Aisle Ai Weddings

se of them. Like many brides, I was quite overwhelmed about wedding planning. Aisle Ai was the perfect balance of helping us know what we needed to do, nudging us so we stayed on track, but also remaining flexible according to our needs. They recommended a lot of vendors, based on our preferences, many of whom they've worked with before, which made me feel confident in our choices. They do a ton of behind the scenes work communicating with vendors to make sure everything is perfect on wedding day. They also respond SO promptly (and accurately!) whenever we ask any type of questions. We were absolutely blown away by their services on wedding weekend -- they executed everything perfectly and our wedding was exactly how we'd wanted it. Everything went extremely smoothly and it is because of the Aisle Ai team. They were kind and patient with my family and bridal party, and immediately helped us with anything we needed. I had some items (card box, tea ceremony kneelers) that never came (ugh, online orders) but they brought back-ups. I'm sure they had 1000 things running through their heads but we could never tell - they were always grounded and attentive. It is also great that they know so many vendors in Chicago, so they had good communication with all of them. No matter what you want on your wedding day, they will make it happen and will help you do it in a way that flows well and makes sense for the day. I had a surprise gift for my parents and Anna suggested the perfect time to give it to them during the wedding day. We are forever grateful to Aisle Ai for helping us plan such a memorable and wonderful wedding. Also, there were NO hidden costs or fees -- they are true to their word.

d beyond to make sure every part of the planning process was as seamless, stress-free, and joyful as possible. They took the time to understand our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and were always responsive, organized, and calm under pressure. On the wedding day itself, they handled everything behind the scenes so smoothly that all we had to do was be present and enjoy every moment. They thought of everything including bringing a sewing kit to fix some last minute accidents! Thanks to them, we were able to fully soak in the celebration with our family and friends without worrying about a single thing. Our day turned out more beautiful and memorable than we could have imagined, and we owe so much of that to their hard work, professionalism, and genuine care. They truly made our dream a reality. If you’re looking for planners who are not only incredibly talented but also kind, thoughtful, and completely dedicated to their couples — look no further. We are beyond grateful!

hem now. We hired them as just month of coordinators but they did plenty of check ins way before the month before and started taking on tasks way earlier. They are definitely familiar with east Asian culture expectations if that is important to you. They also take care of wedding tear down which is so important. Highly recommend their services if you're getting married!

of every single detail. My partner and I are Type B to the core, and having them handle the planning took a load off our plates. They were always so willing to help answer any question we had and anything you can think of – they would find out for us. The amount of time and attention they put into our wedding was unreal and we couldn’t have asked for better planners. Special shout out to Nancy for totally understanding our style and what we wanted, and working closely with our wonderful vendors to make it all come together, even better than we imagined! We also worked with Nichole and Mary the day of the wedding and they helped ensure the day went by smoothly and made sure we were taken care of and well fed. We got so many compliments from family, guests, and our wedding party about how professional and wonderful Aisle Ai was. One of the things that stood out to me the most was at the end of the wedding – the Aisle Ai team stayed back to gather all of our stuff together and delivered all of our items to our hotel for us. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and for that we are truly grateful. If you’re looking for someone who’s organized, creative, and genuinely cares about making your day amazing, Aisle Ai is it. We’re beyond grateful and would 1000% recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.

lness and kindness. Your wedding day with me 100% better with Chelsea by your side.

The amount of work happening behind the scenes was incredible, and thanks to their dedication, the entire day went off without a hitch. We were able to fully soak in the love, joy, and beauty of our wedding day without any stress, and for that, we are eternally grateful to Aisle Ai Weddings. They are truly amazing! or about a year to plan the most amazing wedding we could have hoped for. They were there every step of the way and were just a text or email away. They were total rock stars the day of and helped the day run smoothly. Super professional and communicative! Nancy even stayed overnight near our venue (which was actually my parents' house) so she could be nearby if anything happened. Even coming at 9:30pm the night before to help tape the tarp down over our ceremony chairs since it was predicted to rain. They are truly dedicated in making sure your day is as stress free as possible. Nancy also constantly checked in on me throughout the process, but a lot the days leading up to and throughout the day of.

