Alani Bakery is a local/woman woman-owned family business specializing in custom cakes and unique treats, using all-natural ingredients as well as having a penchant for last-minute or emergency orders. Our team is highly skilled with a combined 10 years of professional baking and well over 15 years of design expertise. Since going brick and mortar over the summer of 2025, we're already on the preferred vendor list of several wedding venues for custom wedding cakes in Idaho and Washington, and we're out to be the best in the Inland Northwest, not only in the quality of food we deliver, but our relentless approach to customer satisfaction and affordable events. After getting employed as a baker in 2016, Taysia decided to ply the trade from home, creating delicacies for friends and family from 2020 onwards. A proud and happy mother outside of work, Taysia founded Alani Bakery in 2022.

created the wedding cake of my dreams. Anyone who has planned a wedding knows the cake is one of the most important aspects. The cake not only looked amazing, but was honestly the best cake I have ever had! The brownies and cookies were also so amazing! I got so many compliments at my wedding and everyone was asking who our dessert vendor was. I would highly recommend Alani bakery for anyone needing a dessert vendor for their wedding or any event!

se frosting) was not only beautifully designed with a mountain theme, but it was truly the best cake I’ve ever had. The frosting deserves special mention. I’m not a fan of overly sugary icing, and this was the complete opposite. It was incredibly smooth, perfectly balanced, and not too sweet. I ate every bit of it! The chocolate gluten-free cupcakes with ganache were also a huge hit. Guests (both GF and non-GF!) said they were the most moist and delicious cupcakes they’d ever had. Delivery was smooth, on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. We are so grateful we chose Alani Bakery. Highly recommend!

We found them about a week before our wedding and not only were they able to work us in, but they absolutely nailed not only the design, but the flavors as well! They were punctual...
, worked with our event coordinator, and even had solutions for us when we forgot the cake pop holders. Not only do I plan on using them for all my major events in the future, but I would recommend them to everyone I know that is planning a wedding!

to get that on lock as soon as i had the date! Alani bakery has cake samplers which are amazing if you want to try different flavors combinations! she is so understanding and considerate. There was a last minute switch up and i had to change the date to a month later. She pulled some strings and made it work! I went with a classic look in my opinion but the flavors was anything but simple. i had a 3 tier cake, with different flavors on each tier. it was incredible not only to see her bring my vision of my dream wedding cake to life but to enjoy it was something else entirely. 3 months later i still have guest commenting about the cake. as for creativity she has it all, with other events i give very few details and let her do her thing with decorating and it comes out beautifully everytime. I would 10/10 recommend Alani bakery for any event.
