quotes every time we tweaked our reservation. I recommend hiring Air Haven for your event!
Very easy to work with and did a great job! On time, driver was super friendly and accommodating. Everyone was wowed by the car!
Dana was amazing to work with. He had our schedule perfect for our guests to get transportation to our venue from three different locations. It was very comforting that no one had ...
to drive after our big day and that they were in good hands!

r Haven to anyone.
We booked Air Haven Limo based on a recommendation from our vendor, and it was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding! We hired their three larger vehicles for shuttles ...
on the day of our wedding to pick up our guests wherever they were staying (a mixture of hotels and Airbnbs), shuttle them to our wedding location, and then drop them all off at the end of the night. There were a lot of moving pieces on the day of the wedding, but we were not worried AT ALL about the transportation for our guests. The drivers were the epitome of professional, and all of our guests raved about how polite and friendly they were all evening. I could not recommend Air Haven Limo more!
I can't imagine any other transportation company doing a better job on our wedding day. I knew, just from talking on the phone to Dana prior to the wedding, that he was going to do...
a wonderful job. He is so kind and worked with me to figure out the best plan for transporting our wedding guests while considering our budget. We rented the Trolley for our wedding and it was a hit! The guests LOVED it and looked great in our photos. Dana is such a kind and funny man - and he didn't just "do the job" - he interacted with our guests and was present on our wedding day. Anyway, we talked with a few vendors and Air Haven was BY FAR the most affordable with the best customer service. You won't go wrong choosing them for your wedding day.
Air Haven is the best! We had three of their vehicles for my reception transportation and one the night before for the rehearsal dinner and cannot speak more highly of Dana and his...
team. All of the drivers are friendly and so professional. They were on time, flexible about taking guests to whatever hotels they were staying at in downtown Blowing Rock, and in great contact with each other and my coordinator Meris with The Whole Shebang. They also had to navigate a narrow, steep hill that the drivers had to back down and everything somehow went flawlessly. Thanks to Dana and the guys for everything!!
Dana was easy to work with and provided top notch service. We rented a 20 passenger van for our rehearsal dinner which was very nice and the trolley for our wedding day/night. Our ...
guests loved both and the price wasn't bad for all we got.
AirHaven Limo provided a strech Escalade for us to get back to the hotel in. The Biltmore Estate provided their shuttles as well for guests to arrive to the ceremony/reception site...
. My father also used his restored 1960 Rolls Royce limo, once owned by Judy Garland, as my car for the day and entrance to the ceremony site.
