Our moms and bridesmaids also worked with Nina and Christopher, and everyone looked absolutely beautiful. The whole team was calm and made the wedding morning feel relaxed and fun. I felt so beautiful and couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out.

to glam up everyone. My younger cousins especially were over the moon with their hair and being able to wear more glamorous makeup/lashes (one of them goes - “I’m getting lashes!!! My mom said I could!” 🤣🤣) There was a small moment the Airbnb we were staying at lost power & the oven had a weird burning smell (all good! Upon further inspection, the oven looked brand new, barely used, & caused a small power outage when it was turned on). We were on top of it so everyone felt safe, the breakers were reset, & there wasn’t any danger. Your staff handled it so professionally, stayed calm, & honestly kept doing what they needed to do. They handle it like champs (also tell them I’m so sorry for the mini scare)! Just wanted to say thank you so much for everything! Working with you all was a privilege & an honor. ❤️

My bridesmaid walked away saying "I think she just healed my fear of make up" which is the best compliment we could give. Charlotte is professional, responsible, and makes dreams come true. Cannot possibly recommend the entire team any higher.

She did natural makeup for me, my bridesmaid, my mom and MIL. None of us wear a lot of makeup, but Patrizia did a great job of listening to our desires and graciously making slight adjustments as needed. Charlotte was very responsive, professional and organized. Highly recommend!

All of their hair and makeup looks were perfectly tailored to them, not "cookie cutter" at all. I would recommend this team for every wedding.

n better than the trial! Hailey was so personable, arrived on time, and finished ahead of schedule, which made the morning completely stress-free. All of my bridesmaids were able to choose their own hairstyles, and every single look turned out beautifully. The curls and updos lasted all night long, even through hours of dancing! I couldn’t have asked for a better hair team — thank you, Charlotte and Hailey, for helping us all feel so confident and gorgeous!

I had the pleasure of working with Bob and Jenna. Bob is so fun and easy going, and he listened to exactly what I wanted which was a very light, natural makeup look. He paid attention to all of the little details and made sure I was happy throughout the process. All of my bridesmaids loved their makeup and it stayed all night. Jenna killed it with my hair and I loved that she was just as excited about the final product as I was. She kept saying my hairstyle was made for me and went with my wedding theme which gave me so much confidence. All of my bridesmaids & my mom were so happy with the outcome and all of them said “this is exactly what I wanted”.  I am so happy that all of my girls felt just as beautiful as I did all night, and I can’t thank them enough!

Shari were incredible, were right on schedule, and had the best vibes to keep things calm in the morning. By the time I was getting my hair & makeup done, I was relaxed and chilled out thanks to their calming expertise. Chris was especially accommodating and welcoming to my family and my grandmother, which was so sweet and made the day that much better. I can't recommend Chris and Shari and Charlotte Phinney & Co enough!!

thing turned out to be a breeze. Charlotte herself was extremely responsive via email and made the whole planning and payment process easy. I had Carolina for my hair and makeup trial. She was wonderful, kind, and listened to my questions and comments. The hair hadn’t turned out quite how I had envisioned, but that’s what the practice run is for! Come the day of my rehearsal dinner, I had been alerted that Carolina had an emergency that was entirely out of her control. Charlotte assured me she had a wonderful artist stepping in to perform the services in her absence. I had already been assigned Viviana for hair services, and this is when Nina entered the equation. I cannot say enough about both of them, but especially Nina. She came in and accepted the challenge, and everything turned out beautifully. As a pretty self conscious person, I left Nina’s chair feeling beautiful! The makeup and hair was exactly what I had asked for, and made me feel like an elevated version of myself. My bridesmaids and MOG also adored the hair done by Viviana for them; and makeup done by Nina for them. The hair and makeup lasted well into the warm evening, and had us looking great! The price is reasonable for the quality of service you are getting. I would 100% hire Charlotte and Co again if I had to do the whole thing over again!

