A.J. Limo Coach

We chartered the 33 passenger coach to transport our wedding party for our wedding in August 2021. The office was great to work with when planning the day. The coach showed up on time and the driver was a good sport traversing everything from city streets, interstates, to country roads in the two planned stops between our ceremony and reception sites. The wedding party had a great time and it was a relief to have the transportation logistics covered!

We took the trolly and it was great! Our driver was on time and helpful.

Stay away if you can. when reflecting on our wedding all of our guests say how beautiful our day was however no one will forget how AJ limo service got our guests in our parents lost on the trolley. my mom was unable to bustle my dress and our guests were hungry and upset that they missed cocktail hour. we understand that mistakes happen however bill the driver took no responsibility in his lack of preparation. John, the owner refused to speak with us regarding the matter after our wedding day. Their poor character and lack of customer service will not be forgotten. It is our job to warn you, future bride and grooms, so that you may have a different experience. I suggest you go elsewhere!!

Please do yourself a favor and avoid A.J. Limo Coach. We recently used them for our wedding and ordered the Trolley Bus. The Driver got lost in the resort and brought our guests (including our parents) to the reception over 50 minutes late. The worst part is I called the following business day to discuss the issue with the owner and for the past week he has refused to talk to me or compensate us in any way. Then the trolley driver lied and said that was not what happened, but the owner didn't even have the courage and respect to talk to me himself about the issue he used his secretary to tell me " He is done with the matter" Overall extremely disappointing experience with their customer service and business practices.
