umber of pieces you get. They have a very impressive presentation and their sound cannot be beat.
Overall the service was good. There were a few occasions where I waited a while for email replies and sent follow-ups, but when as the wedding got closer communication was better. Being able to text Alan directly was a nice benefit!
They were a little pushy about playing some contemporary music, but they kept to my preferred style almost the whole time. They were very accommodating when my brother asked them to adjust their volume, and again when he asked them to return to the Big Band style when a Bruno Mars song snuck into the line up.
I would absolutely recommend Alan Paller if you want to wow your guests!
