Since I can remember I have always wanted to do a boudoir session. And when I got engaged, I knew that having a boudoir shoot would be the perfect gift for my husband. As a coordinator in the wedding industry for 15 years, when it came time to plan my own wedding and hire vendors for it, it was really important to me to choose vendors that I had a personal relationship with and who were among the top 1% in the industry for what they do. I never even considered anyone else to do my boudoir photos because of how phenomenal Amy Scarborough with Betty Blue Boudoir (AL Gawlik) is at what she does. I chose to have my session on the same day as my hair and makeup trial run, but her packages do have hair and makeup included in them as well. She helped me ahead of time choose the correct outfits so I felt confident before I ever arrived. The location that she shoots in is absolutely perfect! And don't even get me started on the amazing robes she has available for you to use! I had actually been extremely sick for days leading up to my shoot but once I arrived she helped put my mind at ease and never rushed me. And once we started shooting, she was absolutely perfect at helping to direct me, putting me in poses that made me feel beautiful and sexy and helped accentuate my assets, and was a master at helping me feel completely at ease. And the photos turned out 100 times better than I could have ever dreamed! After the fact, she was so quick in the turnaround time of my photos and helped me every step of the way with choosing photos and helping to design the album which, in addition to the additional prints and awesome packaging, turned out perfectly. My husband still tells me that it was the best gift that he has ever been given! There is NO other person on this planet than Amy who I would rather capture life's most important moments that will last for generations beyond when I am still on this earth. I cannot emphasize how much we enjoyed working with Amy! We truly could not have had a better experience. From the onset, we were super impressed with the value of Amy's packages and services. We had a unique idea for our engagement session, and Amy worked with us to make it beautiful. She was even patient enough to let us do multiple outfit changes ;) On our actual wedding day, Amy brought an additional shooter which was amazing. She took both beautiful, detailed shots and wonderful candids that captured the mood of the day perfectly! Unfortunately, SEVERE weather rolled through right in the middle of our wedding party pictures. Amy was a total pro -- she and her team worked through flash flooding, hail, and a tornado! The entire situation could have been disastrous, but Amy was calm, professional, and still helped us get the most incredible photos. We were even able to take photos in the flooded ceremony space after the reception to capture the events of the night! When the wedding was over, Amy sent us a beautiful sneak peek gallery and delivered an amazing keep sake box with high quality printed photos and a USB drive. It was such a beautiful touch! Months after our wedding, Amy has still been available to help with last minute retouches or questions. We have ordered one album that is STUNNING. My parents are thrilled with the quality and layout. I can't imagine having anyone other than Amy capture our special family moments. We have since used her for a gender reveal and a maternity shoot, and can't wait to continue to create memories with her. Amy is TRULY THE BEST -- look no further!

Amy was such a dream to work with! The best part was having the confidence to let go knowing that Amy would create something beautiful. She did our engagement photos and our wedding photos and they are something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Amy did a fantastic job at my recent wedding in Dripping Springs! She is a true pro and is efficient, a complete pleasure to work with and is super talented. We did a package with Amy which included engagement pics along with the wedding day pics - she put everyone at ease and the photos came out natural and beautifully. Plus she turned the wedding pics around within just a few short weeks - a lot faster than most! She knows the shots she wants and she doesn’t waste anyones time and we loved how she tries to capture the natural moments vs. mostly posed pics. 8.10.19 Amy became a Longoria sister!! I cannot describe the amount of gratitude I have for her. Amy made our wedding day so incredibly special. She captured everything I wanted and more. From all the posed portraits, to the guest dancing, to the kids playing, to every intimate moment. She got it all. I don't know how she was every where at once but she was! She captured moments I did not see and I will always be forever grateful for these photos. She is kind, loving, yet very assertive and can control large groups of people. Exactly what we needed with our outside summer wedding. Her work really speaks for itself though. Anybody can point a camera and take a picture but it really does take someone truly special and talented to be able to capture the moment and be able to tell such a beautiful story with pictures. From the very beginning Amy was amazing! So helpful and willing to work with us. Her work is absolutely breathtaking. On the day of, she was so kind and professional. She made my husband and I feel comfortable in front of the camera. She captured the sweetest moments; my husband in tears when he saw me for the first time, my father in law pinning on my dad’s boutonnière, the flower girl dumping the entire basket of petals on the ground. The day goes by so fast and I am so grateful that she captured these moments for us to look back on forever.