ess. Calling their high standard of service, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail "white glove" doesn't do Anna & Nancy justice. From the day we had our first meeting all the way to the day of our event, they truly made us feel as if we were their only and most important client every step of the way. With their help, we were able to host a reception that was not only faithful to key Chinese traditions, but also thoughtfully elevated and just... unforgettably FUN. We were essentially stress-free on the big day and were able to enjoy every moment as it unfolded. No exaggeration when we say that will miss collaborating and working with Anna & Nancy - we really cannot recommend Aisle Ai enough!

their expertise elevated our experience beyond measure. From the outset, every meeting with Anna and Nancy was exceptionally productive and insightful. They provided us with a comprehensive checklist and an online platform to track progress, instilling confidence in our decisions and offering peace of mind. Their extensive experience in the Chicago area was evident as they seamlessly recommended top-tier vendors tailored to our preferences. Their recommendations were met with enthusiasm by vendors, affirming that we were in capable hands. Anna, Nancy, and their team went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our wedding day ran smoothly. From crafting the timeline to coordinating with vendors and managing logistics, they ensured everyone involved knew exactly where to be and when. Their meticulous attention to detail extended to post-wedding tasks, as they effortlessly handled the collection of items while we celebrated and rested. Their dedication allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our special day without worrying about the logistics. In sum, Anna and Nancy's expertise, professionalism, and unwavering support were invaluable in bringing our wedding vision to life. We cannot recommend Aisle AI highly enough and are immensely grateful for their role in making our day unforgettable.

sion, helped fill blind spots, and provided excellent vendor recommendations. They were top tier communicators with us and our vendors and were incredibly organized. We were able to relax and enjoy the experience on our wedding day because they had everything handled. We could not be more grateful for Anna and Nancy and their team. They truly helped to make our wedding so wonderful! We cannot recommend Aisle Ai enough!

were missing a majority of our vendors. We had spoken to a number of planners and we couldn't help but notice that they were always so fixated on our budget being high enough or not. Not only that, we were unsure what they were going to provide for their planning services. Aisle Ai/Nancy was the total opposite, they were genuinely ready to help and addressed all our questions and concerns on the very onset of our meeting. Needless to say, they were very on top of everything. My now husband and I are night owls so we do a lot of our wedding planning at night - whenever we texted Nancy not expecting her to answer, she would reply right away. The professionalism and the responsiveness was more than what we expected. They helped organize all the correspondence and did all the heavy work for us with the vendor communication, making sure our wedding vision was unfolding accurately. So attentive!! On the day of our wedding a little over a month ago, we also got to work with Suzy and Sarah who were the sweetest! We felt so supported and stress-free because they directed us and made sure we followed our schedule. The team was so thoughtful and considerate, we just loved them all and are so lucky to have them back us up every step of the way. We are just so thankful for Nancy, Sarah, and Suzy - could not imagine our wedding without them. Miss them very much!

ay wedding ceremony and receptions. They managed to my budget, brought my wedding vision to life, and allowed me and my husband to enjoy our wedding day(s). We (and our guests) had a blast - we can't thank Aisle Ai enough!

sionalism on the (very long) day-of, as well as their expertise and execution over the many months leading up to the event helping us identify and work with vendors and our own ideas. A success in the end!

knowledgeable about the wedding industry in Chicago and NY, and have amazing execution. Their team can speak multiple languages which made communication with family easy and effective. We made some last minute inquiries about transportation and hotels and they were able to get us answers within 24 hours. The day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Their team helped create the wedding day timeline, made sure everyone (vendors, bridal party, family) knew where to go and when, managed set up of the entire venue, and received all the vendors. Thinking of how stressful the wedding day would've been without them gives me anxiety, lol. Multiple vendors even told me that they were very impressed with our planners, that they were on top of everything, and were able to answer any questions they had. I'm so glad there is an Asian American-owned, women-owned, wedding planning team in Chicago. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made! Thank you for all that you did, ladies!

doing and they helped every step of the way from vendors to details we hadn't even considered. They are remarkably responsive to emails/texts and really make you feel like you are their top priority. They are also very culturally versed as our wedding was a mix of Chinese-American and Mexican-American tradition and they helped meld and navigate it brilliantly. We had a couple last minute curveballs that they took in stride and handled beautifully. We spent the whole day just living in the moment and trusting them to handle everything else. I really don't have enough words to express how wonderful they are and I could not recommend them highly enough.

