Hi there! My name is Alaura, and I am a Chicago-based photographer with a love of great art, true stories, and old-school glamour. I believe in romanticizing everyday life for the joy of it. For me, that means fine teacups on a Wednesday, bouquets for no reason, and a home full of antiques. This also translates to my photography style!
I blend fine art and photojournalism to capture raw emotions and little moments with beautiful, timeless imagery. I want your overall experience to be just as fun as the final photo delivery, so I emphasize organization, preparation, and a friendly approach with my clients and their loved ones. I take pride in capturing really important moments thoughtfully and authentically, and I'm excited to share more about my work with you.
