Skyla did amazing on our wedding. I have known Skyla for a few years now as we went to high school together. When I started looking for a wedding planner I immediately emailed Skyl...
a on her website. I booked Skyla as a Day Of Coordinator. Throughout my planning process Skyla was there for any questions or issues I had. I knew that if anything came up I could call, email or text Skyla and she would answer me in a timely manner. When it came to the month of the wedding, where Skyla would take over, I made sure to have everything ready for her that she needed. At our rehearsal for the ceremony Skyla did amazing coordinating the Processional and Recessional, she also went out that night to get me anything that I had forgotten. On the day of our wedding Skyla was there for me every step of the way. She made sure that the reception hall was set up to mine and my mom's specifications. She met each vendor and made sure that everything was going smoothly the entire day. Our reception timeline went perfectly and Skyla made sure to keep us on track. I highly recommend Skyla and her team! She is very professional, even for knowing me since high school, she is driven and she ensures that her bride and groom are satisfied and well-taken care of. Skyla made our wedding day care free and I was able to enjoy the day without worrying about anything that was going on.
When done well, event planning (like many arts and professions) is made to look easy by its most skilled of practitioners. For that reason, among others, Skyla's first-rate work is...
often invisible to the untrained eye, a fact which should not misrepresent the supreme effort by which every step of her process is characterized. To the contrary, Skyla clearly invests wholly of herself across the full spectrum of all projects for which her professional talents are employed, regardless of investment size and event scope. What became clear within moments of our first having met, is the remarkably high standard of excellence to which Skyla holds herself, an aspect of her personality which suggests motivating factors beyond mere pecuniary gain. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, it must be said that Skyla's sense of project ownership is never in question, as she fervently conveys a sense of sincerely shared interest in achieving only the most successful of project outcomes. More than a proverbial hired gun, Skyla labors mightily to convey feelings of partnership with her every client. For those of us new to the process, such feelings are of paramount importance to the maintaining of an optimistic outlook.
