ot about wedding planning that, despite my planning and organizational skills, I needed help with. There is lots of information below on vendor selection and prep and so many ways Amy helped... But what I want to share most is how Amy kept me sane on my wedding day. We had a back up plan for rain, which we were all comfortable with beforehand. But come 6AM on a rainy wedding day I woke up with all kinds of questions and paranoia thoughts. I texted Amy, and she was on it already! We chatted on the phone, she calmed my nerves. Amy managed all... With wedding day details, I found out later she handled issues I didn't even know occurred (e.g. the transport bus didn't get the schedule right). This may sound like nothing, but this occurred during pictures with my family - and the bridal party - and I am so glad I had Amy to manage it so that we could all have our picture time without distraction or drama. Amy is all you could ask for in a planner. She gently pushes when you need it. She holds your vendors accountable, but softly - she knows how to drive performance while maintaining relationships. I would without a doubt bring her in for any event planning needs I have again. More details below. In our initial meeting Amy asked all the right questions, and we could tell right away she understood what we wanted - and that she was the one to help. We brought Amy into our wedding planning, and especially my (as the bride's) life on a big basis, under the full package; and I could not imagine having moved forward in any other way. That said, I know Amy would provide major value add under any of her service packages. Amy stepped into our wedding planning and made major progress on everything that previously had our minds spinning - starting with venue and photography. She found potential vendors and helped us through the interview process. Amy's insights were incredibly valuable, bringing us vendors who aligned well with our needs and desires (budgets and style). We continue to receive compliments on our photographer, DJ, and florist - all of those we selected with Amy's help. We also received amazing credits for the food - again, all due to Amy's help in our selecting the right venue. In summary, Amy is an amazing planner and partner for any event.

e, it was obvious that the client really respected her opinion and insight into everything to do with their wedding, and Amy thoughtfully guided her clients through the process of the invitations and paper goods to help them have just what they would need for their wedding and to keep everything on schedule. She offered her opinion when needed, but also let the customer make their decisions so their invitations and paper goods would be just what they had in mind for their wedding. It was wonderful to see the friendly collaboration between her and the couple, and it was very evident that Amy was very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I would, and do, recommend her to any couple who needs an experienced and knowledgeable planner and coordinator.

Besides her being great at her job, we just had fun when we were together; which helped me get through the more tedious tasks without becoming a bridezilla! reat communication and timely responses made this as stress free as a wedding can be. We were most impressed with your coordination on our wedding day. Never once did we feel like the schedule was a problem. Your sensitivity to our day was balanced with getting things done. From the room preparation to the meeting of the our vendors and venue staff, your professionalism shone through. Our photographer appreciated that you set up the complicated family groups and moved it along. Even the musicians mentioned that working with you was easy. So thanks for a job well done.
