ot of errors in how yesterday was handled. I sent you over a very specific timeline of girls that started at 8:30am and it was really stressful that you weren’t ready and waiting at 8:30… you got there at 9am and didn’t start any makeup until almost 9:45am. As a bride this was one stress I didn’t or shouldn’t of have to had worried about but I was forced to and I am extremely disappointed in your time management. There were a lot of moments that were wasted on little things, instead of focusing on the fact that we were so behind on a very strict timeline. My own mother choose to do her own makeup to keep the wedding on schedule. All in all this was not a great experience for me or family on a day that meant everything to us all. After sending this email I found out that it took her hours to clean up (even though she managed to make it to our cocktail hour at 5:30pm which she was not invited to). She was still packing up her things at 7pm… even though the last girl finished at 4pm to make the timeline work. I also believe champagne was missing from our room that wasn’t drank (I will not say this as a fact since there was so much much going on for me but I’ve had more than one bridesmaid put in charge of this that brought it up and confirmed)

st! My pictures came out amazing and I never felt so beautiful! I would recommend her for not only wedding but for any occasion. She has also done my makeup for other weddings and special events including a work event.

assured me that if she started at 12pm we would be done in time for the 4pm wedding start time. Donna spent a lot of time talking and at 4pm she just started working on the bride, we were 45 minutes late to the wedding. Donna has poor time management and cost us $5,000 due to her being behind as she took many bathroom breaks, was drinking champagne and having way too many conversations. While she did a nice job, she has very poor time management and I would caution a large bridal party using her due to her poor time management. We will never get back the 45 minutes lost of our wedding which had a ripple effect on the evening which was rushed due to her poor time management.

In this industry, it's so important to find the hidden gems that you know will make your wedding day truly special, and that's Donna. I hired her and signed the contract right on the spot after my trial (which was so fun!) and I can't wait to work with her on my wedding!

Donna kept me plain and simple -- my mother put it best. She said, "You look just like you, but fancier!" A million recommendations! In all the crazy, you want someone you can count on, and that's Donna!

they exceeded my expectations by far. My bridal party's hair and make up was absolutely stunning, and mine held up through windy outdoor picture taking and hours and hours of dancing, I still looked fabulous at the after party. They are professional and incredibly talented but also they set the tone for a fun, relaxed day of getting ready, made sure we were AHEAD of schedule with time for touch ups before we headed to the ceremony. And my husband thought I was gorgeous, enough said. XOXO thank you Donna.

she was wonderful! My hair was exactly what I wanted and stayed in pretty well the whole night even with tons of wind and dancing. My bridesmaids also got their hair done and looked great! Donna even did some of their makeup free of charge! I am so pleased with how beautiful we all looked in person and in pictures!

p was flawless, not overdone at all. Donna was personable and friendly, on time and professional. She told my sister that she would stay and do touch-ups if she needed her to. That is real service. It was apparent to me that Donna cares about her brides and is passionate about artistic abilities. I would highly recommend Donna for your next function, event or special occasion.
