Throw in a generation gap—I am 63, she is 29 and the groom’s family, who is from a different culture, and brought their own desires and expectations, and we had quite a challenge! Landis did a beautiful job helping us to understand each other. She was supportive and empathetic to us both. Better than a wedding planner, she focused on the bigger picture of our long term relationship."

Farzana Rahman is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, Couples Therapist & Senior Wedding Coach. She has been a part of the AisleTalk team since 2020 and a seasoned therapist with nearly a decade of experience working with clients in NYC and around the US. She supervises a team of three clinicians under her as well as working directly with her own clients. Farzana speaks Bengali & English, specializes in working with LGBTQ+ & interracial/intercultural couples.

Taylor Lee has been with AisleTalk since 2024. Taylor graduated with her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University and is a certified Prepare/Enrich premarital counselor. As an Asian American woman born & raised in California, she has a keen ability to help navigate cultural differences and nuances whether that means navigating wedding planning with a traditional family and nontraditional couple... helping an intercultural couple understand each other's worlds just a little bit clearer... or helping a bicoastal couple get clearer on where to build their family.

Landis is the head and the heart behind AisleTalk. For her innovative work in the wedding stress field, she has served nearlyweds and newlyweds in a number of capacities including as a premarital counselor, couples therapist, individual therapist, and wedding stress coach. Additionally, she has served as a relationship health and wedding stress expert across nearly 100 digital & print media pieces on these subjects. She is a speaker, workshop facilitator, and occasional wedding officiant! She takes on a limited number of her own cases each season while training her incredible team in the niche she built.

gh any challenges that might come our way. Our therapist, Farzana, was phenomenal. After our first session—where we outlined our needs and goals—she provided us with an assessment that became the foundation for every session thereafter. Because of that work, we now have both the tools and the shared vision to navigate anything that comes our way. That doesn’t mean we’ll never go to therapy again—it means we have confidence in ourselves and in the partnership we’ve built. I’m grateful every day for the time Farzana spent with us. er known this was her first time officiating! Landis was incredibly detailed, organized, and thoughtful every step of the way. She went above and beyond in preparing for the ceremony - doing extensive research, asking meaningful questions, and ensuring that every element we wanted was represented in a way that felt personal and authentic to us.