th them, always offering great recommendations. They made great suggestions on organization that only someone who has planned many weddings would know, such as having the bouquet toss immediately after the first dance, in order to get people on the dance floor. They had special understanding of the Chinese customs we wanted to incorporate, such as the tea ceremony and Lion dance. We were so happy with our wedding primarily due to their organization and planning beforehand and on the day of the wedding. We highly recommend them, and will be encouraging all of our Chicago friends to use them.

he process smoother and helped keep me organized and on schedule. I chose them in particular because they are knowledgeable in Chinese wedding customs and in fact helped me run my tea ceremony. The translator they recommended was an important part of making sure my non-English speaking family members were included in the ceremony and speeches. Towards the end of the planning their assistance in coordinating with the vendors definitely gave me some peace of mind.

eam up. They had exactly the industry and cultural experience we needed. As an out-of-state couple, Anna provided fantastic vendor recommendations, organized everything, and kept us in the loop the entire time. When surprises happened or something had to change she swiftly pivoted and helped us adjust. We had a very multicultural wedding so her experience with different wedding practices and traditions was super valuable. On the big day, the Aisle Ai team treated us like royalty and ushered us like the secret service. They anticipated every need before I knew I needed it. Our wedding was one for the history books, all thanks to Anna and Aisle Ai!

at our planning was on track and were quick to catch an error in our catering contract that the caterer and we (the couple) had overlooked. We felt like they had our backs throughout and took the time to understand our vision and ideas - and if something wasn't feasible, they supportively vocalized any concerns and suggested alternatives. You can tell they love their work and really want to help their clients see their wedding dreams come true.

There WILL be fires, and these two never once let me feel the heat. I cannot thank these two enough for making an incredibly stressful time in my life go a little easier. They need to be paid more. Thank you, Anna and Nancy-- thank you for everything!

e day exactly what we pictured and more. They are so incredibly detail oriented and kept us up to date with everything we should be doing. Anna and Nancy helped made sure that everything we could have wanted in our wedding. And then the day of, we couldn't have pictured it without them. They made sure that every detail was special to us. They made sure that we didn't have to think about anything going on that day except our love for each other. It was like they have been our closest friends forever and just made everything seamless. I would absolutely recommend Aisle Ai to anyone. Their hard work did not go unnoticed, and the special care they take to provide you with the wedding of your dreams is something that you could never have imagined. Thank you so much Anna and Nancy, you guys are the best in the business!

done for the wedding. The ceremony and reception were beautiful and set up to the exact requirements that we had and we were able to sit back and have fun on our wedding day :) We love our team and we love that they were able to take charge. The best part was knowing that we were working with planners we could trust and hand off all our personal items to--- they were truly on top of it!!! They facilitated relationships with the vendors, managed the load in and load out flawlessly, and were able to navigate over 30 vendors on the day of the wedding. Great job, ladies!

hey were THAT good. Throughout the planning processes Anna & Nancy were extremely approachable, responsive & knowledgeable on every aspect of the wedding, and were ready and willing to provide guidance on even the most mundane of details & questions we had. They kept us on track with updates & check-ins to make sure we were getting to everything on time, and brought to our attention small details that we hadn’t even thought of when we were putting everything together. Whether it was a year away from our wedding date or the week before, we could count on a quick reply to make sure we could move forward in planning our big day. For all of the walkthroughs, conversations with vendors, aggregation of everything we had done up to that point and on and on, we could rely on them for absolutely anything we needed. For all the stress that comes with planning a wedding, I don’t even want to think of what that would have been if we didn’t have Anna & Nancy in our corner. The day of the wedding went as seamless as it possibly could have because of them - not a single detail had not already been addressed with an additional contingency plan, just in case. Outside of the prep & planning, a significant reason why we chose Aisle Ai was because of their knowledge of Chinese/Taiwanese traditions & their bilingual capabilities. As we were blending Jewish & Taiwanese traditions together, we wanted someone who would be able to help us express these aspects of backgrounds to our wedding guests who had not been exposed to them, and help translate for those who did not speak English. In that regard they were absolutely incredible, though what they brought to the table far exceeded our expectations. Again, we would recommend them to absolutely anyone planning their wedding, and we are beyond grateful for everything they did to make our special day that much more special. -Brett & Christie

ected changes right before our wedding. They were also extremely helpful in communication with our vendors and venue to make sure everyone was on the same page. We couldn't recommend Anna and Nancy enough! They made our wedding day perfect and stress-free!

