e to truly make something that was mine. We decided to forgo the bridal portraits and instead have a photobooth and an assistant at the wedding. On the day of, she was incredibly friendly and eased my nerves (I am camera shy). The detailed shots taken were beautiful and as people filtered in Amy and her assistant did a wonderful job of catching everyone's emotions and the high points of the day. While taking (the amazing) sunset photos I was clumsy as a baby deer but somehow Amy’s photos still make me look graceful. tastic. These were photos done for myself as I wanted to document a year of weight loss and I wanted the pride of looking beautiful again. I looked so beautiful even though I am in my mid-late 40's I was shocked. Amy is truly exceptional at what she does, and this is coming from me, someone who works in the service industry. It is one thing to do a job well and have it still be just a job and another thing to love what you do and do it exceptionally well. Amy does this because she loves it and it shows every step of the way. So much talent and so much heart! I can't wait to have another session in the future.

ce: 1) I forgot to mention that I wanted to get my hair done before the shoot, and I showed up to my appointment with a messy ponytail. While I got my makeup done, Amy ran to the store & picked up a flatiron. She truly saved the day (and my hair looked awesome). 2) Amy made me feel so comfortable & beautiful. I do NOT like getting my pictures taken, but Amy made it feel natural & easy. She is so good at explaining poses and demonstrating postures. I just did exactly what she did/showed me and looked like a pro. 3) Amy is SO FUN! It's like hanging out with your best girlfriend. She plays the music you want to hear, keeps conversation light & fun, and has champagne on deck in case you need a little encouragement. The two hours flew by, and I was so sad to leave! I am so happy with the pictures and the experience as a whole. If you're on the fence, just book it & do it. You'll be so glad you did!!
