Al Fresko Experience is a wedding caterer based in San Diego, CA, specializing in delicious organic cuisine. These creative chefs work their magic to turn fresh food into unforgettable experiences. Quality locally-sourced ingredients are central to the team's services. They use food from farmers' markets and small businesses to craft each delightful dish. This successful company supports the idea of community. The team aims to bring loved ones together with each flavorful bite.
Owner Jenny Niezgoda opened the doors of Al Fresko Experience in 2016. Since then, the business has been the area's premier provider of luxury picnics and grazing setups. The team's organic displays look and taste incredible without feeling over the top. As a result, they make an excellent addition to both casual and elegant events. Jenny was inspired to start her business while living in Byron Bay, Australia. This travel enthusiast took the traditionally Australian "grazing" trend and brought it home to Southern California. Combining this sensational style of eating with her adventurous spirit and love for connection, Jenny launched Al Fresko Experience.
The team's one-of-a-kind catering setups are designed to spark community and conversation. Their bright and bold displays are bursting with flavor and nutrition. Each seasonal and organic spread can be arranged with a cheese alternative for vegans. The team also accommodates those with gluten-, dairy-, and nut-free requirements. These culinary artists aim to craft a unique experience open to everyone.
