They really went above and beyond on the day of our wedding as well as for my bridal portraits. I will definitely be using them again in the future!!

They also got all my additional requests that I didn't put on the shot list like our cookie display (I didn't realize how nice it would look until I saw it ready to go). Alanna's edits were amazing as well. When we were first looking for a photographer I really wanted to make sure they were able to capture a wide range of beauty especially in different complexions. My husband and I have a very diverse family and I was so pleased to see every one and I mean EVERYONE looks good! We not only had a blast at the wedding with photographers that kept us in the moment and that guests raved about, but we also have beautiful, light and airy photos that were exactly what we hoped for. We can't wait to frame them in our home. We can't thank Alanna Rae photography enough!

We had ~450 guests, and she and her second shooter managed to capture a photo of almost every person that was there! AMAZING! was extremely flexible with plans, quick and reliable with communication, and able to help me feel really beautiful on my big day, which was absolutely amazing, especially as someone who typically doesn't like pictures of myself. One of my favorite things about Alanna is how much she takes care of the bride, I felt like everything was under control. The photos are gorgeous! I had to do a double take with several images because everything was captured so vividly! I will absolutely be reaching out in the future for photos of our family.

I was aware of her pricing and her packages; however, I knew I wanted something a little different since my husband and I had a backyard wedding with 12 guests. She helped come up with a package that catered to everything we wanted. Day of - she was very professional and personable. She made sure the process was quick and left chaos out. It was pretty fun and wasn't awkward at all. She informed me that it would take about 6 wks but sent me the gallery link in 4! The presentation of the jump drive shocked me... I had no clue a USB drive could be so beautiful! The pictures are breathtaking. My family and I are more than pleased with how they turned out. I truly don't think you could choose anyone more charming and qualified. I would 10 out of 10 recommend her to anyone!

She immediately came up with a list of recommendations for every style you could think of and shared some of her personal preferences. She went above and beyond, scouting for photo locations at our hotel weeks before the wedding and had a complete game plan put together for our wedding day, including personally driving us to all of the photography locations! Our pictures turned out absolutely stunning, far better than anything we had ever imagined. We are beyond happy with her services and so thankful we had the opportunity to work with her!

ay back to me, excitedly, and we then had a phone interview the next day. I knew from the moment I spoke to her that she was the right choice for me! She is flexible around what is the right package for the couple. Alanna kept in contact in the months preceding the wedding, and was able to create a timeline for all photos that I could then share with my other vendors. Alanna was on time, and immediately started taking photographs. She was very clear on who or what she needed at any given time. I was able to have a package that included a second shooter that took pictures of all the guys. I had no idea how many photos he captured, and how beautiful they would be until we got our photos back! Alanna did send about 5 pictures to us on our honeymoon, which made a nice surprise one morning. We received all of our photos via a web gallery about a month after the wedding, and a USB drive was delivered shortly after that. Every moment that Alanna captured showed the beauty and love that was shared that day. Our first look pictures were un-intrusive, and we did not notice that people were taking pictures of us in the moment, yet the images she was able to capture show every emotion. It's true what they say about your wedding day being a blur, and Alanna's pictures of the ceremony and the reception have brought back memories, and raised some questions (what is that dance move?)! Alanna is laid back, easy to talk to, and a little informal in regards to communication because she does like to text. Because of all of this, she felt more like a friend when she arrived for our day and post wedding, than a "vendor" who would correspond via email only. I think this greatly impacts her photographs, by having a connection to the couple. I could not be happier with the photographs that we have gotten of our wedding day. I get compliments every time I show them off on how beautiful they are, and how unique the shots are (we walked down Royal street for our photos). One of my bridesmaids continues to text me that she is in love with our photographer and the pictures that we now have. 10/10 I would recommend Alanna to anyone who needs a photographer.