Words can’t describe how amazing Amy is! She’s a beautiful soul with an amazing eye. Amy is truly amazing. I’ve had the privilege of knowing her for several years and even used to work for her. She is honestly one of the best photographers out there! Amy is an amazing photographer! We had our wedding in New York and she came well-prepared with positivity, and confidence. Amy went above and beyond and created the most beautiful photos of our big day! She understood what was important to us, and captured all the important moments in such a gorgeous way. She was very responsive, she showed up early, and she had the results delivered to us on time - in only three weeks! She truly delights in photography and is so talented. First, Amy is such an awesome person!!! She is so sweet and easy to work with, my family and I loved working with her. We recently just got the photos we took and there were so many to choose from (over 1300) and all of them were so gorgeous and captured all of the beauty and fun of the wedding. She captured some beautiful, candid moments with my family after the ceremony and some hysterical candid moments of my guests at the reception. The formal photos of us and the wedding party look so great and she really made it easy, quick, and fun to get those done so we can go enjoy the party! All of the pictures are so wonderful and I love looking at them and remembering my day all over again. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!!

Al is so professional and easy to work with. Her directions and creativity in getting her subject to pose in numerous ways is out of this world. The various nature backdrops for the photo shoots is unlimited. I highly recommend her for weddings, family portraits and any events you have a need for an awesome photographer!

Al took my bridals in late October and was amazing. She is able to fine the perfect location and best light in any setting. Her direction and vision were impeccable and I cannot wait until she captures our acual wedding.

Well I still haven’t written all my thank you cards and am just getting around to my reviews as well but… You will not find a better photographer then Amy! Beyond her incredible photography skills, she is just an amazing human! She has an eye for catching even the simplest details that truly capture the full experience of a day that flies by entirely too fast. Amy also did our engagement photos and that day, my now wife and I were running late for our shoot. We were both completely frazzled by the time we got there, but Amy’s calm demeanor saved the day. She immediately calmed us down and made us laugh until we forgot all about the stress of the morning. She captured more than we could have hoped for during the wedding and went above and beyond to capture everything we wanted and more. We really wanted our dog in the wedding and he was being a pill that day, but Amy was on the ground and making funny nosies to get his attention so she could capture the shot! We got married NYE 2017, it unexpectedly snowed right around midnight during our reception! Amy made sure to find us and take us outside to take the most breathtaking pictures in the snow! She captures everything without you feeling like she is in your space! She is also just an amazing personality - she is easy-going, down to earth, and a true professional!! I find taking pictures alone can be a little awkward but Amy made my bridals such a fun experience! I could go on and on about Amy! The pictures she captured are truly unique, inspired, and will absolutely capture each couples personalities! BOOK AMY NOW!!!! I cant wait to have her shoot the next chapter in our lives!

Amy was seriously amazing. So many of my bridesmaids and groomsmen complimented on her as well. Amy knew exactly what to do as far as taking photos, telling us where to stand, and to get us moving to stay on time. I could not have been more impressed! And her turn around time for getting us the online album and prints was amazing. We actually got our online album while we were on our honeymoon! She was fantastic and I hope I can use her again for something else in the future!

Al Gawlik Photography was absolutely perfect on and before our wedding day. Amy is professional, responsive, and amazingly creative. She captured every single moment we wanted and 1,000 more (literally thousands of images.) She was positive and sweet on the day of the wedding, and put our family and wedding party at ease during the formal pictures, allowing it to flow smoothly and quickly. During the cocktail hour and reception, she took gorgeous detail shots, captured every touching moment during the traditional times, and got super fun dancing pictures! There really are so many gorgeous photos of our guests that we haven't been able to choose which to print! I will absolutely cherish these photos for the rest of my life, as will my husband. Amy is well worth her price and then some, and I would highly, highly recommend working with Al Gawlik Photography.

We got married in September & unfortunately my hair was a complete disaster. I paid over $800 for the hair style not including the extensions or accessories only to be completely disappointed with the outcome. Our wedding photographer wouldn't meet us to take a few redo photos before my bouquet died and in a panic I reached out to Amy. She not only made a special trip to Georgetown from Dripping but delivered beautiful images to us within a day. She instructed us on how to pose, took her time to make sure we were comfortable in front of the camera and was an absolute pleasure to work with! I've since gotten to work with her many times and each time she is as awesome as the last! You will LOVE her relaxed personality, her direction and her eye for detail.

Amy is truly the most amazing photographer!! We are so glad to have found her for our special day! My husband is definitely not one to enjoy photo shoots but she makes the experience extremely enjoyable and relaxing, and may I add, our photos were GORGEOUS!
