Ashley was absolutely wonderful as our day of wedding coordinator! With the service we selected, she started 3 months out from the wedding day and fully took over vendor communication and event coordination (while keeping us on copy and in the loop). She helped us pull off a truly incredible wedding day. Ashley is extremely kind, calm, and professional and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the St. Louis area. She is quick to respond to any messages and has transparent communication with her clients. She helped to relieve any stress on our big day and made sure the event ran smoothly and on time. Hiring Ashley was the decision we made for our big day!

Ashley and Elyse were amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my wedding planner! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make my wedding day absolutely perfect. Ashley and I meshed so well, and she automatically knew what I liked and what i didn't. She was very communicative and constantly stayed involved, even when we were only 9 months out from the big day. When I got sick on the big day, they stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of so I could focus on recovering and enjoying my special day. They helped me find the perfect venders, kept me on track with all the bookings and deadlines, and made sure every little detail was accounted for. On the day of the ceremony, my husband and I felt completely at ease knowing everything was in their capable hands. They ensured the ceremony went off without a hitch and brought my vision for the wedding to life in ways I could only dream of. OMG, where do I even start? ELYSE WAS OUR HYPE WOMEN!! I'm not surprised because she took such good care of our good friends at their wedding and we are so blessed that we got her same care and support. Elyse was very helpful with all of our final details and it was really nice to bounce ideas from her and ensure that I didn't miss anything. It was also helpful to have her coordinate the timeline with everyone and ensure everyone knew what they were doing and where they needed to be ( I appreciated it so much!). On the big day, Elyse truly had our back to ensure everything was PERFECT! Jason and I did not stress one bit that day because we knew that Elyse had everything handled and taken care of. She directed our vendors and guests to the information that they needed, and the reception was EVERYTHING I EVER DREAMED OF!! It was executed flawlessly and with so much care and love. When I say I don't have enough good things to say about Elyse, it is true because she is so fantastic, and it was so fun dancing with her for a bit of the night. Also, I didn't even notice that everything was already cleaned up at the end of the night, and we just needed to put everything back into our car. She took such great care of us and poured so much love into our special day! We will forever be so grateful!! <3 <3

Where to start! Ashley and her team are just the most amazing group you will meet. Ashley does a wonderful job from the very first meeting to calm any fears, really listen to how you want your wedding to be, and to help take on any wedding stresses. Her planning tools help you stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. She checks in frequently (as if she reads your mind and knows when you’re the most stressed?! Lol) and helps with planning, organization, and vendors. Ashley and Jazmyn made my wedding day the success it was, where my guests and my husband and I had the most perfect day. I know there were things she handled behind the scenes so I didn’t have to worry at all on my big day. She juggled family stresses, weird timeline snags, and bridal party last minute changes all without a hitch. She and her team let me not have a care in the world, while they worked behind the scenes running the wedding, staying on the timeline, helping with set up and take down after as well. Ashley made sure to check in even after my wedding was over, because she just cares that much. She encourages you, supports you, is really just a friend to you in a great little vendor package!! I can’t recommend her enough.

Where do we even begin? Ashley and Elyse were so much more than our wedding day coordinators, they became our friends. They took care of EVERYTHING on our wedding day, so that we could fully enjoy our day. They brought us drinks (and McDonald’s), bustled our dresses (s/o Elyse), hyped us up, and made sure everything ran just the way we wanted it. Ashley even went out of her way to drive a U-Haul home for us after the wedding. Our day would not have been nearly as great without the organization and professionalism of Ashley and Elyse. We even had many members of our wedding party comment about how great our coordinators were! If you are getting married, you NEED AJCoordinates - it is by far the best decision we made.

Ashley and her assistants were seriously one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding day! They were so kind, fun, and organized. They made sure my husband and I were taken care of and even got us drinks throughout the night. They were so helpful and boxed up EVERYTHING at the reception venue which made for a very easy pickup the next day. I couldn’t recommend Ashley and her team enough!!

Booking Ashley as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made during the entire planning process. She was absolutely wonderful. She is so organized and helped to keep me calm in the weeks leading up to the wedding. The day was perfect and completely stress free - and that’s because of Ashley. She had everything we needed on the day of the wedding and made sure the day went exactly how we wanted. She even gave me the literal socks off her feet when I forgot to grab some for my shoe change. She is so fun and kind and understood every Bravo joke we made. I truly can’t imagine our day without her. It was the best day of our lives. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Ashley and her assistant blew us away on our wedding day with their work! Her stylistic opinion and creativity is unmatched and the things she took upon herself to have organized/set up were beyond what we could’ve imagined. She took time to get to know us and our values pertaining to our wedding day. Because of her and her team, my husband and I were able to be fully present during the entirety of our wedding day. She had all of our decor, place settings, favors, memorial, signage and guest book set up at both locations with ease. There are multiple places to make specific requests for your wedding day on her wedding portal and she met them all. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and her team!

