I just got off the phone with this company. They have a great staff, that responds quickly. They were able to give me a quote immediately, no back and forth games that I have been dealing with for this entire process! My co-worker used them for their own wedding and the trailer they rented was beautiful inside. Once we finalize the date for our wedding we will definitely be using them!!
We rented from that company 2 kings toilets. One of the two units light was not functioning well according to our guests that ended using mostly one .....for one reason or an other I paid much too much for that service and the owner of the company was nasty when I asked him to compensate me for the inconvenience. I think those kings unit are not worth the money you spent on them. In addition this company just asked for cash and want to be paid in full ahead of their services. I could have rented a trailer unit it would have been a better choice may be..... the way those toilette fonctionne was not the most efficient way and the response I received was insulting and not nice. I just related what my guests told me when they use the unit....do yourself a favor and look for a company that has a better conflict resolution policy and that garanty their product will function without a flaw...
We rented a beautiful restroom trailer from A-John Inc for our wedding. They exceeded all our expectations! The office staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions we had. They walked us through the whole process and made renting such a breeze. Delivery was just as smooth. We couldn't be happier with the service we received all around. If we ever need to rent another bathroom trailer for an event, we will without a doubt use A-John Inc!