Shari was such a trooper and stayed a couple hours longer than anticipated in order for us to feel comfortable with my veil! Viviana spoke Spanish and was able to ease my mother in law and aunt into the process and make them feel comfortable and more included!

not a single detail was missed. Planning was stress-free, which is exactly what every bride needs. On the day of the wedding, I had Norma, Ann, and Carolina. These ladies were absolutely amazing. They arrived right on time to our getting ready room in the hotel, were so professional, on schedule, and truly masters of their craft. They made me, my mom, and my bridesmaids feel so confident and beautiful. Everyone looked stunning in person and in photos, and the glam held up perfectly all day and night, even through A LOT of happy emotional tears from me! I highly recommend this talented team to any bride looking for a seamless, high-quality HMU experience.

artist, Mercedes, was fantastic. She has such a warm and friendly personality that immediately puts you at ease. During my trial, she listened carefully, took notes, and on the wedding day, she perfectly incorporated the changes I had asked for. I was absolutely in love with my final look—it was exactly what I wanted and it lasted all night. The only issue we encountered was on the wedding day itself. Mercedes was about 30 minutes late for our appointment due to a local event in Revere, which was out of her control. While I completely understand that these things happen, it did cause some stress and tightened our getting-ready schedule. Overall, I was extremely happy with the artistry and the final result. I would recommend their skills, but also advise building in a little extra buffer time into your morning-of schedule just in case.

ey. As for the company as a whole I have some notes I urge you to read. If you do not have time for a trial run or cannot afford it I urge you to take caution when booking. If you do not book your trial and you are not instant on signing the contract there’s a chance you will lose your date to someone who can afford/has time for a trial run. This happened to me for my wedding reception date (separate from ceremony) which is so upsetting because I really liked Hailey and was hoping to have her back. They will give away your date and you won’t even receive a phone call you will just find out once you sign the contact. I emailed Charolette my contract for 8/1 asked for 9/13 as previously discussed on the phone and she stated a larger contract had just been made barely minutes after the fact. I then had to take several hours out of my work day to interview and book with another artist outside of this company. The reason I was late on my contract to begin with was because my mother needed emergency surgery and I just started a new job so my personal emails accidentally fell to the way side ( it took me a day to reply to her email and you will see in attached photos) Like I stated previously if you do book request Hailey as she was the highlight of this experience and I recognize none of my issues stemmed from her. I would book with Hailey privately if possible in the future.

nervous going into the trial because I don’t usually wear makeup and I didn’t want to not look like myself on my wedding day. She made me feel so comfortable and she did an amazing job. The makeup felt so light on my face throughout the hot day, and my hair stayed in place the whole time. She is so talented and she’ll be your biggest hype girl! Emma and Norma did my bridesmaids hair and makeup and everyone looked absolutely gorgeous!

ade sure I truly loved their hair and makeup work at every step of the way. They were also invested in making sure that the bridesmaids had personalized looks that they loved (and all of the bridesmaids looked amazing!). I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the morning getting ready with them. They were a real joy to chat with and they added to the fun of the wedding morning. In summary, they were exceptional and I truly only have positive things to say!

were clear. The cost is high but seems comparable with other companies in the area, and the two artists I worked with (Giana and Danielle) clearly knew what they were doing! They worked efficiently the day of while maintaining a high quality of work. My bridesmaid got pretty badly sunburned the previous day and Danielle disguised it well without the makeup looking cakey. Giana did a great job delivering the look I was hoping for.

with one Hair Stylist and received a different one and she did not know how to do any thing that I requested. I asked for a flowy beach wave look, with some strands back and did not receive that. Her Stylist (during the hair trial) also informed me that because my hair was so thin I was mandated to order hair extensions, which is additional $200 to my bank account is not anticipating until being shamed to buy them. The hair stylist in question still took credit for people‘s hair that she did not do

Rachel handled the bridal trial and bridal makeup. I had a great trial with her and she was receptive to all my feedback and incorporated it on the actual wedding day. Everyone loved the hair and makeup!

I wanted, helping me achieve my perfect bridal look. We had four stylists in total, and they all arrived on time and stuck to the schedule, which made the morning run smoothly. My bridesmaids looked stunning and were so happy with their hair and makeup – everyone felt beautiful. Despite a windy day full of outdoor photos, my hair stayed perfectly in place, which I was so grateful for. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me feel my best on such an important day. Highly recommend!

nted to make adjustments. I appreciated them being flexible and open to making some minor changes as I don’t wear any makeup normally and most of my party was in the same camp! They were so kind, helpful, and their work was great I had so many compliments from guests on how everyone looked. Would recommend to anyone.
