Delicious food that our guests are STILL raving about, and a great couple to work with! I never felt as though I had to "check in." I would highly recommend this lovely couple for ...

My husband and I got married on June 24, 2017 and had the pleasure of having Alan's Catered Events as our caterer! Alan and Betsy are the greatest people to work with! My husband a...
nd I are from out of town, and they were so great with our constant emails and questions. Betsy took our ideas and ran with them and the results turned out amazing! We trusted them 1,000%! Our guests were RAVING about the appetizers and meal! We ended up doing passed appetizers and a buffet meal. They set up the buffet so elegantly and it looked beautiful. Alan also personally served myself and my new husband so we didn't get food all over ourselves! They are so polite and truly know what they're doing when it comes to catering weddings. We wanted to do a popcorn bar for our guests, and Betsy set up the entire thing. It turned out so great! She even designed cute popcorn bags with our wedding info on it. Throughout the night, their staff was constantly asking the bride/groom and wedding party if they were okay or if they needed anything. They truly wanted to make sure everything was going perfectly. If you're looking for a wedding caterer, Alan's Catered Events should be your choice!! They will not disappoint!
The food was AMAZING. I had numerous guests tell me it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! Betsy was wonderful, and helped me through all my questions (I had a lot o...
f them, and changes!). The setup was also beautiful. I appreciate all they did for us, and how easy and wonderful the experience was. I cannot rave enough about how good the food was!
Please take caution before you work with this caterer. We had a semi-professional conversation regarding obtaining a quote for catering our wedding and after 10 days politely calle...
d back to ask when we could expect to see a quote from them. Not only did Betsy, who claimed to be the owner with her husband Alan immediately started to backpedal and make excuses saying how this is such a busy time of year and they can't be expected to get quotes out the next day, but she then told us that if we want to go somewhere else to feel free to. All of this came without us ever showing any signs of frustration or being upset with anything. We just wanted to know where we stood with receiving a qoute. She ultimately said their company isn't a right fit for us and hung up on us. We were shocked and dumbfounded how very unprofessional this company was! If their attitudes are this way with no issues upfront I would hate to see how they handle business when there is an issue.
If you are getting married in Central Indiana you must use Alan's! They were seriously absolutely amazing! A husband and wife own the business and grow most of their food on their ...
own farm (which is adorable). They are the sweetest and honestly just want you to be happy because it's your day! They truly outdo themselves! They decorate their table to match your wedding colors and even bought napkins just to match our colors. They made sure every detail was in order for us! The waitors even came to us ( bridal party ) to make sure we got appetizers. I would get married again just to work with the lovely couple again!