I would 110% recommend Ashley for support with planning your wedding or event management. It was absolutely some of the best money we spent in the whole process. She was professional but approachable and I felt relief every time I remembered she was part of our planning process. She was responsive when I initially reached out, easy to sign on with, accessible during the months/weeks leading up and on top of every single detail that I knew I'd want support keeping track of the day of got closer. She offered advice and opinions when I just wasn't quite sure of things. In the weeks leading up to the event she coordinated with vendors and helped out scheduling meetings with them, kept track of timelines, checked in with me for things she knew I needed to do or provide her, ensured the vendors would all have what THEY needed, and much more. And day-of, there was very little for us to think about because much of it was planned and I knew she'd be there to ensure everything was set. It was also so nice to have her assistant, Elyse, present day of. There were many times I felt like I went to either of them for something day-of and only had to say a few words and they were ON IT! So so helpful. We feel having them as part of our day really supported our ability to be present, enjoy ourselves, and focus on the important stuff! Thank you Ashley and Team!

I had zero intentions of hiring a wedding coordinator but WOW am I glad I did. Ashley single handedly was able to calm and relax one of the most anxious brides around (me) and do it all with ease. She was there for me through everything & always willing to help. She truly is one of the kindest people I know and has become a true friend. Ashley is the most incredible coordinator. We hired her for day of coordination and my only regret is that I wish we hired her to plan our whole wedding. She was that amazing! She is kind, organized, calm and fun. Everything you want in a coordinator and so much more. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone and everyone planning a wedding!

From our very first meeting, Ashley made us feel comfortable and really understood our vision for the day. Interpersonally, she is an absolute joy to work with. She is so supportive and kind. We had several last minute changes leading up to the wedding, and she rolled with each of them with grace and ease. On our wedding day, we had such peace of mind knowing Ashley was coordinating the schedule. We could not imagine our wedding day without her. Our guests commented on what an amazing job she did! She is clearly dedicated to what she does, and it shows in the quality of her work!

Ashley was great to work with as my day of coordinator. She asked me so many questions/ made sure I thought about so many things I didn't realize I needed to figure out originally. Originally, I didn't plan on having any coordinator since I plan events for work and coordinate amongst many teams, but in the end I thought this would be a good investment. Overall, this was a good investment as she followed up with my vendors as needed and took care of many aspects of our ceremony/ reception. I was a bit upset with how things were set up at the reception... I had a carload of items for the reception, but not everything was put out effectively. I put a lot of thought in the "guest book" and party favors- the party favors (custom made candles and matchbooks) were left in their boxes. We had about half of our candles left and about 2/3 of our matchbooks. As for the guestbook, we had less than 10 people fill out cards (around 120 people in attendance). To be fair- I didn't emphasize these items, but thought it would be put out on display- like I've seen at most weddings. I included supplies for both for setups. Not the end of the world, just sad about that part.

Ashley is the most fun and most organized wedding planner and not only made our day perfect, but the entire planning process so fun. She went out of her way to save us money and handled more than I ever could have asked for. We did not have to worry about a single thing thanks to Ashley. 10/10 recommend!!!

We honestly can't speak higher of Ashley. We brought her out just to help set up our decor since we were going to be on such a tight schedule, but she by far exceeded our expectations. She was bringing us water during pictures (which we didn't even know we needed until she brought it to us and told us to drink), helped set up shots for the photographer, helped my mom get my dress buttoned, and honestly I bet there's more. But on top of that, she got up all of our decor and it looked better than we ever imagined. We thought we could do it all ourselves, but we are so glad we had her and can't imagine having a wedding without her. She took so much of the stress away from the day for us and for our family, because if she wasn't there we would have had to ask our family and we wanted them to enjoy the day too. No matter what you think you need help with, big or small, choose Ashley!!

My wedding was 9/19/20. Ashley is truly a fairy godmother! She came to my rescue when my previous wedding planner canceled on me, two months before my wedding!She jumped in ready to help me anyway she could. She was so organize and helped me put everyone in their places. It wasn’t just my husband and I that loved her. It was my family as well! I can’t thank her enough for making my fairytale come true!

Ashley was one of the best investments made for my wedding. I hired her about 3 months prior to our date and she saved the day more than 90 times. She made a point to create relationships with the vendors and our families. She had researched back up plans before she even presented them. She was able to make calls for vendors with limited availability so I could keep up with my 9-5. I highly recommend Ashley if you would like someone to help keep you sane and have absolutely no stress the day of your wedding!