ut a doubt. Aisle Ai went above and beyond our expectations for planning our wedding that had a Western ceremony and Chinese-style reception. We opted for the minimal planning package and worked with both Nancy and Anna over the course of nearly three years due to the pandemic (which they handled so well and ensured we didn’t have any loose ends / forgotten vendors to ask for postponements). Nancy and Anna are both very sweet and extremely detail-oriented, and they answered so many of my questions ranging from “is this too tacky” to “will our guests be upset at our decision to do X and not Y”, having not attended a wedding ourselves at the time. My now husband and I, and even our family, relied on their expertise to plan our Chinese-style reception which took a lot of day-of coordination and direction to stay on-track. Aisle Ai listened and incorporated all our wants from day one of planning all the way to the wedding day, and gracefully accommodated a lot of changes the week before from both us and the family. I was never worried about response times with Aisle Ai, and Anna and Nancy were readily available through both text and email. They also helped a great deal in chasing down some of our vendors that weren’t as responsive. Aisle Ai also has a DIY team who created our beautiful seating chart. A bonus for us was that Anna was able to speak both Cantonese and Taishanese to our families, which was extremely helpful during our rehearsal so that the older members knew how to walk during our ceremony processional, as none of them have attended a Western-style ceremony. There’s naturally many things couples wouldn’t think about during planning that Aisle Ai brought up, and the level of detail put during planning was so significant such that we were able to lean completely on Aisle Ai’s team during the big day. Several of our vendors also complimented Aisle Ai on how organized they were during the entire planning process; we definitely get the impression that in the industry, Aisle Ai truly is exceptional. Anna was always anticipating my needs on the day of, and had so much patience despite being pulled in several directions at times. I truly don’t know how we would have done the wedding without them! We would recommend Aisle Ai time and time again; I’ve been in anticipation for my friends to get engaged just so that I can refer them to Aisle Ai! :)

different cultures, two steps ahead of me! . Day of, I was able to relax knowing they were by my side. Highly Recommend

ake important decisions so that we stayed on track. Thanks to their wedding planning experience in the Chicago area, they also helped us make connections to the best local vendors. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them.

nths leading up to our reception all the way to our special day. Anna and Nancy kept us organized, on schedule and assisted us with everything especially when we encountered setbacks from vendors or covid-related changes. They were so organized, patient and had the best attention to every detail. My husband and I felt so at ease on the day of our reception knowing that we were in such capable hands. We did not have to worry about anything and had the best day. Thank you Nancy and Anna! Highly recommend Aisle Ai!

zed and ahead of all planning. They reached out to all vendors and wedding party members for us so we didn't have to do anything (too) last minute. We had 2-3 check in session ahead of the ceremony which helped to ease our nerves. On the day of the ceremony, they kept us on schedule so that nothing felt rushed or incomplete. We were able to fully enjoy the day because we knew the Anna and Nancy could handle anything. They were always professional, attentive, and understanding. We could not recommend them enough and we've already recommended them several friends planning weddings in Chicago.

he most sincere and genuine people I have ever worked with. I had a 2 ceremony wedding plus reception all in one day and they made sure the entire day went extremely smoothly and make sure me and my husband had fun every second of the day. They are very very organized, they followed up with all our vendors multiple times leading up to the wedding and thought of every detail we needed to consider for our wedding day. Having Nancy and Anna with me all day during the wedding made it a 100% stress free day for me, and allowed me to just soak in the day and just have fun. I was very very nervous for packing 3 events into my wedding day but not only did these two make it possible, they made sure it was absolutely perfect! I can't overstate how amazing their energy is, and how comfortable they make you feel right from the moment you meet them. Wedding planning is stressful, and having these two to talk to, bounce ideas off of at any time made the whole process so much more enjoyable and stress-free. They both also have a great eye for detail and style, there were many aspects of the decor that I let them decide how to handle and everything was better than what I could come up with. The day before my wedding the HMUA who was supposed to do my bridesmaids hair and make up canceled on us, and these two were able to quickly and calmly find a new team to take care of us. I never once felt worried something was going to be missed! And somehow they always kept us ahead of schedule!

of the way and made me feel at ease throughout the entire planning process. They coordinated with my vendors and were very responsive, I new I could count on them. They went above and beyond on my wedding night as well, making sure to tend to mine and my husbands needs the entire night. Even my guests and parents stopped me to say what an amazing job they were doing to assist at the wedding. They were amazing in every way and I HIGHLY recommend Aisle Ai Weddings if you are looking for planners for your big day.
