I had high hopes from the first time Robert called me to talk through video options, and Alamo HD delivered above and beyond. So professional and kind from start to finish! The video is beautiful; it's just like re-living that special day, and so well-done it brought tears to my eyes (and I'm not a crier). This is something that is absolutely irreplaceable.
Their customer service is unrivaled... Robert went above and beyond to make sure we had our video in time to show a relative is doing very poorly health-wise. Those are memories you cannot place enough value on.
